The room I had was small, but very comfortable. I had expected sausages and scrambled eggs for breakfast, as usual in hotels, but it's not available there. That's not to say breakfast is not good, as there still is good variety both of savory and sweet foods. Service is very friendly, and the location couldn't be better, very central and well connected.

The location cannot be better. Directly at Alexanderplatz. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also appropriate. Everyone can get fed up. Rooms are large enough and very clean. A star trigger because the windows are not 100% soundproof in terms of The S-Bahn, but only about 90%. Light outside noise swells and rooms. At least on the 7th floor.

Location was fantastic, super easy to the surrounding public transportation. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The accommodation was great, sure it’s small, but it was clean, modern and the service was great!

Close location to Alexanderplatz with many surrounding activities and a huge variation of restaurants. The room have a good quality for its price, air con, fresh shower, tv. Underground parking space and possibility to rent bicycles.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms sufficiently large and very nice the hotel in general. The hotel is very central, I could see the TV tower from my room. Cons: I had a black hair in bed (I'm blonde), I suspect from the cleaner as it was otherwise quite clean. And for my taste, the mattress was very hard. In addition, the furniture is only made for small people. Which bothers a bit at breakfast. I am 1, 78 and for me the tables and chairs were already way too low. Nevertheless, it was a good hotel which I would book again.

Only 2 stars. Great location. From there you can take the train, the subway, the tram or the bus. From the airport S. Is 30 minutes. Cozy place with a small garden on the back. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent service. Breakfast is excellent.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are small but very nice.
It is very centrally located and if you are lucky you can see its window directly on the TV tower and the Alex is also just around the next street corner.
The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is nicely prepared and varied.
The whole building is fashionably decorated with attention to detail and very clean.

For a 2 star hotel the absolute blast. The central location is perfect for getting around quickly and there is little to complain about at the hotel itself. The rooms and the bathroom are a bit small, but this is for a short stay to be sore. Breakfast not a highlight, but also absolutely adequate. If you want more, you have to pay more elsewhere.

Good no-frills place to stay — I'm frequently here for business trips, and I can recommend the Motel One if you're looking for something inexpensive. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and the bar is nice for an evening snack and drink.

Central, fair, customer-oriented! Just a few steps to the train, super gastronomy in the area; The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great choice for me as a business traveller! A complaint was quickly and very responsive. I'd love to come back!

The hotel Hackscher Markt is called Hackscher market, but is closer to Alexanderplatz. From the hotel room we had a view of the train station of Alex. The rooms are as usual by motel one and durchgestyled. The house is well insulated and so we have not heard the trains driving there from and to Alex, although our room was directly on the track side. Breakfast is for the 9, €50 a bargain. The staff is friendly and courteous professional. There's everything your heart desires. Just a typical motel one with all its advantages.

Very centrally located, just a few metres from Alexanderplatz station. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Again a reliable good MotelOne experience!

Rooms are very small, bar is dead, but great area and sits directly across from cool graffiti.

This hotel is in a great position so near to Alexanderplatz and plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel is comfortable enough and clean. The photograph shows the view from the window but so long as you didn't have your window open it was peaceful for sleeping. The breakfast was a good choice from a buffet.

Right in the centre of Berlin and everything is within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Not too happy with my stay there, especially when comparing this hotel to other Motel One locations. First of all, the location is amazing! Everything is in walking distance and public transportation is available. The rooms are a bit small, but fine. The AC in our rooms wasn’t working and neither was the fan in the bathroom. Even a quick shower fogged up he whole bathroom which quickly explained the mold in the shower. The lighting in the room is terrible. It’s all pretty much indirect lighting and feels like it’s been dimmed, yet that’s just how it is. Our room was in the corner at the far end of the corridor and the Wi-Fi signal was real poor. Could not work on my laptop. All in all, I am not crazy about this Motel One location and probably won’t return. I guess they do not all have the same quality standards…

Great value for money, find the room size absolutely adequate if you like me just for sleeping.
Very good central location, nice service, Wi-Fi in the room, cooler lounge area with table and some outlets where you can also meet for business talk.
My rooms were each back to the courtyard and quiet. However, because of the already cold season, there was no more terrace operation.
Everything is relatively new and above all clean.
I'd love to come back.

It was only ok. Air conditioner didn’t work, room was super small and light was too dim. No vent in the bathroom — so no surprise there was some mold. Location was fantastic though.

Solid basic hotel that is a short walk from shopping, Berliner Fernsehturm, and Museum Island. It's also across the street from a large train station. The room we stayed in was nice and clean and the included breakfast was very good — good assortment of yummy things. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely consider a future stay here.

In the heart of Alexanderplatz, the hotel has clean, yet small, rooms. Conveniently located near a number of fine shops, restaurants and public transit to anywhere else in Berlin.

Modern hotel in a good location (super public connection! ). Rooms are clean and bright — the only thing I was missing was the SOAP in the bathroom.

The motel one Hackerschehöfe in Berlin is just as great as all other Motel one hotels. The room facilities is raised for the price and always kept clean.

Modern, clean, fresh, comfortable room, good breakfast and very good location. I liked this place. The best thing? Well, it was bitterly cold when I was here, and the torrent of piping hot water from the giant-sized shower head was utter bliss! GOod bathroom!
