Gorgeous place with equally spectacular pool.

The hotel is in the best place and quite area and lovely views.

Just back from our trip to Umbria… we stayed here… who cares accept the holiday bonus… it's already there is a great thing… in several very clean rooms, super welcoming staff and excellent services… in a special panorama… super recommended is very close to Perugia… very nice even that…

Beautiful hotel very nice staff I had a great time recommending it warmly.

The hotel is described as modern. Modern has nothing. The rooms are old I think of at least 20 years. All broken, full of mold and full of dust. Being allergic was a nightmare for me. It is all dirty with various stains on the tent, on blankets, on lamps and so on. Broken furniture and nightstands with dangling legs. The only nice thing is the pool but if I have to average between outside and inside I consider it a 2 star.
The cleaning ladies didn't fix the room properly. They arrived in the late afternoon and did not replace shampoo and soap or coffee and dirty cups. Also while they were cleaning they were on the phone with friends.
Soundproof rooms meanwhile at night I heard chatter from neighbors.
A salad at the kiosk in the pool 10 euros, so with all the money you make you could invest them to improve yourself.
In short, the 4-star offers services that there have not been here. Had it been a 2 star it would have been a lovely place.

Make the driveways wider to accomodate vehicles particularly buses. Have hotel personnel help customers carry their luggages.

Once… I've been there. Years ago, my Wife and I, Beautiful at every point and aspect … so beautiful that I have remained in the Heart. I hope to be back soon … with the Family that in the meantime, has grown.

Really very nice hotel. Very spacious room, very large bathroom, fridge in the room. The only flaw has no balconies… the pool is very nice, the solarium part is very quiet. Breakfast very plentiful. I'd say a great hotel. The location is also great compared to the places to visit.

Cute hotel with pool. Restaurant with great dishes and good service. Bar with bartender really good and kind Pay attention to the final bill we went in confidence and then home checking we found amounts that we did not turn out.

Beautiful stay. My husband and I had a great time, beautiful pool, perfect rooms, fantastic cuisine especially a breakfast as if you find a few more than 25 courses between sweet and salty.
A special thanks goes to Carlo the waiter who is professional, very kind and attentive and to Cristian the bartender who is professional, very good and invents unique cocktails.

The main problem was that there was no Wi-Fi.

The hotel was very nice on our way between Venice and Rome. Outside pool, outside sitting, very nice room, clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and bilingual. Would recommend any day. The view over Perugia is perfect as well. If you stay multiple days, they also give you a cellphone to use so you're not using your own plan… Who does that? Glad we chose this hotel and we were fully rested for the rest of our trip!

All in all good. The staff are friendly and helpful, although small rooms have a comfortable and spacious bathroom.
Excellent breakfasts perhaps to enrich with some more scope choosing the menu for dinner.

Beautiful hotel furnished in industrial style. Nice outdoor pool with Jacuzzi. Great breakfast. Big Room. Big bathroom. Unique flaws: uncomfortable mattress and noisy air conditioning. But I would gladly.

Great hotel. With all the major services. Parking, Wi-Fi, spacious rooms with single beds at 1 square and half. Comfortable and spacious bathroom, large shower, FRIFO TV windows. Swimming pool access. Located just minutes from the center, the stadium and the Palazzetto.

Stay away from this hotel. I have booked a trip for 14th June, however travel agent who was booking the trip made a mistake and booked it for 14th July. Past two weeks I called and email travel agent but I think they closed down as there is no response. So I called the hotel and explain them the situation. They said they will email the travel agent. They emailed and there is no response EITHER! Now they are saying to me that they are unable to correct my reservation since there is no response from the travel agency! I explained to them that this is MY reservation, FOR ME, and travel agent made a mistake but they are refusing to CORRECT IT because they cant get hold of the travel agent! I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO SO I AM writing this review to make sure any customers will stay away from this hotel as the hotel staff is very unhelpful. I have asked them what they suggest me to do and they said they cant help! its their hotel, obviously they can help!

Great hotel. Located 5 km from Perugia in the hills right in front of the city. Rooms not very large but functional. Nice and big bathroom. Great breakfast with a very good cappuccino and pastry. Average restaurant, first not very good, second in the norm, very nice and abundant french fries. Very friendly staff.

Nice Hotel. The kitchen is a disaster from the waiters. They have to learn from the most basic things.

The hotel's location is really nice. The breakfast is ok, spotlessy clean, good service. Rooms' dimension is in the average. One nice thing was the mobile within the camera, even if done other services where missing such as cleaning good for shoes and sewing kit. Even the reception didn't have a nidle and thread.

Pretty nice Hotel! Definitely even better in the summer due to the pool. The breakfast was very good Even for dinner there is enough choice. For my experience I took advantage of a stay with a Smartbox, having no problem and being treated very cordially by the staff. Please note, in my opinion, it is the maitre Youlian. An exquisite person who makes all kinds of people feel comfortable with various characters… We said goodbye with a big hug and we exchanged a lot of chatter. I was really pleased to have had his presence! Thank you and goodbye.!

Beautiful Hotel for the furniture of the hall. Not as impressive for the rooms. We had a quadruple and in addition to the small closet, it was difficult to move to the narrow space. Very small bunk beds.
Suitable for young children not for kids.
All in about 15 sqm.

Very sad place. Dirty rooms, bad AC, bad breackfast. No help for bags, and we paid almost as much as a 5 star hotel in the center for that cheap room. Not a 4 star in my opinion, in any case we are not gonna came back here, thats sure.

The pool closes at 6 o'clock which is ridiculous. The Wi-Fi keeps kicking you out in the dinner menu was terrible the roast beef was like mystery meat.

the hotel has since changed management from the old Holiday In to La Meridiana the staff starting of the unsasured manager to service from the unclean room to the poor eating to be polite.

Vicino al centro ma in bellissima posizione ai piedi di una collina. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Arredi molto ben tenuti. Climatizzazone della camera non molto efficiente. Nel complesso un buon hotel per viaggi di lavoro. Prezzo adeguato.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at this hotel using a casket 3 EMOTION. Modern, cozy and clean, ample parking, spacious lobby. The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed and big bathroom with good shower. Hygiene is respected, the linen is changed daily. Breakfast is continental buffet with a good variety to choose from and both Italian and with a variety of pastries. We dined at the restaurant, you eat then particularly well, thanks to the chefs really good and ready to meet any needs our guests.
We liked the place so much we decided to stay a few extra days.
The four stars are all there.
But one more star is for the staff, from reception, to the dining room (both breakfast and dinner).
Staff always attentive to every request of guests by putting them at ease.
Convenient location for visiting Perugia surroundings such as Assisi, Trasimeno Lake and more.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend in beautiful Perugia. Staff very friendly and helpful, the room spacious and clean. Especially the bathroom. And then what about cooking dinner and breakfast very good. In short, to recommend to the strategic position just a few Km from the Centre and close to the E45.
