Noor Hotel

We recently stayed at Noor Hotel in Bandung, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hotel itself is charming, with a beautiful Islamic-inspired design that provides a sense of serenity and elegance. The decor is tasteful and calming, reflecting the warmth of Indonesian hospitality.
The rooms are immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The beds are plush, and after a long day of exploring, it was such a pleasure to come back to a cozy, well-kept room. The attention to detail, like the prayer mat in the room and the direction of Qibla marked, really added a thoughtful touch, making it ideal for Muslim travelers.
The location is also fantastic – it’s conveniently situated in Bandung, close to shopping areas and popular attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It’s easy to get around from here, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast spread was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of halal options. The staff even went out of their way to accommodate our preferences, making sure we had a delightful culinary experience each morning.
Above all, the service was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with any request or provide guidance on local sights and activities.

A very pleasant stay, especially for the services is very moslem-friendly.
For improvement, I hope they provide more parking lot.

The hotel is designed in a very unique and beautiful Mediterranean style. The room is well maintained and clean with good taste. The employees are very friendly, helpful and polite. A pleasant experience staying there.

The best Bandung hotel due to its comfort, interior, hospitality and location. They had FOC welcoming snacks, greeted you with zam zam drink and dates at the reception, and prayers mat in the room. The room was a bit small in the sense there was no space to pray comfortably but it was ok. The breakfast has continental and local delights served. The location is a win for food and cafe hunting. 7-10 mins walk to all the famous and local delights. One of the winning combo for us was they packed us a breakfast meal which consist of bread (white, wholemeal and croissants) with jam and butter, omelette and hotdogs at 3.30am. We request them earlier and asked them if they can packed us some bread as we're leaving for sunrise hiking in the wee hours and they say they could. I don't think I can find this kind of service if it were other hotels in Malaysia. Kudos to the Noor Hotels and team!

This is a 3 stars sharia hotel with middle eastern interior design. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a 3 stars hotel but their services like a 5 stars hotel. They serve zamzam water as welcome drink here.
This hotel is located in strategic place. There are lot of delicious restaurants and factory outlets near here. You can also walk to Gedung Sate from the hotel or maybe you wanna ride delman.
We stayed for one night in executive room. The room is spacious, with one king bed. They provide Al-Quran, prayer mat, sarong, prayer gown, and prayer beads in the room. The room complimentary are quite complete for a 3 stars hotel. There were free snacks and drink in the refrigerator There were bathrobes, slippers, iron and ironing board and hairdryer too. So you don't need to request it, it were already in your room.
The room floor is parquet floor, but somehow I found water in some spot in the room, I though it came from the gap between the parquet. The bathroom was quite clean but I could see molds on shower room wall.
For the breakfast, although there wasn't much choice but it was delicious.
After all, it was such a pleasant to stay here.

Came here for weeding reception in the 1st floor. The parking space was very limited, the location was good, not too far from Martadinata street, the hotel quite small with very limited space. There's also no stair, you have to use lift when you want to the higher floor.

This is an update following by review from last year which is posted below.
Second review, after my review last year I felt I would give the Noor a second go, we booked a few weeks ago and specifically asked for quiet rooms, as the rooms the previous year were un sleepable due to machine noise from the roof.
So although on this occasion we did ask for high floor, it was pointed out not near the machines, we checked in yesterday 11 in the morning and again confirmed not near the machines, we wanted 2 quiet rooms, the receptionist said no problem it's all done, but we could not go to the rooms yet as they were not ready, no problem we will go out for the afternoon and return later.
We arrived back at the hotel in the evening and we're given 2 rooms on the 4th floor. I wanted to check out if they were quiet so went to check both, my gosh does no one listen, both rooms under the machines, so immediately back down to reception to complain, I was given excuse after excuse, the hotel is full no rooms available, I can have a refund if not happy etc.
Totly unacceptable, I explained it was clearly pointed out that I didn't want to be near the machines, sort it out, then he said he would call his supervisor.

The hotel staff from reseptionist, house keeping, waiter, security are great and friendly, the hotel is nice and clean.

The design is ala² middle east the service is good religious the hotel is very clean very comfortable the food is delicious² very recommended. Deket with outlets.

MasyaAllah… hotel nuansa Islami.
But very modern.
Comfortable.
Clean.
Employees are very friendly.
Provide a souvenir perlengkapan sholat. The outfit elegant.
The food is satisfactory. 👍👍
