A real find. Family run (and lots of the family are there! ) and friendly, with an amazing location right on the beach and a really good restauraunt.

This is a well run and well appointed hotel. Situated just outside of Ballyconneely it backs on to the sea and has tastefully expanded the range of amenities on offer.

We had a wonderful time staying with you at the Westport Woods Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We had a lovely time at Westport Woods. The hotel room was very large, clean and comfortable. The lobby bar and restaurant were modern and you could tell it had a recent refurbishment.

We had our wedding here and it was amazing! The co ordinator, Managers and all the staff were so helpful and kind, service was fantastic. We had over 280 guests and the food was brilliant!

We found the hotel room spotless clean.
Bathroom was spotless clean.
Staff dressed well, professional and very pleasant.

I've stayed here several times this year for work. The staff across all sectors are consistently setting an excellent standard of service for their guests.

Have stayed in the Shearwater a few times over the years on our staycations from Cork. Can never fault this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need.

Beautiful hotel, slight issue when arrived but sorted without any fuss. All the staff are helpful and cheerful.

Went there for a Christening. Top quality service from moment we entered the building from recommending the lift for my Granny when we asked for directions to providing her with a cushion.

Had a lovely meal at GEOs but was actually choosing from a reduced menu for the lounges which is a let down as I’d expected something a little better! Cannot fault the staff or food though!

Check in is at 4 but our room wasn’t ready til 5. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour with our toddler til it was ready.

A lovely hotel, ideal base for exploring the city. Our room was very comfortable and had great sleep. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Lovely place for a meal, a drink or to meet family or friends as I did. Very reasonably priced for a hotel and a very good pint.
Staff are pleasant and friendly.

This is home away from home. The comfort level is 10 out 10. Beautiful areas to sit and relax, have a coffee or a drink and read a book by the fire while catching some amazing views.
