Resort Hotels in TokaiResort

This place is awesome. They have the best view of Mt Fuji from the rooms. They have a very good onsen bath with all the facilities.

Lovely staff. Very attentive and really paid attention to our allergies and preferences. Really comfortable room.

Beautiful resort with comfy rooms and attentive service. Dinner service was nice but pricey. Onsen was clean and I appreciated that it was available for private use after midnight.

Wonderful stay with our family of six. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, even arranging a complimentary taxi to help us move our luggage.

We stayed for 2 nights from April 5, 2025. Luckily we got a big room with a great view of lake Yamanaka and Mt Fuji. It’s a Japanese style room.

Spent one night here. Wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the room. And friendly staff. Helpful in explaining the rules of the hotel.

Had a great experience staying here with my family. Enjoyed the facilities including the outdoor onsen and sauna. The view was stunning and the area quiet and calm.

Would definitely stay here again. This is my second stay in Fuji area and I decided to try another hotel — Blanc Fuji and it didn’t disappoint.

Coming here with group on duty.
Hotel have a nice services and supportive staff.
Room is Japanese Western style quiet large and have a lot of space.

A beautiful resort! We hosted an event here for our family and friends. The staff and service are incredible. Food is also delicious and the onsen is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced.

Wow, such a beautiful location, beautiful walk way, excellent welcoming service, warm Yukatas, and beautiful Onsens.

We had an AMAZING time at Tofuya. The staff are incredible — they were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time.
The property is gorgeous and serene.

Soooo impressed with this hotel and staff experience. I stayed for only one night but the breakfast was the best I had in all of Japan, everything was very fresh.

Lovely place for a getaway. We stayed as two couples, and everything exceeded expectations.

We checked in late at 6:00 PM and absolutely loved our stay. The room was warm, cozy, and super comfortable.

I loved the marshmallows by the fireplace in the lobby! In the mornings, the breakfasts were great. The waiter is very polite and hospitable.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio.
The biggest highlight is definitely the views.

The hotel is bright and well-lit, and conveniently located close to Fuji-Q Highland. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Really love this hotel so much.
I chose this hotel mainly because they provide a free shuttle bus — and they have one of the most frequent schedules.

Beautiful hotel. We had a room with a fantastic view. Staff are polite, extremely professional and super helpful! A special shoutout to receptionist Lee for going above and beyond.

My husband and I were so pleased to find this hotel. We miss the Japanese buffet breakfast in the sun drenched restaurant. Though dated, it is impeccably clean and well maintained.

I stayed here for one night while playing golf at NEMU CC. The newly renovated rooms and the large communal bath with three bathtubs were very appealing.

This is a nice hotel with a professional front desk downstairs. Free coffee is available. The hotel has self-service laundry and dryers. There's an onsen (hot spring) on the 7th floor.

A bit sparse location among some homes and fields. Has both a smaller open air (inbuilding carbonic onsen) and a larger indoor onsen with Mt Fuji view on L7. Not mixed. Wonderful toiletries.

Overall the experience was good. I was lucky to see only about 3 other groups among the 2 nights I stayed, otherwise the capacity of bathrooms and toilets would not be sufficient.

We stayed here and the service was amazing!
The grandma who took care of us there was so sweet and helped us set up a taxi for us to get to Mount Fuji for a 3am hike and drove us around a bit.

Stayed at Atagawa Ocean Resort for a weekend getaway with my husband and our two fur babies, TinTin and Goofy.

We went there for our wedding anniversary. It was a great place. We booked corner room. It was very big room with beautiful view. Dinner and breakfast was delicious with many kind of sea food dishes.

Great pleasure living there by 4 people shared this 2 stories house in a block.

Very dated and tired looking from the outside but inside was very comfortable and modern. 2 level apartment will give you beautiful views of the tip of Mt Fuji from upper level.

If you are looking for a true hidden gem, look no further. Sundance Resort Kawaguchiko is nestled beautifully within a serene forest right at the foothills of Mt. Fuji.

The rooms are well equipped and service is great. We stayed here for a week with RCI. The location is very convenient, almost perfect expect for a little mold in the shower room.

It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. The nearby convenience store was also a big plus, as it was easily accessible on foot at night.

We love it and already am planning another trip back!
Right from the start everything was so wonderful. The min we entered the driveway we were in awed!

This is easily the best place me and my friends have ever stayed, the baths, food and location is fantastic for what you pay and the staff are so incredibly helpful and kind.
