Cheap Hotels in Kyushu

Room was what I expected and the hot spring bath was perfect. The highlight for me was the food. I ate in both nights and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! It's a traditional Ryokan celebrating 50 years of providing a peaceful place for people to stay.

100 year old traditional guesthouse. Super clean timber feature and very inexpensive. 15 minute walk to town and information centre. Local onsen directly over the road 100 yen.

The best stay of my 3 weeks Japan trip.
If you are non-japanese and are looking to stay in Onsen Ryokan without worrying too much about etiquette, this place is for you.

I was checked in by Suhit when I arrived. He spoke excellent English and Japanese.

Toshi and his girlfriend/wife (didn't dare to ask though 🙈) are such nice people.

The owner Toshi made the experience incredibly fun off the jump.

Located near the station. Amazing onsens which are all private, so if you are too scared you wont need to worry. Dinner is really good here. Breakfast is buffet style.

Lovely place. We stayed around end of November 23. Most reasonable prices during peak weekend period.

Possibly the best value hotel in Nagasaki. Although the room wasn't big, it had everything neccessary, a big comfortable bed, shower/tub, decent Wi-Fi, fridge, table, TV etc.

Simple but great hotel. Clean and well equipped rooms. Well situated, close to the trainstation and many restaurants and shops. Parking available for a fee in the garage-tower right behind the hotel.

I have been here a week and almost everything has been perfect.
The rooms cool quickly. The toilet is a toilet.

Good location with very new equipment and furniture. Even the television is Sony and you can watch Netflix if you have the membership.

You get your whole cabin with tv, fridge, microwave, private toilet, aircon and with loft bed. It’s a full room at the price of a bed! At such an incredible price. Amazing!

We got a one room house to ourselves and it was very clean and well maintained! There was even a board game relating to takachiho which was fun and informative.

A small business hotel not far from Kokura station.
Staff is friendly and try to communicate in English.
I have ocean view from my room is a bonus.

The rooms provided here are very spacious and the staff looks excellent. When it comes to food, it was very tasty and many variaties of dishes are available here.

Business hotel with free breakfast and free Doutour Coffee at lobby. Small room with standard amenities. Just steps away from Nakatsu station.

The place was very lovely and clean! I booked a Japanese Tatami room and the price was really good and have had no discomfort there. There’s Music night in the cafe every Friday and Saturday.

This place is near to the central kagoshima Chuo station. A very friendly staff explained to me the rules and show me around the lastly served me a free complementary coffee.

Despite being a 2-star hotel, it pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The lobby impresses with its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit old and dirty. There was some mold on the side of the tub and when I ran water in the tub, some dirt/grime came up from the drain.
Other than that, service was excellent.

I love this place. Might seem old for its price per night, but the place is well maintained. The location is also good, and the staffs are really nice!

A great one-night stay in the city! Was lucky to nab a room at a lower than usual rate. The facilities were kept clean and tidy, spacious shower rooms, large washroom area.

Really clean and there’s a lot of space! There is area to open your luggage to pack again, area for you to sit, make up area.

Had a three night stay. Owners Yukari and Kou were so lovely and welcoming and went above and beyond to help me when my check in was delayed.

We stayed in a beachfront room — such a beautiful outlook that we didn't expect at all. Our host was lovely and helpful, and had halloween treats to give out — so sweet!

Good place to breathe off some days.
Rooms are clean and well equipped. Community kitchen and vending machine available. Beautiful beach just in front, train station 5 minutes walk away.

4.6 rating is a little high. Ray, the receptionist is SO cool. He provides exemplary service. There are body odor smells in the room. Gross. There are no paper towels.

A bit expensive for à bunk bed. But in the Fukuoka price range. Small communal space, but perfect to meet new People. 2 shared Bathrooms and shower in the building. The room was clean.
