Hotels in Umbria with Breakfast

Hi used this hotel to stay while visiting Gubbio. Rooms spotless and staff were really friendly. Breakfast is served but good quality.

Very pleasant cuisine. Clean restaurant. Good value for money.

The structure is comfortable in the heart of Gubbio, and Mrs. Simona is very kind.

I stayed at Tunuta di Fasia for a few nights and I have to say it was an incredible experience. Couldn't recommend it more. It had everything that you might want!

Had a fantastic time at Tenuta di Fassia. Incredibly kind and thoughtful service, delicious food and wellness. A unique estate in the Umbrian countryside.

Very pleasant charming hotel. The terrace alone is worth it. Great view of valley to enjoy a drink and /or breakfast. Just a lovely spot.

It used to be an Italian villa. Should I say more? Wind your way through the extremely tight streets to park your car outside the wall.

The Umbria region is known for its hospitality and Navarro is a most kind and attentive host, above and beyond.

Wonderful stay in this gorgeous, historic villa (home to a Cardinal no less).
Nazzaro was a very welcoming and thoughtful host who put on an excellent breakfast (both sweet and savoury).

Located a few kilometers from Spoleto in an extremely beautiful, quiet place with a panoramic view.

Never found such a well-kept accommodation… clean… beautiful… exquisite people, beautiful place.

The hotel location is perfect, exactly between the old city and the train station. Very quiet place. The breakfast was very nice, very quiet as well, with a very good service.

Definitely the good food of the restaurant, the cleanliness, the courtesy and the location in the center of Terni.

Cozy, clean and beautiful location. The room was beautiful, clean and furnished with care and elegance. The host was kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

The structure is located a few kilometers from the center of Terni.

Gentle, warming, rooms are beautiful as the place. Owners are welcoming. Chef very nice and good cooking. For sure we will go back.

A 10 minute drive off the main Rd. The drive is a not gr8 but the place is quiet as a result. Not many rooms so front desk sometimes not manned. Its in a side room itself.

One of our favourite hotel. Super cosy rooms with great views on the country side. Amazing breakfast. Super convenient location, close to parking and lift connection for the centre.

I got married here in 2025 and Marta, Lorenzo and then entire team at Bramante were incredible. We had the best wedding and couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything!

We spent a night with friends in this Agriturismo show. Mrs. Olivia treated us as if we were at home. Large, clean rooms furnished with refined taste.

We stayed 8 days in this magnificent structure, a wonderful place to say the least. The very kind lady Olivia spoiled us with her abundant and delicious breakfasts with cakes made by her.

A restored fortified house, huge and nicely appointed rooms, excellent spacious bathrooms very friendly staff, copious and good breakfast. We were sorry that we only spent one night there.

Lovely place, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are truly realistic because they very much reflect those of an ancient medieval castle, and all the services were excellent.

The most beautiful b&b we stayed at during our Umbria visit. The room was out of a fairytale (we are still talking about its views and the artsy, thoughtful touches all throughout).

Beautiful accommodation in the centre of Todi but still quiet and relaxing. The view from the room was spectacular.

Beautiful property with really nice quaint rooms. Was great for our one night stay. Really close to Orvieto. You can easily walk up to explore the town and / or go for dinner.

I have just returned from 6 days at Casa Selita and while I have many wonderful things to say I must start with Selita herself. Selita is by far the best host I've encountered in all my travels.

The very best we've stayed in, in very many trips to Italy. The accommodations are so thoughtfully appointed we were tempted to stay in much of the day.

We absolutely love this beautiful place and our kind hostess, Sabrina!

Our family stayed in the little cottage and it felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Francesca took such good care of us. The breakfast was amazing, the path up to old town was magical.

What a wonderful and peaceful stay! This was a welcome respite toward the end of our journey through Italy, and the perfect “calm before the storm” before we ended our trip in the bustle of Rome.

We stayed for a short time at the end of July, in the center of Orvieto it was a pleasant discovery. Very nice lilac room for 4 people, very clean including the shared kitchen and lounge areas.

Charming B&B, practically at the beginning of the centre; unfortunately there is little availability of free parking in the surrounding area.

We spent three nights at this B&B just outside the walls of old Orvieto.

What a quaint little place. The hosts are so nice and accommodating. Very clean and a fantastic cappuccino for breakfast. Breakfast, parkland Wi-Fi included.

Excellent location for access to everything in Orvieto and beyond. A great mesh of modern amenities in a traditional building. The owner, Nadia, is very responsive and communicates well and often.

Great location, big airy rooms, furniture with clean, modern lines — what a deal! I loved it.

The room was clean and basic. The location is wonderful. Many sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel and area felt safe and there was always someone at the front desk to help.

We stayed at this hotel for two days.

A very lovely place to stay! The host was extremely kind and welcomed us to stay in the beautiful sunroom as we waited for a couple of hours for our ride.

We spent 4 nights in this B&B and we must say that everything was exceptional. The spacious room is always well cleaned.

Very beautiful and well-kept structure in a super quiet location 5 minutes from the center of Spello.
Franca the owner is very kind, friendly and helpful.
We had a nice relaxing weekend.

We stayed three nights with my boyfriend, in this B&B located in Spello, in a very convenient location, 10 minutes from Assisi.
Mrs. Franca welcomed us with great kindness and a beautiful smile.

A special thanks to Mrs. Deborah and. Family the owner of the farm the pile and a nice and friendly person who takes care of every detail a hug n.

I am very satisfied with the stay spent at this property, all very comfortable and beautiful, also the owner Mrs. Debora is an exceptional and helpful person, ready to satisfy every little need👍👍👍
