Hotels in Connacht with Breakfast

We stayed here for a night for our anniversary. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

Our stay at the Westport Coast Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Raquel at check-in, who was an absolute delight!

Treated ourselves to a week for our big wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a room with amazing river views. Thank you. Staff could not do enough to make our stay amazing!

I spent a very comfortable two nights at this hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Sligo on the edge of the river.

Surpringly good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's close to Sligo centre, on the river, so a great location.

When staying at a hotel there are a few things for me that are a must: 1, good comfy bed and good Sleep, 2, a clean room, 3 a good shower, 4 a good breakfast.

In researching our Galway hotel options, there was only one place that everyone raved about, the Park Hotel!
We had ordered wine and cheese for our arrival.

Just back from a 2 night stay. Stay in Galway for a couple of nights annually. First time in the Park House, and we will be back.

The HYDE Hotel was a great stay and a wonderful staff. They’re breakfast in the morning was delicious and their rooms/spaces very well decorated.

The HYDE hotel was in a great location, and we enjoyed our two night stay.

Glenlo Abbey is wonderfully located just west of Galway. Being close to the city allows for daily runs into Galway if so desired.

The experience from the drive into the Hotel and the amazing views to the opulence of the whole afternoon tea experience.

I visited here twice in the past week, first with a daughter of mine and then again with one of my sons in tow. On both occasions everything was exceptionally good but the food was simply awesome.

I recently stayed at the hotel on the recommendation of a client, I’m so pleased that I took their advice.
What an absolute gem of a hotel.
From my booking to checking in, was just seamless.

We were very satisfied with our stay here, the room was clean and accessible, with a great view of the fjord.

We rented a cottage nearby and enjoyed dinner here several nights. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Dinner was fantastic. Leenane was our base for a week so we had most things on the menu.

Although we enjoyed previous lunch experiences here, this was our first time staying and very happy to share we had an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

This place should be 5 star! Gorgeous property with stunning nature views, beautiful gardens, awesome trails, and meticulously clean.

We had the pleasure of celebrating a family 50th birthday dinner at the hotel, and what a fantastic evening it was! 🎉
The food, the staff, and the atmosphere were absolutely amazing.

Initially placed in the main building, we had noisy neighbours (not sure about the isolation between rooms).

Extremely helpful staff. I requested a fan and top sheet in advance and everything was managed to perfection. Location was very central to restaurants and shops.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Car parking free in a safe underground carpark, check in smooth and pleasant (Felicity).

I checked in here very late while on a business trip the 2am arrival felt welcomed. I slept past the checkout time and woke to a phone call that was no more than a friendly reminder it was 13:30.

I stayed at Gullane’s Hotel in Ballinasloe while cycling from Dublin to Galway and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The staff were absolutely fantastic.

Hotel Newport is very well located to explore the area. Achill, Westport, Castlebar are all not far away. This hotel is comfortable with great staff.

A couple of bikers here. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Newport. There's private, covered parking at the back door of the hotel which is always a bonus.

We stayed here in between Christmas and New Year. Extremely family friendly. Our child was welcomed with a gift bag. Lovely touch. There was a kids inflatable course on the swimming pool.

We got married at the Sligo Park Hotel in August 2025 and it was just perfect!

This was our second time staying at the lovely Harbour Hotel in Galway. What an amazing experience!

I had a fantastic stay at the Harbour Hotel in Galway. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made such a difference.

Perfect location in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Numerous shops, restaurants & pubs right outside the door and within walking distance of local attractions.

Great spot if you’re visiting Galway and want to be right in the action of all the pubs and restaurants! Dinner and pints at M. Fitzgerald’s was also really good.

We had a lovely stay at Delphi Resort. The food was absolutely exquisite, and all of the waiters and waitresses we interacted with were incredibly kind, polite, friendly, and hardworking.

We had a wonderful stay at Delphi Resort and really appreciated how well the team looked after us. They kindly arranged a lovely room with a balcony, and everything was taken care of from the moment

We stayed here for staycation and had lovely time. It is nice and may look old but made me and my husband nostalgic because it is like a place where we used to go for holiday with family in childhood.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 6, the family suite was perfect and had plenty of space — the kids even had their own bathroom in their room which was great!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and accommodating, especially towards our sibling with autism.

I stayed in this hotel in April 2026. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I utilised the swimming pool (pre book is required) which was clean and not over crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ann & Michael's Oranhill lodge and felt right at home from the very beginning.
The breakfast was delicious and freshly made (the homemade scones are amazing).

My husband and I stayed in the apartment that was separate from the main property and found it to be lovely and exceptionably clean.

Lovely hotel, stunning views. You get the real feel of being on the Connemara coast but in a boutique style hotel. Breakfast was 5 stars.

Fabulous hotel. Ocean view. Food excellent, staff friendly. The rooms are very spacious, bed comfy, bathroom has shampoo and shower gel.

Absolutely fantastic location for a wedding and we felt this hotel was very geared up for weddings. We wondered if emphasis is on events and making them perfect rather than the actual hotel rooms.

As someone who works in hospitality, I know how much of a difference great customer service can make, and this hotel certainly delivered.

We had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, with generous portion sizes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.

Good stay overall. Service was brilliant starting from reception on arrival and finished on breakfast.

Lovely hotel with great amenities for families. Plenty of parking and not too far from the village and beach. Lovely atmosphere with staff always saying hello and happy to help.

We had a fantastic stay at the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone and would highly recommend it.
The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the lovely village, where you’ll find play parks,

Just had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend in The Waterfront Hotel. It was our 40th Wedding Anniversary. On our arrival we received a warm welcome from Martina on Reception.

Had a great over night stop here. Car parking available at the back (tho if busy I imagine it would be a bit tight). Location, overlooking the sea, is fantastic.
