Apart‑Hotels in UmbriaCondo Hotel

My partner and his family and I are just back from a wonderful 2 night stay at this incredible place.

A wonderful location that we have been frequenting since 1994… it's like being with family.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks!
The pool is very relaxing (even in October), the area is beautiful and the staff is very kind and always up for a little talk.

We had a great stay, Giulia was especially welcoming and was so kind to help us with a late check out to accomadate our flight schedule! 🙆

Beautiful ancient building updated for comfort without loss of charm. Fantastic staff very accommodating and super friendly. Will stay there again for sure.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view, a lot of walking though, depends where your room is located, the rooms themselves are as big as a house, it also has a lot of history, which makes it in my

We stayed 4 nights. Rooms are lovely, comfortable and well appointed with fantastic views. We enjoyed having wines at sunset on the shared patios.
However, we were not impressed with the restaurant.

Lovely place with great rooms at correct prices! Everyone is very kind and really calm.

When you arrive in this place you immediately breathe an air of peace and serenity, then you meet the owners Mariella Pino Giulia and Asia and you find an extraordinary family who welcomes you with

Comfortable and complete accomodations. The local is so quite and surrounded by a green area. Assisi is an amazing place for visiting.

Very good location 5 km out of town in a forest, quiet, clean and well organised. Big enough for 2 people, Sleeping room, Living and eating area with kitchen, big bathroom, Aircon and Internet.

Great service, great food, great place! Me and my boyfriend ate here 2 times on our trip to Italy, and both times we had a wonderful experience!

The location was absolutely perfectly right in the middle of the town so we could explore all of Assisi. The room was beautiful and decorated in old Mediterranean style.

A charming little boutique hotel, equidistant from the Basilica of St Francis and the Church of St Clare. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Kindness and professionalism of the staff. Excellent cuisine, beautiful manicured gardens, very convenient for disabled people. I recommend it to everyone who loves a relaxing place.

An extraordinary discovery, lovely place, surrounded by greenery, shame to stay one night, we will definitely come back!
