We spent 3 nights at the ANA and overall our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is about a 10min walk from Sapporo station via underground or outside.

Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at this hotel.

It was a last-minute booking for me due to a change of plans. The location is great, with easy access to Sapporo Station via the underground passage. Just look out for the APIA food walk.

Excellent location in my opinion. The room is basic and small, quite tight but its expected. Check-in and out is straight forward via e-terminals. The buffet breakfast is the highlight.

Great stay! The location is good, and the facilities are impressive. They have everything you need: a relaxing hot spring, a gym, a co-working space, and even Thai massage.

I recently stayed here for one night. There was some confusion checking in, however when that was finally settled I received a high floor room facing the park area and river.

We stayed here for 4 days. Yes the rooms might be a little old but they are still clean. And the rooms are spacious by Japanese standards.

The room is tatami /futon style. With a public bath in the basement of the hotel. Robes are available in the rooms. An unforgettable experience for my family.

This hotel is surrounded by many authentic gourmet restaurants. Please ask the counter staff for recommendations based on your preferences.

The hotel room is spacious. It is absolutely family friendly. I saw families playing bingo scratch games in the hall and kids were super happy.

Stayed 2 nights! The location is just a 10-minute walk from Kushiro Station, which isn’t too far. There were many dining and drinking options nearby, making it very convenient.

Breakfast and diner with fresh ingrediënts made with love every day, beers by the fireplace and within 5 minutes in the skilift! Very cozy interior, clean bathroom with bath and perfect beds.

The beef and pork yakitori with parsley Mayo was better than the $140.00 wagyu steak I had in Kyoto… oh my lord it was the best thing I've ever eaten!

We had a great time staying at this ryokan. The service was exceptional. The room is large, and well stocked with an abundance of beverages and goodies. The private in-room onsen is amazing.

This place is perfect for your ski holidays. If you like to discover ski resorts or just do skitouring in the area, this is place to go. Easy access and not far from main ski areas in the region.

Absolutely no complaint. Given the prime location and affordable price, the room space is considered spacious. They serve ice cream/sorbets, prebiotic drinks, and salt ramen at specific timings daily.

Location right beside Sapporo station was great for tourist. Room small but clean. Though most guests were business travellers hotel provide lovely cute touches around and breakfast is included.

You just can’t beat the location of this new Sapporo hotel — it’s a tiny walk away from the city centre, heaps of restaurants, shopping and also the snow festival.

Stayed here for a week while boarding in niseko — place was lovely, 2 minute walk to the slopes and the staff were amazing and happy to accommodate.

What a good time in a place it is a pleasure to return to every day after skiing. There are plenty of blankets and nice people to get to know. Not many bathtubs, but onsens are a short drive away.

This is my second time staying at the natulux and I am always so pleased with my experience.

On the reception, there is a lady reception who is very helpful and friendly, on the contrary, there is also one of her co-worker who is not so friendly.
