Cleanliness, kindness, spacious rooms, relaxation… I recommend it.

Recommended by friends who stayed at this farmhouse a few years ago, being passing by, I stopped with my family of 5 just for a dinner.
At the time of the phone reservation I was pleasantly impressed by the kindness of the person who answered the phone, giving me detailed information about the type of dinner (fixed menu) with the dishes available for the evening.
At the farmhouse we were warmly welcomed by the owner's daughter who accompanied us to the table outside.
We started with a great appetizer with cured meats of their own production (great), batted vegetables, text cake, supplì and a delicious panzanella.
The hearty appetizer and tasty red wine, produced locally, did not prevent us from enjoying excellent firsts (potato dumplings with sauce, vegetable fusilli with guanciale and salted ricotta) and the delicious seconds (veal and arista strips with side dish stuffed tomatoes and potatoes).
We closed with dessert (chocolate salami and homemade cheesecake) with wine and coffee.
All for 65 euros including drinks.
What about it? Quiet place in the Umbrian countryside, quality food and all kindness and attention from the restaurateurs. Absolutely to go back and to recommend.

We stayed 8 days here in this farm my husband and I, we had a great time, cozy environment, clean, in the midst of nature, not to mention the hospitality, friendliness, kindness and helpfulness that we have given Rosa always Ready to satisfy our requests and make us feel at ease, his father Piergiorgio company and a great sympathy and his mother Simonetta very kind and that made me eat the best tiramisu ever eaten so far! … In addition to everything else.! Friendly and helpful also all the staff that we greet and thank. We ate divinely and tasted so many dishes of their traditional cuisine. Fantastic their homemade pasta, the cake to the text served hot with their meats and cheeses, wonderful The hunters or made by them and super their vegetables in batter… Great also all the seconds and side dishes.
The rooms are spacious, furnished in a simple way, but with everything you need and always spotless, also the linen always perfumed, well soundproofed and very fresh for the thick walls that have and comfortable beds for a really pleasant rest.
A beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the green that makes the days even more enjoyable, especially when it comes back in the afternoon after the beautiful trips to wonderful locations that are very close and easily reachable from the farm through the Tangential at a short distance.

The place is really nice, especially on beautiful days. Shaded and breezy Patio, a small swimming pool available to customers. The room is not always open, you have to book. Traditional cuisine without great emotions, pasta is homemade, starter with pretty good salami. We didn't try the seconds. Reasonable account.

We stayed at this farm for the first May bridge. Very nice place, equipped with all the comforts that can offer a holiday on the farm. Spacious and fresh rooms, play area for the children and Nice lawn in front… The only drawback is the breakfast, a bit poor and without too much choice. All in all an excellent base for visiting the magnificent Umbria.

It's the second time we come and it's always better!

Cozy and clean. We enjoyed both the good home cooking with local dishes that the quiet location and great for the tourist attractions of Umbria. Finally to appreciate the friendliness of the owners and the right quality/price combination.

We spent 3 nights in the weekend long Meadows farm of this may day. Although the weather has been awful (it rained all day), we had a great time. The rooms were kept very well, very spacious, clean. The price per night and per dinner is definitely good. The staff has always been friendly and at your disposal for any request. The kitchen was great, my wife and I loved from the first to the last dish suggested for all three nights when we ate at the farmhouse. The breakfast has never betrayed expectations.

Cute farm on the outskirts of Perugia. We stayed 3 days in February and enjoyed it thoroughly. I found the rooms always clean (they do daily). The owners are courteous and friendly and always available when it comes to tips on routes and the towns of Umbria to visit (live on the first floor of the farmhouse and are therefore always present). During search and book we chose the farm house Ai Prati for optimal strategic position that proved especially for visiting Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. In summary: recommended for those who want to visit Umbria with ease, we plan to go back for our next vacation.

This farm is a nice country cottage with rooms spotless and very cute. Perfect location between Perugia and Assisi, but away from the hustle and immersed in the peaceful countryside. It's a real cottage, the owners live there and they are very nice and helpful. The thing we like most is the restaurant, large portions and typical Umbrian cooking, roast chicken, grilled meat, torta al testo, homemade noodles, and so on, in short, would be worth even just stop for lunch and dinner! There is also an area with slides for children.
Fantasic.

Great hospitality and excellent cuisine, the owners always at hand with their kindness and their valuable advice on places to go around, they didn't spend a great vacation. We will return with pleasure.
