Hotels in Tokai with a Pool

We stayed at AB Hotel Kani for 1 night in a double room while visiting Inuyama by car.

Nothing to say about the hotel but if you go there for the very beautiful swimming pool and relaxing area or so called fitness club be aware that there is no tatoos policy.

Best hotel of my trip! And the least expensive. Everything was perfect. Rooms were huge, service great, beautiful lobby, easy parking (¥1, 000 per night), nice breakfast.

We stayed one night with the base price room with my mom. It was one of the most precious, relaxing and happiest time we could ever spend.

I used Google translate bc K live in a large minka in Kyoto and only speak and write Japanese.
This was an amazing hotel.

We had a great stay here! The staffs are all very kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel well cared for and comfortable.

The bath, service, and food were all excellent and I was very satisfied!
Kasako's fried chicken was so delicious that I could eat it all the way to the head!

Thank you for the excellent service! Though the check-in place is different from our stay area, we were pleasantly surprised by the super huge accomodation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
A very interesting and unique concept. I didn’t expect it to be a decentralized hotel since my wife made the booking, so it was a nice surprise. The staff are extremely attentive—Ms.

Our stay at Sanyo was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

We had a wonderful stay at Sanyo-so! We got engaged in the beautiful Japanese zen garden and the staff were so incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful.

This 溫泉旅館 is situated on top of a cliff overlooking a large sea inlet between several islands, and the view from the room was really incredible.

I didn't have to pay to stay here so my review might be slightly biased, but I genuinely had an excellent experience. There are three public baths, including at least one with an outdoor bath.

This hotel was unexpectedly lovely! The "onsen pool" was the perfect temperature, and it was nice to be able to enjoy an onsen-like experience with my mixed-sex group of (shy American) friends.

I stayed with my two dogs.
The room was a little small with two dogs.
There was a small dog run, and there were cages and dog sets in the room.

Staying at Hama no Yu was truly an unforgettable experience.

The kaiseki dinner is definitely one of the best. They have shuttle bus from Izu-Inatori to the hotel. The staffs were nice.

It was so nice to have an entire place to ourselves.

The view from our villa was amazing, you can see the whole of Mt. Fuji on a clear day! The hosts were lovely and offered a pick up / drop off service which was very helpful.

We loved the stay at Awaumi for our trip to Mt Fuji.

Awaumi is a great place to stay in Fuji. Resort is clean and Staff was great to work with.

The mixed, womens-only and private outdoor baths here are outside of the main building and accessible by a short cable-car.

Underrated hotel! The hotel reminds me of the nostalgic good old days. Tatami room is a bit small but clean and very comfortable. It housed many onsens both indoor and outdoor.

Nakaodaira was by far the most beautiful accommodation on my trip. The food was outstanding. Every meal consisted of a wide variety of carefully prepared dishes.

We had an oustanding two-night stay a this authentic Japanese Ryokan. It was easily the highlight of our Japan trip.

It's been a while since I last stayed at Honitei. It's been three years, and it felt like I'd traveled back in time. However, the open-air bath and toilets have been renovated, which was refreshing.

Following our Shinhotaka visit, we checked into a charming cottage homestay. Enjoying the entire property to ourselves during the off-season including the outdoor onsen.

Spent the night with a family of five (two children and a grandparent). We stayed in a spacious corner suite on the fourth floor, I believe it was room 57. It was a lovely experience.

Fantastic inn, lovely private and open baths and helped us book a taxi on departure.

I chose Hinodeya as I wanted a place close to Izukogen station. It's a 10 minute uphill walk from the station and is located on the main road through town. Taxi fare from the station was reasonable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hinodeya ryokan. The staff is lovely and always ready to help. I booked a cosy single bedroom which I found with a nice futon and ready warm water for tea.
