Beautiful location located in a strategic position to visit Matera. The staff is very kind and available to fulfill any request. Well cleaned rooms as well as the beautiful bathroom. Abundant breakfast full of dishes, both sweet and savory. The parking service (agreement with the Damascus garage) efficient and punctual. Highly recommended hotel.

My wife and 3 adult children recently visited Matera and stayed at Corte San Pietro. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible — rooms, location, staff (the owners are on site and very attentive and the staff — Anne, Rebecca and GianFranco — were very helpful). Reservations were made in advance at excellent restaurants and a private tour of Matera with an excellent guide Luigi Mazzioccoli. I will definitely return.

A magical place, discreet, elegant and welcoming like no other. The rooms, obtained from the caves in the original, are large, comfortable and furnished with taste and attention to detail. They all open out onto a very charming courtyard where in the morning you will find the newspapers of the world just out of print. Beautiful bed linen and towels. The food was excellent. The location is perfect for discover this beautiful city! The kindness and the availability of Fernando and Marisa make this small hotel really is something special. You will enter in the heart and you there you will leave a piece of your. A really satisfying experience under all points of view. Sorry only having to go out for dinner… mr. Fernando to make us a little thought!

Excellent! Unique! The management of this lovely place is absolutely perfect. The friendly owners, two caring people, and available to advise where to taste the local cuisine (Excellent! )
The staff is discreet and professional, and then there is you: Anne number one! In addition to welcome guests warmly and them with his sympathy, carries out its work with passion. Our next Home, a suite on two levels with independent entrance on the court, beautiful, cozy and clean, the details of the furnishings maintained and in good taste. Piccolo Hotel a conduzione familiare molto carino situato nel Sasso Caveoso di Matera. È un riadattamento di 5 antiche case trasformate in stanze da 4 posti ben arredate. Ottimo condizionamento dell'aria, con solo un leggero accumulamento dell'umidità dovuto al tipo di abitazione. Molto carine le scelte per l'illuminazione con luci provenienti da fori nelle mura. Piccolo problema per I più riservati: il bagno si separa dal resto della stanza solo grazie ad una tenda. L'hotel offre anche una colazione di ottima qualità nonché abbondante, con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e sempre pronti ad aiutare o ad offrire informazioni. Tutto sommato un'ottima esperienza, con poche pecche facilmente ignorabili.
