This three-night stay was good. The room was clean and quite spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kids loved the pool so much. The breakfast was good and we got a nice view on the 6th floor. Thank you very much.

I am certain this hotel was grand at some stage but now she is tired and needs a make-over. The room is okay, the bed was comfortable and the aircon was nice. But I couldn’t help but think this could be a spectacular hotel if given some love and updates. Everything felt like it should have been replaced five years ago. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, you get what you pay for, I get that. You don’t pay Rp400, 000 a night and expect the Hilton but it could be a lot nicer.
