This place is awesome. They have the best view of Mt Fuji from the rooms. They have a very good onsen bath with all the facilities.

We had a truly beautiful and memorable 3-night stay at Isana Resort in Ito. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

I loved the marshmallows by the fireplace in the lobby! In the mornings, the breakfasts were great. The waiter is very polite and hospitable.

This is a nice hotel with a professional front desk downstairs. Free coffee is available. The hotel has self-service laundry and dryers. There's an onsen (hot spring) on the 7th floor.

A bit sparse location among some homes and fields. Has both a smaller open air (inbuilding carbonic onsen) and a larger indoor onsen with Mt Fuji view on L7. Not mixed. Wonderful toiletries.

The rooms were nice, but the hot springs bath areas are the best I have ever encountered. There are two indoor pools and a sauna and ten outdoor pools with spectacular views.

We went there for our wedding anniversary. It was a great place. We booked corner room. It was very big room with beautiful view. Dinner and breakfast was delicious with many kind of sea food dishes.

Spacious rooms and fantastic view. We didn't dine in at the hotel restaurant and only tried the public bath which was satisfactory and nothing surprising. A bit smelly on the outdoor terrace though.

If you are looking for a true hidden gem, look no further. Sundance Resort Kawaguchiko is nestled beautifully within a serene forest right at the foothills of Mt. Fuji.

The rooms are well equipped and service is great. We stayed here for a week with RCI. The location is very convenient, almost perfect expect for a little mold in the shower room.

This place gave us a huge upgrade for free, we just asked. Such a beautiful place, only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open.
