We absolutely loved it there! Incredible views, lovely big clean swimming pool, fantastic breakfast and dinners.

Overall good value for money and located in the very heart of the medieval town. In the small bathroom the shower is cramped and you can hardly move inside.

I cannot say enough positive words about this place. It is a beautiful property with really nicely appointed rooms. Francesco and Patrizia were such amazing hosts and welcomed us like family.

My girls went on a school trip there for 3 days and 2 nights. They had a fantastic time! The food, accommodation, staff and activities were superb. They had a memorable experience!

I was looking for a place where is walkable from FlixBus drop-off point and close to the town centre, and this was a great find. It was a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed.

I went to this restaurant and it was simply the best service I’ve had in all of Italy. Anna is incredibly communicative and full of good humor, and Giuseppe was so friendly.

We spent a wonderful vacation of 4 weeks in this place. Kids enjoyed the pool and visits of hares, squirrel and boars while my husband working in the yard and me hiking around.

Clean, comfortable snd spacious room with a view out onto the street. Quiet at night, friendly local people.
Well-equipped, modern kitchen.
No extra charge for dog.

My wife and I spent several days here in August 2018 and all I can say is, it's a beautiful property in an excellent location.

Only problem is english language 😉 Luckily I had a frend who comunicated everything for me in Italian language 🙂

A cozy, welcoming hostel in a historic building with a beautiful medieval character. I don't think you can get a budget accommodation that would be more central in the charming town of Valfabbrica.

So Basically as a part of my Trip to Italy I found this Hotel from Google and booked it. HOTEL SANTA LUCIA as the name says, a fantastic one with a good affordable price with good breakfast.
