Perfect Felix is the best.

We stayed in Holiday Inn from 13/08/21 — 15/08/21. We are happy to recommend it. The rooms are well designed, very clean and suitable for 2 people to stay overnight. The breakfast buffet was also great, something for every taste… All in all, the hotel gets the full score and we will be happy to come back next year.

The customer service is very good.

Good service, central, the metro is very very close and there are brochures all over.

Hotel located in excellent location with ultra modern style and very functional. Rooms are equipped with every comfort, great breakfast, friendly and multilingual staff.

Very good well thought-out concept. Thanks to the key box, you are not bound in time, and can come back at night whenever you like.
The breakfast buffet is more than sufficient, and the service very nice.
The view from my room was also really nice.
The ladies and gentlemen of the room service are discreet, clean and fast. The rooms spacious and very pleasant to inhabit.

Morning breakfast gets too crowded though, few staff can’t handle replenishing food items but otherwise overall experience is great!

My stay was okay. The hotel offers the bare minimum, no room service; the buffet for the breakfast should be varied and would be good to have a chef as a Pizza frozen extra sold expensive does not promote the desire to return.

All good but no space (apart from a few hangers) to unpack — you need to keep everything in your suitcase.

Good location, clean and new hotel. Front desk ppl are nice too. Bed is not comfortable, for the double/queen bed, you can feel the middle part being too firm while to the sides are not as firm, i. E. The firmness of the mattress is not even. So its very easy to feel like sleeping on a slope, feel like you can slide to the side even to the floor if not controlling yourself potentially. Looks like poor quality of beds where ppl sleep on it for a while then the sides are pushed down. Prob just the bed in our room, im not sure.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Room not overly large but more than enough to sleep. Breakfast plentiful and varied. No on-site restaurant but possibility to have dinner because they offer in-case. Staff pleasant and smiling. Hotel located at the foot of a metro station, and very well placed for seeing the main tourist attractions. Berlin is a beautiful city full of history. The only negative point : the germans! They do not know the politeness it is a pity!

Not bad location when thinking about going into museums (Museum Island and some others around). Easy to go anywhere from couple of bigger stations (less than 1km from the hotel). Modern and tidy with friendly staff. Room (double bed + sofa) wasn't big but quite comfortable. Very nice bathroom including spacy shower cabin. Breakfast choices are quite limited. So when staying longer than 3 nights might be some dissatisfaction. But they have great coffee and sometimes it's enough for a great start of any day. As we were visiting Berlin during the World Cup, it was nice to have a good TV in room. Hotel had decorations related to football event and was showing games in lobby bar. Sleep quality was better than expected as building is on the big street but windows have a great soundproof.

Very good location and updated hotel. The rooms were not large, but enough for 3 people and ours had a sofa bed. The breakfast was outstanding, and was on the level of most paid buffets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding and is very close to the subway and several sights. We would certainly stay here again.

Centrally located to actives in Berlin. Nice staff helpful with directions. You cannot beat the underground stop located 600' away. One stop south of Alexanderplatz. Good rates if booked via IHG website in advance. Nice rooms & breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel! only 1 year old so brand new, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough to eat and to choose. Hotel room was fine. We had a semi handicap room so the bathroom door could not close entirely. No major issue only the water gets spread across the bathroom. Firm beds with nice and comfy sheets Overall excellent hotel. Would stay again if in Berlin for a second time.

The 5 stars are for the 5 great staff with the first name: Janina, Chris, Flavia (reception), Luca and Jessi all I give 5 stars!
Now we come to the negative things: the whole superiors have unfortunately not learned it service oriented and I am talking about years of hotel experience. Unfortunately, the current director is always dressed inappropriately, her style of clothing does not correspond to the image of a managerial position. Unfortunately, I also lacked the kindness of my own during my 10-day stay. Let alone kindness I haven't seen from her! Only the lady from the reservation management I would see as a director! After my first night I had discussions that I supposedly smoked in the room (the manager just cheeky and thought that would cost 100€ every day). In addition, I once asked for scrambled eggs, his answer: No unfortunately not possible but if your company pays for it we can do which. Breakfast is ok at this hotel, but tomatoes in a bowl visually a disaster u. S. W
My summary of this hotel Holiday Express, you should be more slated for breakfast and not always pay attention to the time. Department heads should do some training and not radiate the arrogance. The only reason to book this hotel again are only the above 5 employees who made my stay as pleasant as possible, they really sweetened my Berlin stay. At this point again a thank you.

Very nice, new hotel. Lovely, plentiful breakfast. Rooms are a little small for 3 guests, but are efficient. Very friendly, helpful staff. I encountered some challenges with my flight with air Berlin and the front desk (lovely lady from Salzburg) and security tried to help me as much as possible. Much appreciated. Thank you!
