Perfect in all respects. Excellent room, food & location. Our dog loved it too.

Staff are fantastic and grounds are kept quite clean, even if parts of the walkways are in gravel. Very good views and very comfortable to sit out in the evening. Pools are well done. Lunch and dinner were very good with typical local dishes.
Drive up is along a tight hillside road which is also broken in various areas. Wi-Fi was good in the main restaurant area, not so good in the higher rooms. They had booked events for lunch and dinner which got a bit disturbing and loud. Breakfast was good, but plain. Television only in Italian and would not dual to original language.

A peaceful, elegant, warm place, the staff is extremely professional and caring, the atmosphere is vibrant and magic.

We stayed 2 nights here with 2 person in a room close to the end of the area and with access to a terrace from the room. The location of the hotel is awesome, everything is very clean and in a absolutely good condition. The owner definitely spend effort into the facility. There are plenty of parking slots available. The rooms are modern and functional, but a bit small. There are 2 pools. One is very warm, the scenic infinity pool is fresh, but not cold.
There are no cocktails served during the day. So bring your own drinks to the pool and the Air-condition our room was not working. The breakfast is simple and 90% sugar things.
Be aware of the very narrow street and dirt road on the last mile to the hotel.

The perfect location in the middle of nature (you need a car because it's far from everything). Great view. Two nice swimming pools. Good restaurant.
Sometimes we were a bit annoyed by the loud music, but we are quite sensible too.

This is a perfect place for touring this fabulous region, it is up some winding small roads but well worth it for the view you get from the rooms and the restaurant. The room was clean with good quality bedding, plenty of power outlets but it can only be described as basic but adequate at the price we paid. There are no extras not even a cup for ur toothbrush, we bought our own glasses for the room. It was very quiet and warm (which we later learned in Italy they do not put on central heating mid April regardless of the temperature outside)
Breakfast was very poor, in the 5 breakfasts we had we got warm boiled eggs once. Stale hard bread and poor quality cooked ham and cheese every morning.
The restaurant was absolutely fabulous, we had 2 fantastic meals there with excellent service too, so obviously the breakfast is completely separate from the breakfast. All that said it’s an ideal base for touring the area.

What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful view around, perfect for hiking around in the mountains.
Waiter was very attentive and nice, even though we didn’t speak a word in Italian. Fantastic food.
Overall a great experience, only thing we missed was a SPA.

Gorgeous place, surrounded by olive trees and peace, very kind and professional staff, we will definitely be back.

The place is beautiful, is located in front of the olive groves and has a beautiful view.

A stone's throw from Foligno surrounded by greenery, wonderful view, excellent dinner the only flaw: the wine list.

What a beautiful place to stay im definitely giving it a 10/10 from the views to the service to the accomodation every thing was perfect. It should be a 5 🌟 and hats of to the capo what a great host, definitely will be back but for a longer stay.

you can not describe in words you have to live it.

It would be reductive to recommend one thing because everything is very nice and good… from the kindness of those who manage it to good food and above all nothing left to chance… we will definitely stay here again… ops I forgot very good oil.

Bad (at least the restaurant) I was there in Mid-August and I won't even go back to the bathroom. 42€ per person for a hungry lunch even the starter nn was enough for tti, the children's menu 25€ for pennette with sauce and a pre-cooked cutlet. We were outside and we suffered an African heat that could be solved with a simple fan since it was enough to get out of the veranda to get better in fact the tables ran away on the walls at every change of course. Not recommended.
