Nice big and modern hotel. Spacious rooms with large beds. The garden, actually a veto and own park, is beautiful and very well cared for. Time did not allow us to use the pool but it promised well. A note about the restaurant where they ate divinely (exceptional tartare and braised cheek) served by a very nice waitress.

Ideal place to relax.
Good location for both freeway access and distance from Assisi (about 10 km).
Good welcome and courtesy of the staff.
They should improve the quality of the products available for breakfast.

Breakfast and very rich in everything you look for including fresh milk, only flaw you can not have lunch, but on the other hand dinner is excellent level with honest prices.

Family of 2 adults and 2 small children, triple room, big enough for everyone and bathroom with shower and tub. Excellent cleaning, impeccable staff kindness. Breakfast plentiful but especially great! Highly recommended.

I was a guest at this hotel with my colleagues for a business meeting. My stay only lasted a weekend, but my experience was positive. The room I shared with my colleague was spacious and clean. The hotel is located a few kilometres from the historic centre of Foligno.

Hotel located at the entrance to Foligno. It has a huge green circumstances area. It is not particularly furnished but it is well disposed. The rooms inside clean and quite large with personal balcony. The breakfast is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Really a great choice also for the value for money.

Nice spacious rooms, nice staff, free Wi-Fi (enough to watch in 144-480p videos) and good but expensive restaurant. Breakfast leaves almost nothing to be desired and it always tastes very good.

I was there for a 18 years old birthday in large room that is not located in the main building but to the right of the main entrance. It was a good place.
