A great business hotel, if you join membership, room rates are discounted.
Apart from a little threadbare carpet in the room and worn out bathub it was clean, immaculate with amazingly helpful staff.

Great location, comfortable room at reasonable prices. Special mention goes to my tomodachi Kukishi at the front desk.

There is afternoon lounge till 7 and was great too.

I just had a fantastic stay at this Grand Mercure. Staffs were super friendly and nice and kind. Lounge was huge and free! Room not brand new but very clean, elegant and classy.

Pretty good hotel, location is good and rooms were nice. We went to Zepp Sapporo to a gig and it is only a short walk away.
We had breakfast, which was really great.

New, clean and spacious hotel. This is good that they have hot bath pools, we could relax our muscles after a long day out.

Had a very pleasant experience at Resol Hotel. It is located in a convenient distance to public transport as well as nearby stores.

Very spacioius room. And is as close to perfektion as it gets. But to cool down the room you would need to keep the window curtains open.

Plus points:
Location: amazing, near Nijo market and Susukino. Abit far from the station (500m)
Room size: pleasant comparing with Japanese standard, we couls open all 3 suicases at once time.

I stayed at WBF Hotel Sapporo and had a genuinely pleasant experience.

My wife & I along with our 2 children (10 & 13) stayed for 7 nights in mid December 2025.

Pros.
We booked a twin room and there was a lot of space, which is rare for Japan. The room felt comfortable and not cramped.
The view was a highlight.

A good Cost effective hotel with standard size rooms, its clean and the staff are very good, you collect your amenities daily from reception area.

To be honest, I believe three-star hotels should focus on offering high-quality basic amenities.

This was a very conveniently located hotel a few easy subway stations away from Sapporo Station.

Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a little claustrophobic. I can reach the ceiling without difficulty.
Perfect location! Get out, turn left and you're at Nakajima Park!

Great hostel. The staff pointed me out to nearby Jozankei for a day trip. Wonderful place for day trip. There's also a nearby bakery that sells delicious daily baked goods. Yum.

I travelled to japan by myself for the first time, I was very nervous for hthe commute around as im not from a city originally.

The room was perfectly clean. The amenities were sufficient and the staff gives you new towels every day even if you do not ask for cleaning.

A great hotel with good amenities, including a breakfast buffet and an onsen on the top floor. Located near the heart of the city. And walking distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores.

I’m really happy I stayed at this hotel :). The staff were kind, friendly, helpful, caring, and very accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved how they offer breakfast.

Our family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any request — truly one of the highlights of our trip.

The location was convenient. I had the choice to walk, take the subway, or the streetcar depending on my mood or the weather. My room had a nice view and good soundproofing.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were generally friendly, especially the two security personnel who stood out for their kindness and enthusiasm.

Ms. Yukari at the Front Office was very helpful, professional, and attentive.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Sapporo Odori Park. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the toilet was exceptionally clean — something my family really appreciates when travelling.

A nice small compact room, clean, cozy and comfortable. It comes with light breakfast (breads, boiled egg, yogurt, pudding, potato salad).
The location is perfect (as always) near JR station.

This was our third stay at JR Inn Sapporo and the sixth hotel on our journey.

I was quite scared when I read the reviews on Google saying that this place was very bad, that there were no upgrades, and so on.
Let’s start with the check-in.

Quiet place and kept well maintained. Perfect for someone looking for a clean place to rest and stay without any fuss. Love the free drink too!

What a wonderful experience this was. Nestled outside of Sapporo. This traditional style ryokan was available to enjoy for an affordable price.

We just came for an onsen day pass, ¥1500 a person. Multiple baths to soak in, including a footbath, spa, and an outdoor bath, which was my favourite. Stunning views of the snowy landscape all round.

Maybe this is the only big room I can find in Sapporo. It locates a bit far from the centre. The view nearby is nice with the park and quiet area. There’s a 5-min walk convenience store.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother from September 27–28 and had originally booked a smoking room.

Checking-in and out of this hotel was a breeze. They explained the policies (re: required cleaning day after 3 days, to leave the trash and used towels outside your door, no smoking policy, etc.

Amazing 1-2 person stay — recc 1. Nice bathtub for soaks and TV has youtube and netflix.

Right beside the train station and therefore central, this hotel was a last minute good surprise.
My twin room was spacious and even though at the 3rd floor, very tranquil.

The hotel was comfortable and very clean.

This is a beautiful hotel with the tower design. Both the bedroom and the public space was very clean. However the room was a bit old and tired. The service by the staff was excellent.

Clean and comfortable stay. Modest sized rooms. Around 12min walk to susukino. Sucks that they couldn’t let you check-in earlier even if there are already available rooms.

Great central location close to the train station and buses. One of the front desk concierges even helped us make dinner reservations. Thank you so much for making our Sapporo stay pleasant :)

I checked in on Apr 5 afternoon for 6 nights after our ski trip at Niseko.

We stayed here for two nights in February 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — just one block away from JR Sapporo Station and Daimaru.

Premier Hotel Cabin offers a lot of convenience and comfort, especially for travelers who appreciate traditional Japanese hotel touches.

The room was clean and modern than I expected, but as it appears to be renovated, air conditioning system was remained old — no temperature control.

Overall good experience here and will visit again. I spent 7 nights here travelling solo.
The staff is very friendly, although with very limited English skills. Check in was quick.

This hotel was perfect. It was located at end of shopping market street so easy to get your bearings. Hotel staff were courteous and welcoming.
