Wonderful structure, very large room, attention to every detail, maximum order and cleanliness. A truly unforgettable stay, on the occasion of an important anniversary. Refined and well-kept cuisine, both in the proposal of the dishes and in the refined presentation. All the staff very kind and extremely helpful.

We stayed here for the November bridge. Unique and enchanting place like all of Matera. A city of rare and unique beauty.
The hotel is structured in many small caves in a modern, elegant, clean key with super-equipped rooms. Everything was beautiful and there was nothing out of tune. Comfortable bed, exposed shower dug into the cave and considerable room size.
We had dinner twice in the Restaurant and the Chef never let us down… The taralli with onion and raisins to eat endlessly, the risotto and gnocchi still taste the goodness!
The sommelier Gianni advised us in the choice of superlative wines that did nothing but enhance the dishes we had chosen. He gave us chatter and interesting information about the wines and dishes of the restaurant. The kindness and confidentiality of the waiter Giuseppe made our culinary experience even more valuable!
