Beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Florence. Room size was a bit small, but it was very well-appointed, with elegant decor.

Hotel Il Tornabuoni was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. A true gem. The staff are exceptional and provide genuine Italian hospitality. The hotel is elegant, pristine furnishings, and beds extremely comfortable.

Wonderful people. Nice quiet rooms. Beautifully presented. The restaurant was also lovely. The salad and mezze were perfect.

We had an incredible stay at the Brunelleschi! We had the Duomo suite and our boys were upgraded to room 502 with a 360 degree view of Florence. Highly recommend that room. Just incredible ambiance.

Just had a fantastic three nights in this beautiful hotel. Right in the centre of Florence, really friendly staff and a lovely bar area to have a drink after a days sight seeing.

We loved this hotel and its location! Breakfast was very good and in a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Booked here because of a foot injury and wanted to be as close to the Uffizi as possible. What a fabulous hotel. Great accommodations, great staff, great location.

Hotel Rapallo was a such peaceful and quiet refuge in our week filled with excitement, bustling crowds, and tourists. The hotel is immaculate, quiet, and the staff was beyond words.

Can not see how any reviewer could rate this hotel less than 5 stars. Location, service, & room could not possibly be improved on. From checking in to checking out it's been a perfect stay.

I stayed at Soggiorno Fortezza Fiorentina for one night with my boyfriend and had a really great experience.

Very well located hotel, especially if you have a train to catch but also just to discover the city. The room is simple but clean and spacious, and the team is very welcoming and helpful.

I recommend this hotel. It’s near the train station and convenient to check in, and also close (walking distance) to all the attractions in Florence…
It’s a boutique place with accommodating owners.

Location, cleanliness and the service of the staff was excellent.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The shared kitchen had a water dispenser and coffee machine which was a bonus.

Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. The location was perfect and service was stellar, we loved Abbey! She made us feel extremely welcomed, no better spot to stay in Florence.

The location is a 5 minute walk to the train station and a train takes about 7 minutes to get to the heart of Florence. The value for money was great.

Moderate rooms, but clean, with the basic equipment! Moderate location. Not too close to center, but you can still walk to there! Easy usage of transportation!

An experience that deserves the highest score: the lady always available and very kind, the rooms clean and well furnished. The location is strategic. Really happy, we will be back.

The house is very elegant, and its location is favourable, as it is very close to the line 1 tram stop, a well-stocked supermarket, and other services.

Small spa but very cozy and well organized with Covid rules! Very nice garden! The rooms were very clean and comfortable ✔️.
Very courteous and helpful staff!

Beautiful design hotel. Very attentive to the customer.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Lovely rooms and really nice staff.
A bit of a walk from the center but it's a beautiful walk so it is a pleasure.

This hotel is amazing, its small and cozy, the staff are really amazing and very supportive, special thanks to Dario and Abdel for their hospitality and being supportive.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Book this room as a last minute trip came together. Served its purpose. Very limited space but was excellent value for the money.

Delighted with this find. Stayed here for 5 days/nights, unfamiliar with Florence.

The Excelsior Luxury Collection Hotel is the perfect Hotel you can find and stay in Florence, Italy. It is also has a perfect overlooking view by the river.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. Everything from start to finish was perfect.

We stayed 4 night and enjoyed our stay. The design of rooms, interiors, courtyard and restaurant all reflect Dante’s divine comedy, details are thoughtful.

I wanted something a little different to the standard hotel and this certainly delivered. I stayed in one of the “He’ll” rooms which was fun. Great block out curtains.

They welcome you with big smile, they good bye you with big smile.
Just stayed there for a night with my mom.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Viola was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay. The location is super convenient near the train station and all the main attractions of downtown Florence. The hosts are accommodating and wonderful. The rooms are excellent.

A fantastic experience for visitors to Florence. My wife and I spent 3 nights here and loved it. Good space, very clean, good AC, and literally across the street from the transit station.

I literally can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was a perfect experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Savoy. Truly a 5-star accommodation with a high level of service from the team. The great location made everything just a short walk away.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Helvetia & Bristol in Florence, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The service was absolutely exceptional.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE all around!
We had a wonderful stay at the Helvetia & Bristol in Florence.

My wife and I stayed here last July. July is the wrong month to visit. It’s way too hot for an enjoyable vacation. The hotel itself is wonderful.

Absolutely Excellent! My husband and I spent our anniversary here for 5 nights. Frederico and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible!

This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences that I've ever had in my life. The interior decor, restaurant, staff, and the way that we were treated was incredible.

Absolutely one of the best hotels in Europe. Staying here made me feel like I was in a 1500s Medici palazzo, but with all the modern luxuries of today.

This hotel offers amazing and unique rooms with a view of the duomo in the heart of Florence. Service was impeccable. Michaela and Filippo were awesome and very professional.

Me and my now fiance had a fantastic time at this hotel, returning to this suite after being proposed to was simply incredible. It was absolutely perfect.

Nice hotel with great service. I cut my hand and they quickly bandaged it up and got me a taxi to the hospital. Very friendly workers.

Beautifully remodeled apartments that make you feel right at home. Absolutely loved the staff, very warm and helpful every day we were there.

Fantastic place to stay. The family was very impressed. The apartment was a great size, great specifications, everything was well considered — loved the hide-able kitchen.

This hotel was by far the most luxurious we stay in while traveling in Italy. And, it was a quick walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel lobby and rooms are brand new and state of the art.

We accidentally booked our stay for the wrong year! :)
We discovered this while trying to check in. Sophia the amazingly kind and helpful attendant went out of her way to find us other accommodations.

Spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. It was 5 min walk to the Duomo/David and 15min easy walk to Firenze SM Novella train station. Wonderful host and responds to messages promptly.

Stayed here recently for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Clean and modern, with a price to rival most hotels in the area.

Great place! Very clean, modern and unbeatable location. Close to all attractions. Angela, the host/manager, it’s increíble she will make sure you have a great stay.

This is the perfect location to stay in Florence! Very nice updated room, excellent hosts. Right on the square but private and quiet.

We spent fantastic days at this place. Extremely clean, super comfortable beds and sheets, bathroom included everything for your stay. Andrea was wonderful host.

An amazing hotel with a truly special atmosphere. The location is excellent — close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center.

Great apartment, with clean bathroom, nice little balcony, very comfortable bed and amazing location close to both restaurants and sights.

Good room for the price. Very kind hosts. Location is not very near to center 25 min. It is clean but old furnitures.

Visited with my family, stored our stuff in our rooms while walking around Firenze, and used our room, and the outdoor area at the back of the hotel, as a nice place to relax during some of the

This superb 8 room hotel is in the perfect location in Florence — a couple of minutes from the Duomo and everything else within easy walking distance.

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Everything from start to finish has been amazing.

I stayed at Ostello Bello Firenze for 5 nights, and it was even better than I expected. I stayed in a 4-female dormitory which was very convenient as it had two en-suite bathrooms.

Perfect for everything.
We arrived after some issues in an other hostel.
We've been welcomed like queens, meaning with big smiles, respect, a lot of benefits explained & genuine exchanges.

From the outside it is hard to realize how big this place is. There were already big groups of students were staying here.

Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.

Good price with breakfast included, lovely and nice design hotel, the room is much bigger than I thought with amazing view of Tuscany mountains and private balcony.

Very nice hostel, the rooms are basic but clean and spatious (we had a triple room), very good sleep, the AC works, the breakfast was the best for every tastes, the personnel was very nice and

The check-in process was seamless. The room I stayed in was spacious, lofty, and had an unparalleled view of Cappelle Medicee and the street below.

Excellent stay and great value. It’s 10min walk (max) from the train station, found easily after the row of leather stalls.

The building and shared areas are great, and the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The location is also good.

Snug and quiet hostel in Florence. If you are looking for a social hostel, this is not the place for you. This is a calm hostel 5 minute walk from train station.
