Great hotel, the staff is very helpful. Fantastic view. Arianna at the front desk is the best. She is always in a good mood and very helpful. If you want to experience the "Real" Italy stay here.

This hotel is built on several levels on one of the highest points of Spello and within the town walls.

I have been eating, not entirely good food, unique rudeness and arrogant! beautiful landscape pity for the territory!

Kindness and welcoming. Advised.

The hotel is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. Its location is very close to the Folklore and the old town of Orvieto. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, especially Maria.

We loved our stay at Fontebella. We grabbed a quick bite at the bistro upon arrival and headed out to see the tombs of some of our favorite saints. Our room was fifth floor and quite large.

I loved this hotel! Right in the middle of old town! Assisi is just breathtaking and we had a valley view room! Breakfast was yummy!

This is a massive, beautifully restored, full service, 4-star historical hotel right in the best part of Spoleto, at prices below B&B rates. Large, comfortable rooms with every convenience imaginable.

This is such a lovely place to stay! Very friendly family run hotel. Room was very quiet, clean and spacious! Free breakfast had a great variety of food and was all very fresh.

I was staying in Locanda and I had absolutely fabulous time! Everything was perfect, the rooms are nice and clean. I also had dinner and breakfast there and it was delicious!

Cozy place in the heart of the city, friendly and qualified staff. Clean room and great breakfast I would say very plentiful. Highly recommended 😊 Greetings from Rome.

Cozy place, and very clean qualified staff, in the center of Terni great for travel. We recommend to children and families, reasonable prices.

Eighteen friends shared a week in this villa in rural Umbria. All the rooms were en suite, very clean and spacious.
