This hotel is so cute and cozy! So far, it is my absolute favourite hotel in Japan!
The Gion District is beautiful and quiet, and this hotel is a short walk from some of the main tourist attractions!

Great location, right next to the Gion district and close to a few temples, that made it easy for us to walk. Rooms were clean and as well spacious. One of the better hotels I stayed at in Japan.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Japan. It was a quiet family-owned place offering ultimate hospitality. They even drove me to Kyoto station when it was time to leave.

Very nice family running a small family Inn. Would recommend to stay here if you are not sure what you want to do, the family is very helpfull.

I'll definitely book a room with them again. Room is very clean.
I like the fact thag they're not using any deodorizer to hide/mask the smell.

The location was just perfect, walking distance from all main Kyoto attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby. The room had everything we needed and was clean.

Stayed here for a night during my trip to Japan with my friends and it was absolutely lovely! The rooms were incredibly clean, organised, and also had a sophisticated feel to them.

The location was right off of busy area of Gion, super convenient yet quiet. The rooms are sooo spacious with the biggest and comfiest bed!

Absolutely our favorite hotel of our trip! Free washing machine. A kitchen with fridge freezer! Clean room! Great bathroom! Absolutely loved it. Well recommended. It was also an insanely good price!

We had great stay w my 10 years old daughter, thought the hotel was missing a parking for the bicycle.

Extremely convenient location. There's something new around every corner! Spacious room. Washing machine and drying room for your clothes is excellent! Bed a bit firm.

The hotel apartment in Kyoto has a convenient location with three nearby stations within walking distance.

Amazing. Book it. The only downside is they have just started building next door and you need to walk through the building materials to get to the house.

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease.

First time traveling to Japan, we found out this place to practice traditional Japanese archery. Really kind people working in there and amazingly friendly people.

The location is great. Literally on the street with many stores, restaurants and activities.
The room is large, no huge. It has both a traditional living room with tatami and a modern living room.

Everything went really from the check-in to the checkout. Staff, breakfast and room were super nic.

We stayed for 3 days and it was an absolute plessure. Everybody is so friendly, polite and attentive. It is the best place to have an authentic ryokan experience. The breakfast was very delicous.

The owners were friendly and hospitable, even made us some tea when we arrived. The room was exactly what I had hoped for and we left feeling very positive about the experience.

A wonderful “hidden” gem to stay at in Kyoto! I enjoyed my stay here, traditional styling to make you feel like you are in a movie!

Confortable (and big) beds and nice shared spaces that are well kept. Bus and train station are 5 minutes away. Although one toilet for so many people might not be ideal.
