We booked a last minute weekend & stayed @ this hotel. Staff were very friendly & accommodating & was so handy that the Hyde bar is attached. Would highly recommend this hotel.

From check in to check out, everything was wonderful in the hotel. Place was very clean, room was relaxing (the bed is divine), food and service couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly. This was our first venture out since this horrible virus has started and I'll be honest, I was apprehensive, but had no need to be. Areas were regularly cleaned and it had no ill effects on the atmosphere, still a lovely buzz about. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a brilliant stay with a fantastic meal in Hyde restaurant along with cocktails. Check out the woodford bourbon.

This is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are stunning with exceptional attention to detail. The staff are so warm and a special thank you to the lovely Lisa who was on the ball with a small issue we had! It was worth every cent and I will definitely be staying there again.

Great location about a 2 min walk to Eyre Square. Hyde bar right beside hotel is a great spot for lunch/dinner. Stayed here for 2 nights during the Christmas markets and was really happy would deffo book again when coming back down to Galway.

Have visited this fabulous hotel on each visit to Galway and stayed for 2 nights last time.
Superb location, always professional, friendly and prompt service with fantastic Gin selection, delicious food, excellent service, knowledgeable, well presented staff and the best cocktails in the city.
Bedrooms are spotless and extremely comfortable.
Looking forward to returning for another 2 night stay this week.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful airy room. Staff were all so lovely… special mention for the guy at reception who patiently took a million group photos! The food was fantastic too. We all loved the decor in the bar. Highly recommend for a meal or a girlie weekend away. 3 mins walk from train station which was a relief after a long journey!

Gorgeous hotel. Food is fab, I’d come back to Galway solely for their Mushroom Bruschetta. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Really central. Comfy beds.

The room was so clean, comfortable and spacious for such a reasonable price. Great central location, really good hot breakfast, and lovely continental buffet as well. Lovely bar and bar staff, great vibe about the place. Highly recommended! Thank you so much for setting the tone for our visit! We'll be back!

Very friendly staff, comfortable clean room, good breakfast. The Gin experience was fantastic. Would love to go back. Parking wasn't the easiest, but what do you expect in the very middle of the town.

Absolutely lovely hotel, restaurant and, especially, staff. We had a very clean and tastefully decorated room, that suited our needs perfectly. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff, from front desk to dining were helpful and bright. Excellent value. Excellent location. Highest recommendation.

The one thing that struck me most during my stay was the excellent service by the hotel receptionists. They were very friendly and earnest in attending to our requests and inquiries. They also arranged for a room change for my brother and I when we complained of a foul smell of stale wet carpet, and moved us back to the one we were originally allocated to after dealing with the smell. I think it is also a good point that there is free flow of lemon-infused cold water for all guests waiting in the lobby. Little things like these matter to me. The one complaint I have is the presence of insects in my room, that looks like mosquitos (unsure if it is a different species), that crowded around the lamps. No matter how many I killed there seemed to be more. I was really bothered by them so I could not sleep normally, but I found just a single insect bite in the morning, so I guess that was okay. The lift door doesn't seem to have a close button, which sometimes wasted a few precious seconds of my vacation hahaha, but no big deal. Kudos to the staff!

Lovely hotel, very tasteful decor, bar fabulous and very impressed with Jamie making me a lovely cocktail, brilliant location in city, only down point I found service a bit slow at breakfast but overall had a lovely stay.

No A/C. Not a king bed (though we paid for one). Bathroom is old and outdated. I would rate one star, but the breakfast is very good.

Had a great stay here. Nice room and a great breakfast! All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Colm on the front desk could not have been any more helpful. Would definitely come back here. The Hyde Bar is also well worth a visit.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms were really well done and modern. The staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out. They were also very friendly and gave us some suggestions on what to do in the area.

Nice hotel, clean with a good breakfast (made to order) and helpful staff. Think it has been recently done up. We were on first floor at front, so was a bit noisy. Location was good a 3 minute walk from Eyre Square, 10/15mins walk to Quay Street etc. Parking was 10 euros a night at near by multi storey car park.

Located in the Heart of Galway. Within walking distance to City Center. Decent breakfast. Great staff.

Four of us went for dinner here on impulse last Saturday and are we glad we did! Food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. All staff were friendly as well as professional. Great atmosphere too. It was so good that a group of 10 are going again this Saturday! Thank you to all at The Forster Court Hotel and wish you every success :-)

Very comfortable and modern hotel, centrally located in Galway. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn't say a bad word about the place.

Pros: Location, Updated Rooms, and price! Cons: Breakfast was not good (we had prepaid and ate it two different days), Bathroom smelled musty, dirty towels (makeup on them), exhaust fan would not turn off, no control of heat (too hot! ) Last, we put up the do not disturb sign and went out to grab dinner only to return to find the cleaning staff in our room. When ask to leave, they said it was included, we again stated that we did not want it. While the location, price, and updated rooms are nice, there were many negatives. We would stay elsewhere in the future.

Fantastic visit to this hotel for a one night stay in November. The staff are the hotels greatest asset. Very helpful and very friendly. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was average but good enough to stick with 5 star stay.

This is absolutely an awesome hotel. The room was beautiful. The service impeccable and the staff brilliant. We enjoyed breakfast daily (full Irish is a must), drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. I will come back to this establishment over and over.

Newly renovated and great location. Parking a bit expensive, though they give you a discount card for reduced cost. Nice breakfast and Steven the bartender was awesome!

Lovely rooms and a great location in Galway city centre!

Recently opened, this hotel has plenty to offer. Just off eyre square it is right in the heart of Galway city. Beside bus and rail stations. Our room was perfect, bed super comfortable and all modern and fresh. Staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a feast and was included in room price which was a bargain for city centre. We enjoyed a peaceful night in a very busy city centre. I highly recommend to all.

While the food was nice the portions were relatively small, I ate in the bar.

Catering for farmers wives in town for "Lunch with the gals", mediocre pub grub to say the least.
