I was happy to have found this hotel, was looking forward to visit it, but after couple of days I got the worst reservation experience of my life and in the end I booked to go to another hotel. I lost the rooms I had booked online because of them… very inefficient and not able to serve customers… The story goes like this: 1. I make a booking through a platform for 4 nights, with the possibility to cancel up to a specific date.
2. I contact the hotel early enough, asking for lowest possible price and some clarifications, as the price looked too high.
3. I get an offer not better than the one of the platform and the explanation that a baby is charged 15 euro per night (extra from what it was mentioned on the platform) and that breakfast for the baby is 5 euro per day! We had mentioned that we are bringing our own travel bed and that the baby is just 2 years old. So what is this charge of 15 euro, for the water of the shower he takes every two days?
And the 5 euro for the breakfast is for the 1 banana he is going to eat? 4. Anyway, I continue asking for a better price, explaining those points about the baby and other points. 5.
