Had an unforgettable stay at Hostel Fujisan YOU. First of all, the location. It's located centrally in Fujiyoshida, about a 5 minute walk from Mt. Fuji station.

We had a great experience overall. The hostel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the local train station and with stunning views of Mt. Fuji on clear days.

Best hotel of my trip! And the least expensive. Everything was perfect. Rooms were huge, service great, beautiful lobby, easy parking (¥1, 000 per night), nice breakfast.

We walked into our room: and it immediately felt like home. It was neat, tidy and spacious. A comfortable sofa with tasteful cushions. Clean, freshly laundered bed linen, and fluffy bathroom towels.

Our stay at Nakaodaira was a true highlight of our trip to Japan. After a long day hiking Kamikochi, we arrived to Nakaodaira exhausted and soaking wet from the rain.

Absolutely stunning mountain views, nourishing meals, private onsen, and welcoming and generous staff. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. We included both dinner & breakfast. Food and service were great. We would go back again it was so pleasant.

We stayed here mid March with friends for one night in two adjoining private villas with open-air bath. The experience was amazing.

Value for money. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Very good place to relax and recharge. Hotel is not new but well maintained with good hygiene level.

We ended up staying at this hotel! Unexpectedly, and I was surprised by how rural the area was. However, access was convenient, about 90 minuted from Nagoya so having a car was not necessary.

We loved the stay at Awaumi for our trip to Mt Fuji.

Awaumi is a great place to stay in Fuji. Resort is clean and Staff was great to work with.

A very interesting and unique concept. I didn’t expect it to be a decentralized hotel since my wife made the booking, so it was a nice surprise. The staff are extremely attentive—Ms.

Unreservedly recommended hotel option in Shizuoka, nice clean and conveniently located right in the heart of the city. Note that the reception is in the pedestrian underground tunnel.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in room 5! room is spacious, clean and has comfy beds. There's a japanese room (apart from regular room) where we could lay futons on and try the japanese way of life.

The more people there are, the greater the merit. I had two people for two days and one night. The accommodation was pretty and clean, so I rested well. Thank you for your kind explanation.

Staying at Hama no Yu was truly an unforgettable experience.

The kaiseki dinner is definitely one of the best. They have shuttle bus from Izu-Inatori to the hotel. The staffs were nice.

The parking lot is large and easy to park.
The customer service from the front desk and breakfast venue is also good.
I stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it was very clean and comfortable.

The entrance is a Tenrikyo tomb, so it's a bit scary, but the pool, hot springs, and guest rooms are all five stars. The pool has a waterslide, etc.

We stayed at AB Hotel Kani for 1 night in a double room while visiting Inuyama by car.

Underrated hotel! The hotel reminds me of the nostalgic good old days. Tatami room is a bit small but clean and very comfortable. It housed many onsens both indoor and outdoor.

As a Canadian born Asian, I was thoroughly impressed with this onsen hotel.

We love this place. So much so that we're returning next month and bringing my wife's brother and sister in law to enjoy the experience of staying in one of the suites.

We had a lovely stay here in Jan ‘25. Beautiful onsen facility with outdoor baths and a stunning location.
Rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it!
The room was big and clean with a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding mountains.
