Hello! I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It is very clean and the room was very big with a wonderful view. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is something for everyone for breakfast, especially since I had only booked with breakfast. The food is top! Price and performance are right. I was very satisfied. 😀

Absolutely book rooms in the higher spheres the view magnificent. Very helpful staff! The hotel is very convenient for many attractions on foot, tram or metro. Room generous only drawback no mini bar but there is possibility to pull drinks from the vending machine in the foyer.

Did spend 3 days during Christmas and the staff in the restaurant must hate to work during the holidays. They were rude and unprofessional. The food was really bad not up to any standard at all. We had to ask for music that would give us some holiday spirit. Even if we came right after the restaurant opened in the evening some food were gone already like shrimp. Cannot recommend this hotel find another one. Only good was a very helpful staff at the reception especially a tall young guy.

Fantastic location to transport and clean modern rooms, but zero coffee making facilities in the room. When I did ask for a kettle, cups and coffee, they were removed the next morning — never known a hotel to do this, not even in covid times. Breakfast at hotel was OK but limited to continental and what hot food was available for just scrambled egg and potato only. Roof top lounge? … the reality was a few deck chairs, what appeared to be a "tuck shop" hatch serving bottled beverages and a bird net surrounding the entire view. Hardly a cool rooftop lounge experience.

Solid hotel which is not worth 4 stars. For the first visit to Berlin great, because right at Alexanderplatz and good views. Hotel with very good location. Room was very small. Receptionist at check in very friendly and helpful, the staff at check out was then, however, the complete opposite. There was neither the question of how we liked the stay, nor was we wished a good ride home. Think that can be expected in the price range.
With all due respect for the current coronavirus epidemic… the breakfast was absolutely disappointing and unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Absolutely disgusting service, flight cancelled and no alternative available however the hotel are refusing to issue a refund despite already changing dates once. Avoid all park inn hotels. To stick to a no cancellations policy for a booking made in January prior to the pandemic occurring when we physically cannot get to Berlin due to no flights and not having wings myself is a joke.

We have never seen anything like it there. We had an hour to check in. Then we finally arrived at our room and had to find out that there are already guests living there. So back down to the reception. We were given a much smaller room with no space for an extra bed for our son. After we were back at the reception and made our anger clear, there was nothing from the staff except a meagre apology. On the contrary, we were asked to understand the situation. Shabby for a 4-star hotel. We have cancelled and would never recommend the hotel. The operator is oversaturated and does not attach great importance to customer satisfaction.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff at the reception very nice and helpful. Due to Corona you had to wait a bit at breakfast but the service did a great job. I had a very nice stay with my daughter. We are happy to come back. But then in a Sky Suite.

As have visited the Hotel from 23.02-26.02.2020. It is very clean and has beautiful rooms. We were in 24. Floor and a mega view had. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I can recommend it to anyone.

RUDE STAFF! And rooms where not as sold on site purchased from On arrival I was ask to provide a credit card to secure booking, even though I had fully paid for the hotel already (wasn’t told this at time of booking so wasn’t prepared to need a credit card) as I don’t regularly use my card it declined at first as I hadn’t confirmed use in another county… staff were very rude to me, I asked if I could use the Wi-Fi so I could access my banking app to verify the payment — I was told I wasn’t allowed to as I wasn’t a guest yet! The two members of staff began to speak in German (obviously thinking I couldn’t understand) making comments “it’s only 2 cent, and you can’t afford” this was extremely offensive, the gentlemen was taken back when I answered his question! Made me feel very uncomfortable and put a downer on our first night! The room — not as sold on website, extremely lacking privacy, the shower and toilet area were complete glass and you could see everything including the use of the toilet! It was lucky I was sharing with my sister, but still very uncomfortable! Location is perfect for central use with everything you need on the doorstep! But I wouldn’t stay again!

Pure, but a lot of inconvenience. The hotel is very amusing lysaves by breaking, I would say, the rules of good tone. Do not put water, do not put a new shampoo, as the old is still a little left, there is no cooler on the floor, no iron, kettle in the room. The latter is more typical of Russian hotels, but still. And the main chip-baggage after the checkout leave for two euros! That's exactly what I've never seen anywhere in the world. Like the paid toilet in the lobby, but it's easy to get around, going up to the second floor where they have a restaurant. I also want to note the constant queues at the reception (I'm not here for the first time, but not of my own free will in this hotel inhabited). Well, the staid gentleman was as indifferent as possible and feels very unhappy that he has to mess around here with these people). In general, for me, it is better to raise the price tag by 1-2 euros, but such absurdities do not do.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff are amazing the food so wonderful and I had a very pleasurable stay. So close to any good restaurants and places to visit. Well worth a stay. Also Alexander Platz is a lovely place in itself.

Room was clean and reasonably well furnished, with plenty of space for two people. It was a little old fashioned style wise — lots of dark wood and chrome — but perfectly serviceable. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooftop terrace is really more like a viewing platform than a bar, but worth going up just to see Berlin stretching out in front of you. Excellently well placed for transport, and you can walk to most central points of interest.

Top line hotel. One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Everything was perfect. If you are looking for a hotel with perfect comforts, a pleasant accommodation, cleans spaces, ideal location and friendly staff then this is what you are looking for. It made our stay there even better. Ps. I would like to personally thank Ms Grit Hentschel the, Senior Reservation Agent who made the best surprise for me and my girlfriend.

The location of the hotel & transport connections to important sights in Berlin are excellent. However, the standard room accommodation was quite disappointing. We moved out of a hotel in Lichtenburg area to Park Inn hoping it would be a far better facility. The room was too small for comfort. First the A. C. Was not working & was fixed. Next the wash basin was not draining & had to be fixed. Finally on the day we left the flush in the toilet was not working. The wash basin & bath tub was inside the room in a screened off area which we did not like at all. The breakfast spread was large but not very appetizing. On the whole it was not a pleasant stay.

Good location and breakfast but having your toilet and showet litteraly in the room with only a sheet of glass between you and whomever you share the room with is a bit too much for me!

The location is close to the station and Mitte is a few pluses. Our room did not work air conditioning — the technician turned it off, as he could only work in the cold, which is not very cool in cool weather. Windows overlooking the TV tower — great, only the windows are sometimes wash! At 8 a. M. Some repair work begins and you wake up from the sound as if you are in your apartment building and the neighbor again decided to arrange repairs. In general, in Berlin, many hotels are also close to the station and cool places — this is not recommended.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I noticed that the hotel seems to at least see the comments here so maybe it's the best way to get in touch. — No electric adapters (have to buy for €8). — No shower curtain. — No drawers to put things in means living out of suitcase on the floor for a week. — No working refrigerator and it has mold in it, reception says they won't fix it and can't elaborate why. — No toothpaste or any other basic toiletries, only things included are hand and body soap. — No queen bed, only 2 singles pushed together. Hotel is generally kind of dingy with low ceilings and the kind of bathroom that doesn't look clean even if it is clean. Since 1 star is minimum, I gave 1 extra for the very nice view. If it wasn't nonrefundable, I would stay elsewhere for the rest of my trip.

We really liked the hotel very much.
Due to the great location, it is possible to reach a wide variety of attractions on foot or by public transport in just a short time.
The rooms were large enough and very clean. The décor was modern yet cosy. The street noise could not be heard when the window was closed.
Breakfast offered everything your heart desires. There was a wide selection and fresh food was always brought to the attention of the company.
The staff were friendly, attentive and always helpful.
All in all, I can only recommend the hotel further.

If you want to jump off the top floor of a hotel… This is the right place! Of course with all the necessary precautions, an excellent security system, a professional and sympathetic team!

From my point of view, this hotel don't should have more than 2 stars. The reception workers look ungry all the time and looks like you are disturbing then when you go there to pick up a package or message. My colleague lost her bagage in the airport and she had the period, when she went to reception asking for a tampax and an aspirine for an urgency they address to her to a drug store, looks like them don't feel anything.
We spend 4 € to see the amazing views in the top of the building that they announce in the hall as a wonderfull terrace to have a coffee or beer and was a huge deception. We arrive there and all was dirty, no tables, no chairs and no waiters, I was there a minute because the views are exactly the same that I had in my room at the floor 11 and the place was really poor like a back street in chinatwon.
The bed pelows are really bad, Could not sleep well and had neck pain two days. The bed is not done, I have to make it every night, they only leave a folded quilt on the top. The shower is in the middle of the room, Wi-Fi did not work in all my stance there and the mobile data connectivity was very poor, they have a serious problem with the communications in that place, that was what most frustrated me, because I was there for business reasons and had to go to a coffe shop to download a 40 MB file that my manager sent to me by email.

Very expensive. Inside (reception) paid toilet even for guests, very expensive water inside. The rooms are OK, comfortable enough, nice view of the square. There are many shops nearby but they don't work on a Sunday.

Nice hotel with great views of Berlin. Standard double room compact with no separate sink, shower or toilet (shower and toilet behind glass partitions). Better suited for business travellers rather than tourists to be honest. Staff helpful. My complaint about air conditioning was dealt with immediately. Rooms serviced everyday and hotel very clean and tidy overall. Within short walking distance of the train station at Alexanderplatz, local buses and trams.

Hotel huge (40 floors) convenient because very well placed to visit Berlin, close to public transport. Nice view of the room on the city. Overall the hotel is comfortable, clean and well located. The room leaves some small things to be desired. For example, there are two very small and thin pillows on the bed. There are no washcloths in the bathroom, no refrigerator, no A/C, and no shower curtain. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates wildly. The closet is tiny and there are no drawers for clothes. The "lounge" atop the hotel has no servers, and requires a climb up eight flights of stairs and a $4 fee. The view is incredible. The service at the hotel has been great. We had a bag delivered to our room and extra pillows too. Both came quickly and with a smile. The location is what makes this hotel desirable. If your room is on a high floor, the view is terrific.

So far, really disappointed with the lacking customer service. When I called guest services an hour ago to ask if they had any US electrical outlet converters, the rep said she would send one to my room right away. When I called back an hour later after not receiving anything, this rep seemed confused about converters at all — seemed to not understand the concept. She then put me on hold and said she was told they don't have them. I asked to speak to someone else who repeated that they don't have them. After a few more questions I realized they do have them, but they were just loaned out. Why she couldn't have just said that from the beginning is beyond me. She (Vivian) suggested I just keep calling back to check over the next several days. I asked if they could just contact me when one becomes available, and she agreed. I doubt she will though as her attitude seemed so dismissive. Dismal service attitude throughout the conversation for such a simple issue. Those is the hospitality industry should be hospitable, no?

Great location. In the center of the transport hub Alexander Platz. There are also tram and bus stops, and subways and trains! There are many cafes and shopping malls nearby. Also nearby is the TV tower and the Menshen Museum. But the hotel itself is old and the rooms are small. You can find more modern for the price.

Very well located Hotel, next to Alexanderplatz Square, with Metro, train and tram stops. Very close to the cathedral area and the museums, in a central area and with all the comforts of the city.
Great and modern rooms with great views of the whole city. Very good service from the staff, highlight the sympathy of the Customer service department, security and especially the floor cleaning staff. Recommended.
PS: I did not like that the customers of the hotel have to pay €4 to access the terrace of the attic to contemplate the views, since it is also not a place for that, only has a couple of dozens of chairs of terrace and bar service.

The hotel is beautiful and in prime location. The hotel does have good amenities but all at an additional cost. We arrived at 12pm and were advised we could not check in until 3pm. When we asked if we could leave our baggage we were told we could at a fee per bag. I have traveled all over the world and I have never been asked to pay a fee to leave my bag with the hotel. The website advertised a spa in the hotel. Which consists of a sauna and again there is a fee of €5. The hotel has a rooftop bar which you guessed has a €5 entry fee. Once you get past all these additional costs the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Former hotel "International" to East Berlin times. Occasionally radiates East German charm. The rooms are very modern with a spectacular view of the federal capital, especially on the upper floors. The lobby, on the other hand, tends to radiate a station atmosphere. Very large hotel with many international guests. The breakfast buffet is first class, the location of the hotel anyway.

For its size suitable for collapsing, but except in punctual moments well managed restaurant acceptable but very useful for staying open late the modern but not functional bathrooms.

Good hotel with good service, breakfast and view. Was more frequent there many years ago, has hardly changed.
But there is still a minus point… I have been staying in many hotels, but a hotel in this category with rough, single layer toilet paper in the rooms I have not experienced anywhere in the world yet. This hotel does not need it and does not fit into any other overall impression.

We visited the attic as for €4 it seemed a reasonable price to see the views of Berlin and what a shame. They are only 5 meters from the terrace and there is a grate. Very abusive price for the views and the space there are. Very disappointing.

Horrible housekeeping for clean up. Stayed two nights. First day they did not come until we got back to the room at 2:30 from being out and touring all day And then stood waiting outside the door as if we had been making them wait all day. The next morning as we were getting up and ready to check out they were knocking on the door before 8 am. I’m no… we are not leaving yet.

Centrally located, great service, amazing views from most rooms. This is the third time I am staying here, there are many options in Berlin but for my needs (good value, nice service and location) this hotel is best. Rooms can be a bit small if you intend on staying in it for long… but are comfy and have most of the things you need (good bed, pillows are ok, great coffee machine and tea, safe, heating and AC and well sized TV). Cleaning can be improved a little more (hence 4 stars)

The booking was confirmed. But this was cancelled at 6pm while we were on our way from London to Berlin. There was no notification the day before or even in the morning to ask for a credit card is required for the stay. When we arrived, not only we were told that our booking was cancelled. No communication. Your hotel has designed the process in such a way to leave tracker stranded! I have never ever been stranded in such a fashion even in Africa. Of all my stay with Radisson or Park Inn, whether in Aberdeen, Stockholm there has never been a problem. I have stayed with one of the groups hotel for many many weeks whether for business or leisure. This time round I am hugely disappointed. I will get my Club Carlson membership deleted.

Central square of Berlin, convenient to any place. The rooms are simple but with little privacy, breakfast plentiful and varied.

I would avoid this hotel. Everything costs extra! Breakfast €20, Internet €10! Even to use the restrooms in the lobby costs €1. Also to mention the 10 minute wait for the lifts every morning. Sleeping comfort was also not as expected for this price. (hard bed and very uncomfortable and flat pillows) There are many much better and cheaper hotels in Berlin.

Well balanced beautiful place. Excellent breakfast spread. Good service all over specially front office. Only hitch is housekeeping getting ironing board is a problem and tea coffee refils had to be asked.

Rooms are very small, the elevator can not wait 5-7 minutes waiting, in cellm is normal. For breakfast the same thing every day, but tasty.

my girlfriend and I were from the 03.03.2018 to 04.03.2018 for a night your guests. At Check In I asked for the best available Parking. Here is me Q-Park was called directly to the Hotel as a cooperation partner. "24 hours for 4, — €. " I have been called by your employee. So I was surprised then a little that I had to pay when I left 6 hours later, the Park house, 12, — €. I used the contact option to the car Park supervision at the ticket machines. The Management knew nothing of this regulation, but only of€ 0.40 discount in the first two hours, when I would leave the Ticket in the Hotel stamping. This is what I had done, but the discount there is no trace. After about an hour I was again in this car Park and parked my car overnight there. I again spoke to another associate of your house at the Counter. This told me that it would only cost 12 hours of time of residence 4, — € total. The next day, after just over 12 hours time I had to pay 20, — €. Thus, I paid 32, — € in total for Parking, although the days is the maximum rate for 24 hours a 24, — € and, according to testimony of its employees, the daily rate (24 hours) 4, — € is. The view was nice. The bar was a bit noisy. The room was cold since the heater wasn't working in the beginning. the phone was not connected to reception and mechanic fixed it but still cannot connect to the reception. I also did not like the receptionist attitude, he was talking down to me by saying 'listen to me! look at me! ' when I asked how to get to the bus station.

4 star Hotel inadequate to the category. The carpets of important dimensions placed in many environments are not fireproof, the evacuation plan is not well described and the roads for the fire emergency are not reported in a clear and evident. The rooms are very nice, here and there you can see the age, but that is not relevant. The breakfast is very good and very plentiful. There are many different rolls and cold cuts, salad, fruit, vegetables, … Only the card function of the elevator annoyed something because after each keystroke the card had to be held again… You could set a slightly longer duration, which not everyone has to hold the card with 10 people.

Just awful this Hotel is. We were 2 days there and it was so dirty, it socks of the guests before, were still in the room. And they were the 2 days over there, long hair were in the Toilet and also these were not just get rid of the 2 days. Everywhere dust and crap. The vanity mirror is aborted. So honestly, for 300€ you can expect a little cleanliness. The staff is so unfriendly and to open when it is too much the mouth to Good day to tell it, then get another Job should be looking for. But whether we complain or not, the location is great, it is in the States nothing. From our eyes, the money definitely not worth it!

Nice rooms — mine had an amazing view. But they charge extra (quite a bit extra) for Wi-Fi. I needed an iron one morning and they 'ran out' but did get me one within an hour. Breakfast was good. Bar was exactly what you'd expect but fine.

Our room was clean and spacious with a great city view. Park Inn A. Platz is situated perfectly for exploring the East Side as well as the whole of Berlin given its ideal location next to the train station. Only downside was that there was no access to any British TV and I was told (bluntly) there was no way to fix this, so we couldn't even watch BBC News! This was disappointing as there were countless channels for virtually all other languages and cultures.

So I preferred to cancel all my stay (Thanks Booking for free cancellation until 18:00), and book another hotel not too far (Marriot) than to be taken for a pigeon… I believe Park Inn to forget the meaning of the word "service"…
I strongly recommend this hotel (which charges everything in addition: Wi-Fi, terrace, etc…), knowing that there are much better services and the same prices!

Very central Hotel. Modern rooms, justita of space but complete. Great breakfast. A receptionist speaking outstanding Spanish, I did not stay with her name Moreno. Another German on the other hand did not understand anything at check-in. In the bar bartenders very professional and attentive, the menu of informal dinners international cuisine, large quantities in dishes. The drinks like in all the places of Berlin… faces.

A great place to stay very central in Berlin buffet breakfast and English style as well as continental. Only thing at weekends it is very busy and seating for breakfast can be difficult. During the week a lot better. Rooms are airy and clean with very supportive beds. TV on wall but all German stations. Great shower. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

We stayed over 3 nights on a standard room for 2 people. It is indeed a very well located hotel. However, when I booked on the description said the walls were soundproof which isn't real at all, you can hear everything (I don't know about the more expensive rooms). When we left the do not disturb sign on the door the housekeeping still entered the room when we were out and about and changed all the linen and towels when not requested. The toilet had no privacy from the rest of the room. The door was there but the wall was made of blurred glass and the door didn't isolate enough you couldn't even lock it. The mattresses were so haaaard gosh. Also on check in the employee asked me if I wanted to pay on check out or at the check in and I said at check in and got the money discounted from my account. On check out another employee said I still had to pay the stay… I had to show that I've had payed already and that I has been discounted of my account and then this time they were charging me more 10€ for city tax which should've been included on the full price I payed initially. I guess all of this made me give that rating :/

I stayed in a double room with Visa on Alexanderplatz. The value is very good, although the cost of some extras is a bit annoying (€4 to access the roof terrace, €2 to baggage for luggage, Wi-Fi fee).
In general clean room, although the housekeepers have entered three times in the room while I was sleeping between 8am and 10am.
Access to the gym included in the price. Small Palestrina, but new and clean tools.

Good location with impressive views and small but acceptable room. Downsides were no tea and coffee making facilities in room, *tiny* towels and no functioning BBC.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only subject I did not love: There is no matrimonial bed, but they stick 2 individual mattresses and put 2 covers of the same size.

Love that hotel, great location, close to every option of public transport, kind and nice workers, the room is not too big but clean and tidy… the view is amazing! Recommended highly:) one bad thing-no free Wi-Fi.

Number of rooms impressive and hyper well place.

The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms are okay from the size. Also of the interior furnishings these are good. Only that the toilet/shower have a glass wall (sand-blasted) I find not beautiful, but this is probably modern nowadays. At least I've seen something like this before. The rooms have to be cleaned better, some really disgusting.
The entrance doors of the rooms pop up so loud that it always clatters. This is not nice if you want to sleep in the evening.
The breakfast is more like lush, who doesn't find it's own fault:).

We stayed two nights and we liked it quite, a little expensive the additional services like for example Wi-Fi, but otherwise pretty good, very central, public transportation at the door, good overall attention, not overly large rooms, but too Modern.
The most negative is: a) that the room is a whole where are the beds, the bathroom and the shower almost together, separated from a glass and b) The hotel must have many rooms, so try to be served well at reception or take a lift at peak hours, it's an authentic odyssey.

The location is top. The rooms could be a little more cared for. You should not be afraid of space, as the shower and toilets are very small and cramped. The toilet paper does not go through-can look through.

I would avoid this hotel. Everything costs extra! Breakfast €20, Internet €10! Even to use the restrooms in the lobby costs €1. Also to mention the 10 minute wait for the lifts every morning. Sleeping comfort was also not as expected for this price. (hard bed and very uncomfortable and flat pillows) There are many much better and cheaper hotels in Berlin.

Fantastic location to get anywhere in Berlin. Easy to get to from the airport. Stayed here for a few days and the cleaning staff were excellent. Room was good size for two of us.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. More accustomed to drinking hot water, the service staff is very intimate to the hot kettle sent up. Lost wallet, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic to help us contact the police. It's just that Wi-Fi needs extra pay.

We had a Mehrblick room on the 26th floor which was really the hammer apart from that room was a bit small we were fully satisfied.
Breakfast also very good with a large selection.
I would like to visit Berlin once again just take this hotel.

I have been to Berlin a few times however, at the Park Inn hotel was the greatest stay I have ever had. Along with my fiance exactly for my birthday. The hotel has even added a free room upgrade with all the trimmings.
I will definitely book again or only at the Park Inn hotel.
Great service, very friendly and courteous staff. The cleanliness and order was unknotable. The breakfast bombastic. We do not have a point of criticism.
Thanks again to the Park Inn Hotel and its staff. That was one of my most beautiful birthdays I've ever had.

Horrible house keeping, reception and customer service ever! First thing, I found three pieces of weird hair during the first night! Two pieces on the pillow and one on the bed sheet. None belongs to me nor my mum due to the color difference! I will post photo here, everyone can obviously recognized this hair is from which part of the body! Super disgusting! The night shift reception girl comes to help me changed the sheet in the midnight. Is this how a Four-star hotel operates?! I complain about it to the reception second day morning. One of their leader ask me: “So what do you want? Tell me. I think the problem is solved. ” After that, the duty manager comes and offers us the breakfast. We accepted it as the “apology”. Her attitude was nice and I told her the night reception was very nice and nervous. Don’t let her feel bad because of other people’s faults. If the first leader talk politely as her, I won’t be angry like this. One thing I just want to know, is that very normal to see stranger’s hair on the pillows in your hotel? If your decision-making level clarify the answer is YES, I will shut my mouth up. Secondly, My mum forgot her black pearl necklace and two rings in the bedside table drawer, close to the window in the morning. Before we left the room she has seen it but still forgot to wear it. I called to the reception immediately after my mum realized, it was 45 minutes after we checked out since we already in the airport.

Paid Internet is of course a tin… 370 euros a night for a room of 6 sq meters without Wi-Fi… I won't come back here again and I don't advise anyone.

Several things to criticize: on the one hand, in the same room you have the beds, the toilet and also the shower all together without division. Looks like a prison cell like that. On the other hand, it is assumed that being a 4 star hotel must provide connection to its guests, however they charge €10 on the day of Wi-Fi. Even for storing your bags (from check out to the time of your flight or train) you are charged (€2). I don't mind the €2 but I do resent that they charge for things that the hotel is supposed to give you for free for a fee you are already paying for. In addition to all that, the staff were very unkind. I do not recommend this hotel. Attached photo of the "division" between the bathroom and the bedroom (yes… it is a small curtain).

Hotelazo in the middle of Alexanderplatz, modern with parking, very well located. A bit of trouble at peak times with the elevators, especially because of the lack of civics of the people. Breakfast with lots of choice. At the reception they spoke to us in Spanish, although not everyone speaks it.

The hotel itself is nice but from a 4 star I would have expected more. Really small room, bathroom in the room without a dedicated space, divided by the sleeping area by a tent. Double room but with not enough towels for two throughout the stay. Wi-Fi for a fee, great flaw. There was no way to communicate with the cleaning staff who punctually Irrompeva every morning and not having a bathroom in a room apart was a problem. Even wanting to put a note on the card to hang at the door, was missing the pen.

At first impact, it looked like a positive hotel. The rooms are nice, but really small, with bathroom included in the sleeping area, not a compartment apart. The view and location are very good. Bad Wi-Fi for a fee and no fridge bar, at least in our room. Insufficient towels. Cold room, heating not efficient. Not terrible overall, but not worth the money you spend, if not for the location.

Good experience, great rooms. Stayed one night for a work travel and everything was perfect. Only one downside, but was OK for me: no free Wi-Fi. In 2017 it should be free in every hotel for at least one hour per day.

Rooms are small, separate beds have little space to put apart, toilet door slides leaving space on both sides, bathroom is in room and only separated by a curtain, Wifi is not included in special fares (10E par day). Services are great: anything could ever want for breakfast and concierge is very helpful to make reservations. The hotel is very central, next to all transportation.

The hotel is modern, the staff are friendly, it is a very busy hotel and we had to wait in a cue to check in for almost 45 minutes, we think this is too long. We also encountered long cue's at the concierge and the cue st information cues. We would recommend mote staff being available in all these areas at peak times. We had a six night stay, with a champagne breakfast each day. We were made to cue each morning at reception to collect out tickets for breakfast, we asked several times if we could take our cards at one time and were told that was not possible. We were very disappointed in this lack of service.

The rooms are modern and comfortable and the service good but the real point of strength is the location in the central Alexander Platz, practically in front of the train station; You arrive comfortably by train directly from the airport and from here you can easily reach the main monuments of the city. The hotel offers a wide choice of rooms and from the terrace on the top floor you have a magnificent view of the city.

For the price we paid I really can't complain. The beds were comfy, the TV had a lot of channels and the shower was nicer than the one I have at home. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect location. Excellent room with panoramic view and impeccable service.

No idea about the hotel but went to the 40th floor to see the great views advertised. On the pictures there were deck chairs, cushions and lots of space. But realistically when you get up there it's about 4m of space surrounded by metal bars and netting and you can only see out over one side of the city. It has potential if they redesigned the space but really wasn't anything to write home about I'm afraid.

Very small rooms The bathroom is not very comfortable. If it wasn't for the restaurants, the view and the terrace, it would be like a common three star hotel. Wifi fee, access to the panoramic terrace for a fee. Inside the hotel there is however a tourist info point where you can buy the Berlin card. Very convenient to get to the museum island and the Brandenburg Gate.

Very modern hotel and conveniently located downtown. Very clean room. Very friendly staff. On the other hand, doors slam and above all, WI-FI is paying (almost unacceptable on today's day). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in the perfect spot and the view we had from Room 3514 was SPECTACULAR. The maid really did good cleaning and left our room in perfect condition over & over again. Also I appreciated the fact that nothing was touched in our room unless we throw it away in the bin, like we had 2 empty bottles we forgot to put in the bin wasn't touched neither since it wasn't in the bin. We'd liked the souvenir shop downstairs alot aswell! Last but not least… The most Marvellous thing we Loved in this Hotel is… THE SPECTACULAR VIEW! (From Room: 3514) We will surely visit this hotel again!

This is my second stay at this hotel; overall it is a really good hotel, the rooms are nice & very clean and the facilities are great. My only complaint is that both times I have come there is always a queue at the check-in desk. There really is no excuse for this given it is clearly a regular issue and my last visit was 2 years ago. This problem seems to be acceptable, which is shame because other than that the hotel is great. On a very positive note — the hotel team went over and above to help me out of a difficult situation. I left my passport in the safe in the room & only noticed when I got to the airport. I didn't have time to get back to the hotel & airport in time to catch my flight. The hotel team sent a member of staff in a taxi to the airport with my passport & ensured I caught my flight. Superb service thank you!

I was really disapointed with my stay. Only good thing was the look of my room. I stayed here for a business trip and wanted to go to the Spa area in the morning to relax a little after my travel. Well it only opens at noon and is not free for Hotel guests. (nothing is free in that matter… not the Wi-Fi, the rooftop terrasse neither the spa) anyways went there at noon on a sunday. I was the first guest. They have two Saunas (only one if you are male! ) And an infrared cabine. Thats it. No pool, no tea or water for free! You also have to pay for that (a rip off I'd say, give people in the Sauna some water at least! ) In any case. First guest and the showers were dirty (hair and weird looking dirt everywhere) the changing room the same. No papertowels in the bathroom, toilettes also dirty. The whole hotel staff was really unfriendly. Noone greeted you walking past you. If you had a question you actually wanted to appologize for disturbing their quiet time… If you don't have your room key on you and need to use the bathroom in the lobby. You also have to pay for that… This Hotel is in a category where servive should be on a higher level and it should at least be clean right? I won't go there again. Great other Hotels around in the arra for similar or lower price.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is amazing, location and rooms are fantastic The only bad point is the Wi-Fi policy and pricing. One of the worst in all my experiences with many hotels around the world.

This is a very large hotel with an enormous number of rooms but never feels crowded and service is generally quick,, pleasant and efficient. Fast lifts carry you quickly to the rooms above 30 floors. The rooms are functional, not mega plush but very clean and well maintained and have everything you need in an adequate space. Excellent position on Alexanderplatz with S and U bahn close by Generally rooms are a good price.

Acceptable but the truth is that I expected quite more. There were a couple of details that I liked not.

Hotel has several problems: you need to pay 10 euro a day to use Wi-Fi, the room's too small, and you don't have any privacy in the bathroom (separated bathroom and the rest of the room has no walls), the room is too hot (because it is centralized) this size is too big, and when you have any problems when you have to line up to get a solution. The other hand, the hotel location is very good and very clean.

Beautiful Views. The bigger the better. The Second Largest Hotel In Germany. This one goes in the anonymity. The prices are lifted. That would be OK, if not you for everything again had to pay. Entering the rooftop terrace of 4 € per Person and visit! At the reception, you stand in queues. It is also not the usual Hotel/guest relationship, but rather resembles an institution. Next to the reception there are refrigerators, which is the only Alternative to not existing mini-bar, drinks and Snacks at ridiculous prices. These are always locked and must be only by the personnel to be unlocked. In every gas station, brings one of the guest more confidence in it. A Prosecco for € 40 or cakes from the pack for 5 €, I find already very covered. In particular, if one leads oneself before eyes, the people in other Hotels, such as the Cafe Roma in the pretty prestigious Walldorf-Astoria at the Ku'damm, just one Euro more, for double the amount at a higher quality — setting including. For the Internet to be 6.90 per 60 minutes or 9.90 per 24 hours is calculated. Today, this is no longer up to date. The rooms are relatively small but adequate. The old GDR architecture, in which the toilet and shower in the room and not in a separate bathroom are installed with new selections from glass modernized. The wait at the front Desk was not pleasant in a long line to wait for clearance, like in a station concourse is not nice to guests from the Lift to the Restaurant wanted to had by the snake fight. Staff at the reception was friendly but very curious what the reason of my journey had. The room is very friendly and good to set up what I did not like is the direct toilet where between the ceiling and the door, a large piece is missing, therefore you could hear everything. The air conditioning you could not turn off, therefore there was very dry air. The Breakfast which was rich and good in the evening there was at the Bar Cocktails, however, where so much ice in it, the drink was very fast all was. Because he felt very strongly ripped off. The service was friendly all in all a nice stay.

The Central location of the hotel is top! For a short city break, where you in a short time trying as much as possible from the city to see, it is really really perfect! Breakfast buffet offers a very wide variety … For Anyone or woman. We had a Panorama room on the 26. Floor. View towards the TV tower — very impressive and it will save you a different viewing platform to book! Berlin itself is also in all cases, one or more visits worth! Our this year's Trip was the Christmas markets, we would love to come again in the summer time in Berlin and are already looking forward to our stay … The Hotel Park Inn.

Nice views, full of pensioners Being one of the tallest buildings around, getting a room high enough offers very nice views of the city, which is perhaps this hotel’s primary attractor. My room was in the North-Eastern corner, so not on the most interesting part of town, and it looks like they charge 15€ extra for rooms looking out on the Alexanderplatz. Clean, tastefully designed rooms with comfortable beds (though pillows were way too low and no additional ones to switch to) and convenient coffee table located right at the window. Funny bathrooms, which are literally part of the room’s space, with an option to close them behind a curtain. Internet cost an extra 10€/day, which in itself is ridiculous in 2015, but at least worked well for the price. The hotel seemed booming with large groups of pensioners, possibly because of the time of the year. The restaurant was packed during breakfast and sadly each food type had only a single stand, so queues were inevitable. Food was decent, both in terms of choice and quality. We also had workshops in the meeting rooms and these were a bit too cramped, plus the soft drinks were only put in place once in the morning and not later, so we quickly ran out.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is substandard: Wi-Fi is charged at an additional, expensive fee (this is 2015, seriously!? ), staff at front desk/concierge/everywhere are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, breakfast is extortionate, the hotel lounge is charged at another additional fee, the check-in area seems more like a disorganised sheep herding exercise, and the rooms themselves are quite unpleasant. Will not stay here again and I would recommend people avoid this place.

Elaborate breakfast with lots of options. They charge for Wi-Fi which is annoying but also the fact that you need to keep entering your login details. Wi-Fi speed is OK. Staff are generally aloof. Long lines at the front desk especially around check out times. Great location.

Only reviewing the viewing platform as have not stayed in the hotel. For €4 you can go up to the 40th floor and see, well pretty much only the TV tower. We went at sunset and got some really good pictures of the Fernsehturm. The platform is quite small and has deck chairs. They also serve drinks and snacks but I don't think you'd really want to spend long here. But good photo opportunity for a reasonable price.

They still charge for Wi-Fi in 2015, the concierge wasn't interested in helping at all, but beside that, you got value for your money, perfect lokation for exploring berlin, nice, but noisy breakfast, but it was marathon n youngsters season, so might have to do with that, I'll definitely go again, as soon as the Wi-Fi 's free.

I spend my life traveling and am generally forgiving about hospitality and its difficulties. However, the park inn is strangely inhospitable. The staff is cold, unhelpful, and seem much more bound to a set of hotel rules than to any sense of the comfort of the guests. The hotel is poorly managed as well. The line for check in and check out can last over an hour with 50+ people in line and two people working the desk. The general mood of the place feels like a bus station. Berlin is a beautiful city and I have stayed at great, accommodating hotels here with lovely staff. Needless to say I will never stay at the Park Inn again.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The bus from the airport leaves you just a few meters from the entrance, and both the train and the metro are located just 50 metres from the hotel. In addition, to meet strolling the highlights of old east Berlin is perfect. Even if you go by bus through the city to the zoo, the bus stop is in the same plaza that the rest of the transports mentioned. As for the rooms, they are at least curious. Very modern, with the space harnessed to the millimeter. We spent three nights and not miss anything at fault. The beds are comfortable, but I think that is imprescisdinble to share space with someone full of confidence, because for a start, the sink is in the same room, next to the glass partitions that corresponds to toilet and shower… brings nothing of this intimacy. That is, if, the views of the city… SPECTACULAR We do not employ the hotel's breakfast. In any case, very close there are plenty of food stalls or cafes.

As a "world traveller" now for the first Time with family in the Park Inn for four nights in residence. The Hotel is sensational. Price/performance voices. Except at Breakfast. Here one has many possibilities, for not even half of the price to Breakfast (as well as large Buffet). 20 Euro (and child 10 Euro) is, in my opinion, not up to date, and for a Little early stücker not optimal. This coffee (tea, hot chocolate) in the room. Overall, I am pleased that the Hotel and the rooms (bathroom/toilet) very clean. Good Room Service. Unfortunately the Internet with 9, 90 Euro per day much too expensive, so that the good LTE reception fully was enough. I think, as with most houses in the world, is a free (or cheap) W-Lan in sound. This is also a reason for professional assignments not in this house descend, only for private Nights.

Wifi costs extra, allows only two devices per account and gives 1-3 mbit/s. Rooms are comfortable, view is great. Very busy house.

A short weekend trip of one or the other discount even more pleasant was made. As an accompaniment of a working DJs is the location of the house to the relevant Club been perfect. It was important to the Late-Late check-out in the house as a single for the small fee of 25, — € guaranteed. We also got a free Upgrade and had a super view of the TV tower. From the folk festival at Alexanderplatz got one thanks to the soundproofing hardly anything with. What the stay a little clouded, was that the Housekeeping, which apparently is not on our check-out at 18:00 PM was informed about the, too early in our room wanted to be, and our sleep is disturbed. Also the Tiefgaragenpreis is not so positive. Regular 24, — € per day, thanks to the Hotelrabatts 20, — €. The Garage is good, but has no direct access to the Hotel. About the food or other services of the house there is nothing I can say, as we on the basis of the working time have not had the opportunity to use them. Alll in all a successful short trip.

The Best thing about the Hotel is the cheap price, the clean and cute room and great Breakfast. What, in my opinion, is bad, is that the gym in comparison to this big Hotel is far to tiny, Wifi is not only charged but completely overpriced and that the panoramic terrace for hotel guests (extra charge 4€! ) is. Service and friendliness is quite okay… typical for Berlin, I'd say!

Almost all of the employees as well as the entire Team from the Spargos were excellent. Here, it is said, and B E T O N T! Ms. Hoppe at the reception is here in your very own way especially to emphasize. She is eager and willing, desires of the guests Immediately and without question implement. It would be desirable for only a few salaried, here is an example of Mrs. Hoppe. Ms. Hoppe has us in the end as more returning guests to our next trip back to the Park Inn to book. Once again our thanks to Ms. Hoppe and the very nice lady at the Counter in the Sparpgos expressed. Mrs. Long, my quarrels had to listen to, thank you and keep it. We are due to the inserts of these ladies like to come again.

Good location with a great view from our room. The rooms and cleanliness is good. (Though quite a weird design choice with the bathroom) Really dissapointed with the roof terrace, as it was the deciding point when we booked. Thinking that at least one afternoon could be spent up there resting from the city stress. Charging hotell guests 4 € to use it is terrible, especially when it's nothing like the images on your web page. I relly feel you owe me for that one! Same with Wi-Fi. Really expensive. It needs to be free these days. Seriously! Quality of the breakfast is just about ordinary, but ridiculously expensive compared to the many good options just outside the front door. This hotell really didn't become the nice base we had hoped for and expected.

Great location, with amazing views. Not too sure about shower in room. Food was very good — busy hotel, but friendly helpful staff.

The location is the only positive thing to say. At check in there were about 70 people in front of me and the queue did not move at all. This seems to be a general problem, as it was still a long wait 2 hours later and the same at check out. There is no free Wifi and the staff is very unfriendly. The rooms was ok, but tiny with the worlds smallest pillow. I could get another one but had to go to reception to pick it up as there was no more housekeeping in the evening. Last but not least, I handed my suitcase in for storage after check out and was told by the staff to lift it up on the shelf although I am obviously pregnant. On pick up it took some time for someone to turn up and hand me my suitcase back. For a hotel run by Radisson and in such a location it has been very disappointing and I will not stay again.

Long queues for checking in and checking out and not a fan of the open plan bathrooms with glass walls. Expect zero privacy in an already small room. The rooms are, however, modern and functional and relatively clean. Perfect for a single traveller and the location is the real selling point for this hotel with just a short walk to the train station and right next to the Galleria department store. Breakfast spread is decent and the bar has a nice atmosphere. Stayed here a few times now and be sure to get the upgraded rooms for a better experience.

Nice view! It's an ugly building though. Be prepared to wait in a line if you're arriving at peak times. No free Wi-Fi.

The people at the front desk are very, very, very stretched out. If you tell them that you have stolen the wallet and you need internet to block the cards, will only offer to sell you a bonus of 15 or 30 minutes for 5 or 10 euros respectively. They ask you if you want to bill or not to do when leaving the hotel they tell you that you must pay the City Tax (3 euros per night). If you are carrying added tax (vat) how is asking if you want to invoice?. It is a given that yes. I don't want to think evil, but. Note that they want large groups and non-travellers loose to go with a package purchased to an economic operator. At least that is my impression, by the unkind treatment received. The cleaning is good and the breakfast also, although the loaves are broken when you open them with the knife. There are chocolate powder, and various types of yogurt. The elevator is very fast. Very well located. Yes. The battery of the safe deposit box was low and I did not dare to use it, under the risk of not being able to open it and have to go ask the "friendly" reception.

The Hotel was formerly Hotel city Berlin (GDR) and is estimated at 40 years old! Well modernized, chic rooms and in the upper floors have a great view. Reception is to the Check Inn times such as at the airport, in a row, standing in line and then wait until one of the four Counter free! The Lobby is usually very crowded and Busy.

The location a maniacal views over the whole city is top, the room slightly small, but in the higher floors directly to the Alex. Visit the viewing terrace on the top floor is definitely a Berlin trip.

Except that has views of the panoramic rooms and location this hotel purely nothing what you experience / must see. Service orientation is null. At breakfast, you get a huge selection of quality worst products for 19 euros per person. Bon appétit.

All in all a great hotel in a top location. In advance, I asked for a room near the top and got it also. Staff was very friendly. Since the hotel was very full we got a suite instead of a standard room. It was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately somewhat old furniture but nice anyway.

Impossible to check-in before 3pm, had to wait in a long line for check-in, no free Wi-Fi. At the breakfast room you have to worry about your plate because once you go to take something additional they just grab it away in just a few seconds. There was one bulb missing in a room. Would consider some other hotel next time.

Nice hotel located in Alexanderplatz. Great views from high up and nice clean rooms. Easy to get to anywhere in Berlin.

Except the location this hotel is nothing especially are better and cheaper hotels than this.

Despite the fact that everyone complains its glass bathroom, when you go as a couple will not let be a funny plus for this hotel if you are lucky enough to stay in the area facing the TV Tower, you can have the best views of Berlin. The sunsets are addicting and if not you can stay, but you want to enjoy them, you have access to the terrace for a minimal price. On my first visit to Berlin I hosted four days, but then I have not had the luck to stay there because I have not seen the offer that took me to the first time. I'll keep digging. ;).

Quite unsatisfactory for this price. Not what I expected from the hotel of a western standard: + clean rooms + good surroundings (shops, restaurants, etc) + good traveling connection (s-bahn, buses) — bad quality Wi-Fi and in addition not for free (10 € for 24 hours), — artificial-looking and definitely not cozy rooms, — only average breakfast quality (stále pastry).

For the location, there would be a 5 star! For the rest of only 2.
The rooms are not exactly beautiful. The bathroom impossible.
In the joints of the bath was black mold and the drawers were scruffy total.
The breakfast was however quite good, what but not many can comfort about the condition of the rooms.

Good price, excellent staff and undescribable view! The only bad thing was the non included Wi-Fi.

Stayed in this Hotel a week when I went to see my brother during his Erasmus, I think is very good, the rooms had the right size, although I did not like was the bathroom (of glass) since is it you could see everything, not was very intimate. Treatment part and the employees of the Hotel was excellent, all very friendly and several of them were habalban the Spanish very well.
I just had the breakfast of the contracted Hotel, so don't be that such would be the food, but the breakfast was very complete and all high-quality, excellent to take lots of energy and enjoy Berlin which is a wonderful, young and full of life.
I think that important pedor is a room overlooking the communication tower, the panorama is beautiful, above all at night.

For me not worth the money, but no complaints.

It is an interesting hotel for a trip to Berlin for a few days. Well located to see the major attractions of the city and with a perfect connection with the airport. The room with no problem and the upper floors with good views of the city. Interesting option whenever the budget allows it.

Unbeatable location. If they touch you superior rooms have an excellent view of Berlin. Rooms very comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended to visit the rooftop terrace for a cocktail.

They stole from us the money in the room while we were having breakfast, there is no security no you open the door of the room smoothly and over not take anything, better go under a bridge.
and this hotel is 4 *?. I do not recommend it.
