Hotels in Umbria with Breakfast

Excellent 5-room Bed and Breakfast Hotel. The bed itself was high quality and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The rooms were clean and the decor was tasteful. Alessia made delightful breakfasts.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in such a genuine and elegant way.

Just left, we stayed from 19th to 24th August, the chef Jacopo was very nice… wonderful place, I will definitely return.
Private pool, we were practically alone, we could do what we wanted.

An enchanted village a few km from Città di Castello, absolute relaxation even if frequented by locals.

All good and nice, location is spot on. Food served is homely, which sometimes can be great, sometimes not so great. Breakfast was sufficient. The rooms are ok, swimming pool is an extra.

Lovely place for a full relaxation. Very kind owners the top.

Lovely guest house with a view of Perugia in the distance. Pool opens in May!

We stayed here for 2 nights & loved it. The rooms are really clean & the staff super friendly.

A stunning property and ideal for a large family holiday. We stayed for a week and found a gracious host and a fabulous location with all the amenities we could wish for.

Our experience was just wonderful!
The rooms were spacious, with full kitchenet, including the basics like coffee, sugar, olive oil, and a bottle of mineral water, which for me is always a plus-plus!

We stayed at this farmhouse for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. Surrounded by greenery but easy to reach. Wonderful pool! The rooms were spotless and recently renovated.

Charming, intimate, but needs attention to details.

Nice little getaway, rooms a bit dated. Wonderful pool. Evening staff and front desk all very nice. Breakfast was rather disappointing. Cappuccino was good though.

Really pleasant stay. Surrounded by greenery, it feels like being in a park with wonderful trees and a huge garden.

The kindness of the staff and a great pool.

We stayed 2 nights in November.

Really enjoyed our stay — great base to explore Umbria. You can also walk (20-30min) to both Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angelo. Amazing view of Assisi and Mount Subasio.

I can not speak more highly of this country home. The owner is the sweetest woman, and made sure I felt right at home.

Cleanliness, friendliness, spectacular view.

The accommodation is in a beautiful, historic mansion with antique furniture, but it’s also very spacious, comfortable, and right in the center of Assisi.
Each room is different in style.

Beautiful place in the heart of Assisi. This trip was planned for my 30th birthday and we had just got engaged.

Stefano was an amazing host! He was extremely attentive to detail and was so helpful with the information about the town and recommend all the best places.

First time we stayed 7 years ago. Now we are again in that superb small hotel. Stefano, many thanks for your hospitality and friendship for ever!
