We had a very nice and spacious house. It does include all that is necessary and beyond (though no laundry machine).

What a gem! Beautiful accommodation run by beautiful people. Lovely breakfast, amazing pool, onsens, room was modern and had everything we needed.

We spent a wonderful few days at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a 10-minute walk to Shirahama Beach. Our room had a sea view.

The hotel was in a great location pretty much bear everything: a drug store, convenient stores and Kawaguchiko station.
The room was spaceous and everything you could need was included. Great stay!

We were looking for a place to stay for 5 nights on Lake Kawaguchiko for 3 people.

It's a good stay for the price. Nearby the bus terminal, access to convenience stores, quiet neighbourhood and nice views.
You can see the different landscape over Mt Fuji as temperature changes.

Can be a little ways from the station, but it's really cozy 10/10 recommend. If you're gonna drive, do note that the roads are really narrow.
Also, the window view you see in the listing aren't a lie.
