We stayed on the first floor of this beautiful house and it was a truly enchanting experience.

We stayed on the upper floor, a clean, well-kept and quiet environment equipped with everything.

Very cozy and comfy hotel, super nice staff. Modern style, but still comfortable and not tacky. And literally steps away from the train station without being loud or crowded.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, thermostat in the room worked correctly keeping the room temperature as desired.

We had an unforgettable stay in this farmhouse which exceeds all expectations. The location is simply fantastic, located in an ideal position to explore the wonders of Umbria.

The farmhouse is located 4 minutes by car from Foligno in a super quiet area surrounded by greenery.
The owners are exquisite people and super available for advice and requests.

The location is outstanding. A beautiful landscape on the surrounding hills. Numerous blocks of apartments are immersed in olive trees and surrounded by well-kept hedges. Relaxing environment.

Great place to stay. Rooms are great, view is amazing and the heated pool is a very good addition.
Breakfast is good and all staff are friendly.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this accommodation. Very well equipped and furnished apartments. Outstanding service and staff.

I am not one to normally write a negative review but I feel this is warranted and hope that this can assist Carla (Manager/Owner) to improve her attitude and customer care and become more personable.
