Hotels in Umbria with Breakfast

You never know when you book a hotel if it is going to live up to expectations. Happy to say that the Castello di Monterone does that and more.

Comfortable hotel, easily connected to Perugia centre, Assisi, Spello and Spoleto. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Serena and her team make a great job.

It's a really good hotel with high level service. All the personnel in the hotel is nice, helpful and friendly.

Good services clean and safe.

Very convenient to the historic center to be reached on foot.
Friendly staff.
The cleanliness is not perfect.
Very good restaurant pity for the wine list a bit 'restricted.

Very nice and affordable hotel in the heart of Foligno. The service is way above the number of stars that it has on the front door.

Very cute 3 stars hotel. Very well situated. In the center but still in a quiet area. Also 5 min from the train station. Super clean. Well maintained. The room are big and comfy.

Cloud Lounge at the La Rosetta Hotel (Hilton) is a beautiful, refined space that perfectly complements Perugia’s historic charm.

Location is excellent, right in the centre, rooms very spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms. All the standard amenities (but no kettle or coffee machine).

Stayed here for 6 nights. It was our base for exploring Perugia. Staff were lovely, all were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful views and lovely staff. The walk into town is lined with fine old buildings.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms are spacious, people super friendly. The only downside is that there isn’t AC in the room, and Wi-Fi was not always available in all spaces.

Friendly hotel and above all spotless, very kind staff, highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel in Cascia for three nights with my parents during the Feast of Santa Rita, and the hotel and its wonderful staff made our visit even more memorable.

Visited Cascia for the Feast Day of St. Rita and this hotel was just the best. It's in the center of everything you'll find restaurants, gift shops and a few bars.

This is a great little home.
I enjoy my stay at this hostel, I do recommend it, I will use it again.
I stay in a mixed dorm, they are a lot of beds inside.

When I arrived in Perugia, I found this cozy hostel that I really liked! I stayed in the budget-friendly 12-bed room, and the first seven days were great.

We had an incredibly good experience at the lovely Casale Serena.

Wonderful 1 night stay and wish to come back! Convenient to the autostrada but the building and scenery are so picturesque! Cute details and decor. Very kind, attentive staff, especially Agnes.

Excellent in all three categories.
Simple but very welcoming and complete restaurant. Obviously dedicated to meat and good drink.
In summer you eat outdoors in a suggestive context.

Incredible gastronomic experience, excellent menu, classic dishes of Umbrian cuisine with a personalized touch, incredible, historical atmosphere, very high level wines.

We didn't read the address… middle of an industrial park outside Foligno. HOWEVER — plenty of parking, modern (10 years old), pristinely clean, Reception helpful/spoke Eng.

Really a lovely place! 😍

I stayed three nights in a single room at the hotel. The room was fairly basic but super clean and comfortable. My room was pretty quiet and I slept well.

We stayed here several nights in March while visiting our daughter who was studying in Perugia for the semester.

We live in Italya for more than 2, 5 years and for sure this was one of the best dinners in a small town.

We know this as a restaurant and also a bar… it's great.
It's our 'local' and we appreciate them hugely…

We had a lovely stay at Locanda Della Posta. Check in was seamless, the room was clean and spacious and the location cannot be better located in the heart of the town.

The hotel is in a convenient part of Perugia. It’s very nicely updated and very clean. The shower in our triple room was really fancy and fairly complicated to use.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome.

Perfectly located in the city center, just a few meters from Perugia's main square, Priori Hotel offers the best you could expect.

The location is outstanding. A beautiful landscape on the surrounding hills. Numerous blocks of apartments are immersed in olive trees and surrounded by well-kept hedges. Relaxing environment.

Great place to stay. Rooms are great, view is amazing and the heated pool is a very good addition.
Breakfast is good and all staff are friendly.

Where to start?
It was amazing! Everything was superlatives! We had pasta course with chef Ledy Silva, who is lovely and cooks incredible.

We loved it here! The interior & pool area were both beautiful. We were only here for one night, but wished we could have stayed longer!

What a great experience. I was able to book directly with the hotel and canceled my third party booking to save money AND have a room with scenic balcony.

We stayed at Hotel Signa in July 2024 for the Umbria Jazz Festival (very cool, btw). It's a 2-star hotel, but it is absolutely fantastic.

We stayed here for three nights before our wedding and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are fine, although you can see that they’re not too new. Food is very good: breakfast and especially dinner.
But what I liked the most are the people working there!

Nice hostel in the historical centre of Foligno. The staff were very accommodating, we were three pilgrims on the Via Francescano so we had to leave very early in the morning, before breakfast time.

Lovely facility, friendly and welcoming staff and great breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel with a friendly and responsive staff. Booking their parking is especially convenient.

Perfect! Next time in Perugia I will definitely book here again. Perfect location — right on Corso Vannucci, so close to everything including the Pincetto mini metro stop.

Nice choice If you have a car. Rooms are nice and big but need a refresh. Bed are very comfy though. Breakfast is nice. Free parking available.

Very clean and easily accessible.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the room and the staff. I stayed there just one night, but I would have liked to extend my stay.

We spent a truly special weekend, thanks to Luca's exclusive welcome… who made us feel truly at home.
