This hotel is off the beaten path but very much worth it. The staff was fantastic and friendly and helpful. We got to enjoy some free Japanese Whiskey and wine tasting.

Great location near Kamakura Stn and Komachi Dori St which is just a 2 min walk away. Convenient supermarket and pharmacy opposite. Lots of restaurants nearby for meals.

We stayed in Kamakura for 2 nights on a little break from Tokyo. We were not expecting much from our hotel here but wow were we impressed!

The room was big, spacious, and had a beautiful view! Staff is very friendly and professional here. It was about a 10 minute walk from the station in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

Sleek, immaculately clean high-floor hotel with beautiful modern rooms. Amazing views from the rooms and from the outside lounge. Great bathtub/shower. Pointlessly small outside pool.

The owner and wife of Tsukinoya are the most kind people ever. He helped me plan out my journey to Yamanashi for the next day, but we had rare heavy snowfall in Hakone and had to change plans a bit.

This place should be a 5 star inn. Seriously. Been around the world and this place definitely takes top place. The couple that run this place is extremely nice and hospitality is off the chart.

Truly worth a stay here if you visit Hakone. There's 2 bus stops right outside the hotel, the staff are professional, they spoke both fluent English and Chinese, and were very accommodating.

Make sure to check in early if you want to book a private onsen. They have three, only the big one accommodates three people or more, the other two just two.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Appreciate the staff there especially women like Sai who had guided precisely wherever we intended to go in Yokohama or Tokyo.

While the rooms are a bit small compared to most. The rooms are clean and well stocked with normal amenities.

I am a Hyatt globalist, overall my experience is good. Room is very clean, bathroom is updated and modern. Hotel staff is friendly, especially Kizaki Riho has been very helpful!

I loved my stay at HR Yokohama. As a Hyatt Globalist, my room was upgraded. I enjoyed views of Tokyo Bay and the retired ocean liner docked at Yamashita Park.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Kyoto.

We spent 05 nights in Imagine Hotel Kyoto from 21 to 26 Dec 2025. A cozy and warm space near the Grand Kyoto Station and Avanti Kyoto Shopping Mall.

I really had a good experience when staying here. The location is very close to Kyoto’s station so it’s very convenient to travel around. The room is spacious and clean.

I stumbled across this accommodation by chance and feel incredibly lucky to have booked here. I have rarely encountered such a warm, cheerful, and lovely hostess as Kana.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my sister before moving on to fujikawaguchiko. The hostess Kana is super nice.

Located just three minutes’ walk from Togendai Station via its private passage, the hotel’s location is genuinely unbeatable.

Made the mistake of booking through an agency, so we didn't get the room we initially wanted. The room we did receive was very similar and wonderful in its own right.

Absolutely stunning trip. Even if it was just for one night, their public hot springs were soothing, with lovely views of the surrounding hills, and the private bath attached the room was incredible.

Size: The room was a little bit bigger than APA in Tokyo which is good but still a little small compared to Canada's standard.

A great hybrid for ryokan and hotel experience. Many rooms like a hotel, no kaiseki or course dinner, but with a buffet with Japanese and Western food.

A very comfortable and relaxing resort. Older style, but has everything you need for a chill getaway.

It's about a ten-minute walk from the station.
This was my first time experiencing a Japanese hot spring inn, and most of my needs were met; it was a very nice inn.
