Our room was small but fine. Modernly equipped, clean and the view of the TV tower from our room was unbeatable.
The breakfast buffet was great for a good start to the day. The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break. The staff responded to requests and were able to solve even a small problem at lightning speed. We're happy to come back.

We can only recommend the hotel. Our stay is great again. From here you can reach all sights very well, be it on foot or by S-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is less than 5 minutes away. The room is clean, we have a room to the courtyard and it is very quiet… and the view of the very beautiful. Can look directly at the TV tower. The cooperation is super friendly and in the evening you can also eat a little something here. I highly recommend the pizzas. In everything had a very nice stay again and when we come back to Berlin then we will book this hotel again. Everything just fits great! Continue so :)

Was there as part of a class trip to Berlin. The small hotel shop and the food in the restaurant were always very tasty.

This is one of the best hotels in Berlin! I've stayed at many hotels, but H4 I highly recommend for staff, cleanliness, professionalism, location and many available facilities the hotel has to offer. The sauna and fitness center were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. The elevator used security cards to board the elevator. There is a small business center if you need the internet and have to print. Highly recommended for any traveler to Berlin.

Center of many great attractions, easy transportation near by, next door to a wonderful German Pub-Restaurant. Hotel and room exceptionally clean, bed comfy. Great stay, wanted to extend, was told hotel was sold out the next night : (

We had broken window (glass itself was fine, window simply won’t close), so now we feel ill. My husband contacted reception in our first evening, they didn’t act on it. Later we had no time and had to deal with it. Despite, everything was fine, room is good, bed is comfortable. Breakfasts are okay, not the best breakfast in my life, but there is totally something to choose from for everyone.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Perfect for a short break. Staff friendly and helpful especially with the online check in for our homeward flight! One thing to watch out for though, the shower trays are quite slippery: yes I slipped and banged my head on the way down. No damage to me or the shower, but maybe a bath mat would have helped prevent this.

I love my stay at H4 Hotels. The location is convenient with everything close by. The room is clean, well organized, and comfortable. I specifically like the strong pressure in the shower. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly. I like their breakfast & coffee even though I didn't have a lot of time to enjoy it. I would come back to this hotel. Great location, all the sights are easily accessible. Breakfast offers a wide range of food and drinks. The room has all the necessary amenities and even a coffee machine. The only slight downside is the lack of a fridge.

+ After a very friendly reception, we were able to get the room we wanted. The service for guests with status was extraordinarily satisfying. Every extra wish was met with a smile. We were also able to stay in the hotel for a few hours longer before we left. A satisfying stay in every respect. It wasn't the first and won't be the last stay at the H4.
— The air conditioner was a bit overwhelmed. In the bathroom, it is believed that only a short cleaning was made. The bed linen was made of a material unpleasant for the skin.

Second time that we have stayed at H4, and so glad that we came back. The position of the hotel, near Alexanderplatz, is tremendously useful for accessing anywhere in the Berlin area. As to the hotel itself, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and made us so welcome. And the breakfast… It was worth coming back to the H4 just for that superb start to the day.

Clean and tidy rooms, good location (just a few minutes' stroll from Alexanderplatz which has great transport links). Nice breakfast, including eggs cooked to order. I'd cheerfully stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.

Staff: nice and friendly.
Location: 1a cleanliness: Poor! When I flipped my duvet, I found a hair in my bed. The same goes for the shower. In addition there are stains on several mirrors in the room. Besides, it seemed like the carpet was not sucked. This was full of fluff and crumbs.

Excellent Hotel, strategic location (two steps from Alexanderplatz) maximum cleanliness, tastefully furnished rooms, elegant bathroom and equipped with all comforts. I recommend it absolutely.

A decent hotel and well located however benefits are pretty average.

Efficient, well organized (breakfast. Well stocked, bar, restaurant), Central, very clean and staff overall smiling, close to public transport. I would recommend even if the size of the building does not make things very warm. It lacks a small fridge-bar in the rooms.

Central, friendly service, modern furnishings. After several visits this time the room was not as clean as usual. A note at the reception was enough, it was immediately improved. Respect. Would love to come back. Also because of the – now rarely encountered – smoking lounge.

The staff are lovely at this hotel — very obliging. Breakfasts are good but make sure you're not late down as they start to clear the food away bang on 10.30am. We had a very spacious room and a fantastic shower! All TV channels are in German apart from CNN and RT. One minor complaint was that the room cleaning lady did not replace the tea bags on the service tray. A bigger niggle were the pillows and duvets. You get two rather small single duvets on the beds and the pillows felt as though someone had placed a couple of pieces of tissue paper together and put them in a pillow case — I had 4 pillows on top of the other and still felt like the princess and the pea. All in all though a nice, centrally-located hotel, close to Alexanderplatz station and the iconic or is it ironic TV tower?

We booked this hotel because the reviews we read where positive. Nothing more to add. Warm, cozy, clean and genuinely friendly place to stay. The Gentleman in the bar with the beard was a perfect host and makes a fine Jameson & Ginger Ale, When you come home from a holiday and remember cool people… it was a good holiday. Central and convenient to visit the city. Not clear with prices.

Not very thoughtful. Went to the spa, I ask: where to get a robe? At the reception! i. E. I have to run naked at the reception behind the Robe) ) ) )

Top I was thrilled you can open the firm invincible, not like most hotels today, where you have no way to get a little newbie! The rooms are well furnished and very modern, TV offers a few channels more Sky Sports for example! The breakfast is great and the staff are really very friendly and really nice and nice people! I will always sleep in H4 when I am in Berlin! Thanks for the great experience!

The location of the hotel was great A few meters away are the metro and the station to visit the city. In the area of Alexander Platz you can still visit some beautiful attractions on foot.

Really good Hotel. Central (close to the station, Metro, bus) but it does not matter to take them because it is in the center. Modern and well equipped rooms, quiet, spotless. Great breakfast for all tastes and plentiful. The staff was very helpful There are people who speak Italian correctly. I recommend it to everyone.

Centrally located hotel, from which many sights are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small but cozy and quiet. As there was no wardrobe, we deduct a star from the rating.

Very good conference hotel. The rooms are clean and friendly, the service perfect. To the large meeting rooms, however, you have to go through the neighboring hotel. The breakfast was very good. I recommend to ask for a room in the courtyard when booking, as it is quite noisy to the main road. Parking is in our own underground garage for approx. 20 €/day.

Great hotel. Very central to everything. Hotel staff were great and helped with questions we had. Hotel is spotless and room was warm and clean. Will be staying again when in Berlin as been a few times to Berlin and this hotel is the best so far. Thanks again for a flawless stay.

The hotel is very well located and has very good price.

Excellent hotel and conference venue, and very centrally located in Berlin within walking distance of sights of interest and restaurants. The room is clean, modern and very comfortable and the food is good. The only (minor) downside is that there is street noise of passing cars and people outside that can be heard in the rooms that are overlooking the busy street in front of the hotel.

I really like the hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed and the hotel room is spacious and nice. There is a hotel bar and a smokers lounge on the first floor and there is a gym and wellness center on the 8th floor. You can get various treatments from a massage to a whole body scrub. The gym is open 24/7 and there is a also a sauna wich is great! The sauna is open from 2pm till 9:30pm and there is no entrance fee. The staff are really polite and always ready to help with anything. The hotel is really close to Alexanderplatz and I think it's a great location for a visit in Berlin. Highly recommend! :)

Modern Hotel. Very clean rooms. Ideal location to visit the city and to reach the Aeropirti. The Executive lounge is cozy but sometimes it's undefended of food and drink.

It was the second visit to this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are not all too big though: clean, cozy, functional. The bathroom has enough space for 2 people and the beds are very comfortable.
A successful stay topped with a super breakfast.

Everything was fine. Very good stay. Conference arrangements were perfect. Clean room with very comfortable bed. Delicious meals. Left a very good impression on me and my colleagues.

Very clean and tidy. The entrance to the parking garage is behind the hotel, where you get a day ticket to come in. The ticket costs 20 euros extra, but the stress of finding a parking space in Berlin is not available.
Wi-Fi is of course free of charge.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Modern and clean rooms. They include Nespresso coffee maker and water heater. Also next to the hotel is the buffet H2 which is open 24 hours to eat, buy to take, take something and everything at a very good price. The location is the best. One block from the station and Alexanderplatz with its shopping malls. If I go back to Berlin I will be staying at H4.

Excellent location, two minutes from Alexanderplatz. We travelled 4, and we occupy 2 double king Comfort rooms. Very comfortable rooms, with a complete bathroom. Fair dimensions, without boasting, but with maximum functionality and impeccable state. Absolutely soundproof. Excellent breakfast buffet. We even had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant, great kitchen and service (we applied a 20% discount for being hotel guests). We stayed 7 days, in full Christmas (27/12/17 to 02/01/18) and the trip to Berlin came out round. Absolutely recommended.

A great hotel for Vesiter Berlin.

Highly recommended. Was there 2 months ago, stayed with family in two separate rooms on a b&b regular room basis. The rooms were good in size, modern and well kept. The closet arrangement though wasn't to my liking, all exposed without doors, made the room feel very messy from the moment we arrived. Also during our stay there were water heating issues and there was no notice to the guests though it was known for some time and took a few hours to fix. The cold shower and it's handling is the major reason for the 4 stars review. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet with a rich variety to the taste of visitors from world wide, fresh breads, coffee, fruits&veggies, custom made eggs and much more. Quick service and very clean. Also the dining room atmosphere and decor was really nice. Overall, great stay for a fair price in the best location.

+: Great location. Close to shopping malls, transport hub, Brasserie restaurant, walking distance to all major attractions. The room is exactly the same as the picture was. Clean, comfortable, personal greeting on the TV screen. First time in a hotel where the sound of TV is also displayed on the speakers in the bathroom-it is convenient to listen to the radio, tuned on several TV channels. What a chic plumbing! We're thrilled. Two kinds of shower, hair dryer, a bunch of shelves mirror. Heated bathroom floor. The beds and pillows are comfortable, linen and towels are white. No breakfast.

Far exceeded expectations. 5 star rooms, great bathroom as well as top cleanliness. Location gets you everywhere. Everyone should 100% check out the restaurant hofbrau which is right around the corner. It can sit 3000 people and the atmosphere there is something to experience. We are definitely staying here next time.

Good location.

The room was clean and the personel very polite. Very positive impression on both. The location of the hotel is great, just in the center of Berlin, walking distance from Alexanderplatz. However the rooms have no refrigerator which I found weird (at least my room didn't have one). Also parking is not guaranteed for the guests at the hotels parking. When I arrived on Friday at 9:00pm the parking was already full and I had to park at another parking in Alexanderplatz (10 min walk). Also I stayed there during the weekend of the Berlin Marathon. The hotel couldn't inform the guest who wanted to leave on marathon day how to get out of the city so that was quite inconvenient.

I stayed in the H4 recently the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely laid out, clean and located close to public transport. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.

The hotel is located in a very good area, just 3 minuets of walking from the central of alexanderplatz. The rooms are decorated and modern, very big showers, we got a king sized bed so it was great :). It would be nice if there were mini bars in the rooms, but we managed without them. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, from the check-in to the check-out. They even weight the suitcases so we won't be overweight. Thank you very much hotel H4!

Location Nothing Clean, room has a coffee machine, free water and tea. Friendly staff. That's just cancelled 80 euros as a guarantee. They explained that they would come back after their departure, but they did not return until they came back. I hope I'll be back. Overall I recommend!

Very pleasant stay at the H4 Alexanderplatz. Comfortable well designed rooms with effective air conditioning (important for our stay). Well located with good access to public transport and a taxi arrived quickly when needed at 5am and pouring rain! Good range of places to eat nearby. Wifi wasn't great in my room — weak and unreliable signal. Something to work on, but my room was at the end of the corridor.

I was upgraded to this hotel from the neighboring H2 without any need to pay extra. The service was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were excellent for the price and the hotel even has a sauna upstairs for the customers to use! The included breakfast was very satisfactory with a lot of variety and they even have cooks frying eggs/pancakes the way you want. All in all excellent value!

We spent four nights at this hotel and were very pleased. We didn't take the hotel breakfast, and that was totally okay because there are so many options for food nearby at Alexanderplatz. The public transport options are endless and just a short walk away. There is a bus that goes to/from Berlin Tegel airport and it was all super convenient. The room was comfortable, and clean. Everything was in great condition, and there was a water heater for coffee and tea available. Great value.

There are some nuances, but they almost did not affect our overall impression of the hotel and its staff.

Update: This is the third time I visit Berlin and staying at Ramada hotel. Our vacation at RAMADA Hotel was pleasant and upgraded our vacation to amazing vacation. very good value for money: helpful and friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Smoking rooms are available the second time in a row than non-smokers. Receive only an apology.
At breakfast you can find no place to the rush hour… This was the third and last time.

Reception and rooms were ok, breakfast was crowded and not just the perfect start to the day. But there's an egg station with fresh scrambled eggs or omelets.

Not yet finished our time in the hotel, but certainly it is not less than a great hotel, good location for tourist, great and helpful staff, very clean and well maintained room. If back to Berlin it is def my first option in mind, and very pleased to suggest it to all my friends as well.

The breakfast is brilliant. When I get to Berlin, I'm only in this hotel.

In the first day when we arrived we went to the reception to check in. The staff was very kind until the moment they asked for the credit card as guarantee. We didn't had a credit card so we gave them a debit card. In that moment, everything changed. They changed our room giving us a very small room with a terrible view. We figured it out when I saw the envelope in which we found our access cards. The room number was covered with correction fluid and over the correction fluid was written by hand with a blue pen the room number. The rest of the informations were written by computer. I didn't said nothing, and we went to the room. When I opened the room our adventure started. We had a construction site right in front of our room, both of us being condemned to hear jack hammers, cranes, workers shouting and concrete mixers the whole week. More than that, the bed was very small. After the problems during the flight, I was very close to a nervous breakdown. So I went to the reception and I asked to change the room. Because I refused the room, they gave us another room, with a slightly bigger bed, but was a room for smokers. We don't smoke, so we immediately felt the hard smell of tobacco which was impregnated in the sheets and carpet. That was the moment when I snapped. More than that, the room had a terrible view also, to a 'interior garden' which was full of rocks and bushes. But this is not all!

We spent 5 days in Berlin. The Hotel is located, for a tourist, in a strategic place near train station and underground. Our room was perfect as the service. People at reception very kind and helped us in any way. Thanks! Breakfast good and with a lot of choice. When I'll be back in Berlin (a visit is a must) RAMADA will be my choice. Thanks.

Great location, highly recommended, great price.

Have paid the room for 3 nights booked by credit card. When you check out was told nicely that the online price is wrong. We would have to pay €9 per person, and Ü.
Breakfast was also not included in the price. Thus if necessary also again €15 per person.
We assume a non-comparability of the hotels in the area. The room rate is fraud and one 4 star hotels not worthy. That does not make away also the friendly and neat rooms and friendly staff! It is located on the management?

Parking spot in the underground car park. Friendly lift to reception who really was such a. Here is the happy man about guests and does his best. The rooms are friendly and well equipped. Wonderful, I've rested in bed. In the morning there was a breakfast what me being a vegetarian and my daughter as nörgeler really good and varied for the day has strengthened.

We were from 16 to 20 February 2015 in this hotel and we can say only the best. Helpfulness and friendliness, atmosphere and offer very good. Unbeatable as a starting point for most attractions. The wine in the bar, delicious! Breakfast has everything you need and more. Just good at this price! We have enjoyed Berlin and probably come back, there is so much to discover!

I loved the hotel, the room was very comfortable and also has an excellent location. Close to the hotel are shopping malls, restaurants, buses and metro. At this point begins the tour of the main attractions of the city.

Everything was very cool-nice rooms, helpful staff, close to attractions. Cons: Wi-Fi only in lobby and door shower enclosure was closed not to end-sometimes water dripping on the floor.
