Good comfortable hotel with indoor pool, sauna and very good German-Italian restaurant downstairs. I stayed there on many occasions when working in Berlin and amenities are first class. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is centrally located — accessible to the airport via bus and subway, and by taxi, the fare is between Euro 22-25. It is near tram and Sbahn stations, too. The rooms are well lit, Wi-Fi is free and fast, the bathroom is spacious, the amenities are fine. Reception people, on the whole, were helpful with requests for directions. The buffet breakfast area was spacious and the food selection was vast and delicious. On TV channels, I would have wished there were more cable TV channels for English speaking guests. What was less than pleasant was Reservations. I sent an email in April 2018 requesting room reservation using the form designed for an international event to be held in Berlin this June 2018 which used Titanic as a preferred hotel. I received no confirmation, but neither did I receive a response acknowledging my request for reservation. I arrived at the hotel after a 15-hour flight to find the check in guy say that I had no reservation. I showed them the email I sent to them in April, and the only comment I got was they did not send any confirmation to me. It was a less than hospitable response and quite annoying after so many hours of long-haul flight. I eventually got a room through some rearrangement by the event organizer, no thanks to Titanic people.

I love this hotel. The lobby is so beautiful, and lift seems to be on standby all the time. There was three of us, two rooms, bed's comfy, pillows comfy, and so conveniently located near the station. The receptionist are all friendly, love the burger joint outside the hotel. Rooms could be a little spacious though, but other than that can't fault it. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful when checking and asking for directions and booking taxis. The lobby bar had a few beers to drink and the table service was okay. The room was very large for the basic rate, bathroom and shower in particular was large and beds comfortable. The room. Also allowed me to work easily with good Wi-Fi, work space and power sockets.

Big hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, room wasn't huge but well equipped with huge bed. Wide range of food at breakfast. Easy walk into the centre of town with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Close to U bahn and trams. No real downsides.

One of the greatest hotels I've stayed in. Perfect location, walking distance of most things. Tube station right outside. The reception staff were extremely helpful with printing off some tickets we had for hop on hop off. Excellent breakfast, so much choice!

Luxury facilities for reasonable prices. L'd definitely recommend. I stayed during peak of summer for very reasonable rates.

Value for money at the top. Great Spa after a day of sightseeing. Extremely well equipped gym for a hotel. Very good breakfast, you can hardly imagine more choices.

Superb hotel and breakfast dytirambique. Entrance for Pool Spa sports room paying and very appreciable after a day of visit.

Great location, clean, comfortable and modern rooms, amazing shower! Breakfast buffet the best I've ever experienced, friendly and helpful staff, inner rooms look into grass rooftop, quiet but disappointed no similar rooms available with street view, second day room cleaned but not fully restocked with coffee/creamer, napkins and small wash clothes, when notified staff quickly responded and brought to the room what we needed.

Super Hotel. Spa, however, also costs extra for hotel guests. Breakfast is very good. However, due to the very large breakfast area already light canteen flair.

Very comfy bed and great service from the start. Everyday the employees at Breakfast were very friendly. Good location being just metres from an underground station. The coffee at breakfast is good and strong and the food options are reasonable.

Really nice hotel. Average breakfast for the price, about 1.5km from the centre, but close to tube and trams so quite convenient. For the price a top rate hotel, very stylish.

The hotel has a very central location. Metro station right outside the door. Bhf. Friedrichstraße about 800m.
The service is nice and attentive. Breakfast is OK, unfortunately only backware. But I think it's a pity, but unfortunately it has become common practice in Berlin.
I can absolutely recommend the hotel after three nights.

This restaurant is surprisingly good for a hotel. If you are staying there, it is convenient and worth trying. Even if you are not staying there though, the restaurant offers a good selection. Vegetarian selections are limited, but what if there is good. Decent selection of wines. Comfortable seating. Good for couples or business dinners.

My booking did not include breakfast, which then cost me €19, €50, something happily. Be sure to pay attention, the prices are flexible, paid about €90 from Tuesday to Thursday and then take the night from Thursday to Friday about €160, so take care of it nicely. But because of the good location, definitely a recommendation.

We were there 2 years ago. After we were back in our rooms in the afternoon, we noticed a few things missing from the bathroom after the room was cleaned.
When we communicated this at the reception, the lady who was standing there tells us that we should not hope for a better price as a result.
That was the very last thing. The young lady at the reception indirectly threw me in front of the whole thing only to simulate, so that I could be granted a discount for the suite I had booked?
Shortly after leaving, we were informed by phone that things had now suddenly come up in another room. The cleaning service accidentally placed our personal belongings in another room after cleaning with us. Can happen.
I am only fascinated by the unfriendly service and the way we are scammers? Questioned.

Very nice hotel, very clean and modern facilities! The spa is very large, which allows to enjoy even when the hotel welcomes many people… The breakfast is a varied buffet and the products are of quality. Little Plus: The hotel has its own small bakery:-)

Brilliant stay, bed was really comfy and breakfast was great. A little out of the way for some of the tourist attractions but easy to get public transport.

An excellent hotel for its range. The restaurant is great. The facilities are good. The staff need to be a little more friendlier in their attitude. But, they are providing a professional service.

This was a really good hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate and very well decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty other choose from. Would definitely recommend and return.

The Hotel is well placed in the city, very close to a lot off tourist attractions and to the central station. The room I had was very nice en comfortable. The sanitation was also very clean. The dining area and the business areas were also very high class.

It was really easy to get checked in, the staff were friendly and explained everything really well. As someone who normally goes for budget accommodation I found my room very luxurious. It has a big wardrobe, a desk area, a television, and several chairs in the room to relax on. The bathroom is very well laid out and neat. The beds are also really soft and comfortable, they gave me a great night's sleep. Breakfast is buffet style as usual, and there's a great range of foods that allow you to take reasonable portions. I made use of the pool and spa, it is a great deal for hotel guests although I did present a challenge for the masseuse! Staff here were also very friendly and accommodating. I have one single criticism of the hotel; about a third of the room and bathroom is made up of mirrored surfaces. Seriously, you can see yourself from all angles at once, it's not a pleasant experience if you don't enjoy the sight of your own body. The entire bathroom door is a mirror, which I found excessive. For that it loses one star, otherwise it would be 5 stars and I'm almost certainly going to stay here the next time I'm in Berlin.

Lovely modern hotel. Easily accessible from the station via the subway, tram or short walk. It is in a good location to get to all the sights and attractions and there are a plethora of bars, restaurants to cater for every taste; fast-food or fine dining. Stafff are very friendly, multi-lingual and extremely helpful. It's a must stay in a great city.

Located at the center of Berlin next to underground station. Very clean&high standards facilities. The staff is very friendly and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is served until 11:00 so you can sleep late and enjoy a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and cheeses. One of the best hotel's breakfasts I had in Europe. The only one thing this place has to improve is adding a few English speeking channels on the TV — all channels are either German or French.

The room were very spacious. Everything was so clean and tidy and the cleaners did a marvellous job of cleaning and tidying our room every day. Beds were very comfy with a selection of pillows to choose from. The TV in our room was massive (at least 42") and provided a great means of keeping us entertained at night. Breakfast was just out of this world, with a massive buffet selection (from fry ups to continental). Staff were also very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment that we entered the building. The man that cooked the eggs and made the hot breakfast food in the morning was very nice and would always speak to us with a smile on his face. If I seen a TITANIC hotel in another location I would certainly consider staying there again. Very happy.
