We booked 2 rooms for our family stay. The rooms were clean and the pillows were firm yet soft. Room service was good.
The variety of food served for breakfast at Mosaic cafe was excellent.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

A clean, modern and comfortable hotel with good air conditioning, city/mountain views and friendly service. Bathrooms were very clean compared to other hotels.

Need much improvements on the food served in the restaurant as there're fruit flies landing on the salads, fruit platters, breads and pastries.
