Friendly reception. Smooth check in and great apartment as expected.

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with a small kitchen very practical to prepare breakfasts or quick meals. We have finished the stay very happy.

We have definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will come back safely.

The room was very large, clean and perfect with the small kitchen.

The fact that there was no breakfast was very convenient for us, as we prefer to find a suitable location for ourselves.

The windows could be cleaned again, but all in all recommended.

Thanks for doing our dishes. 10/10 would do again.

Pretty rooms but very dusty. They have a „reverse“ do not disturb policy: if you do not hang out the „do disturb“ sign they do not clean the room or change towels. It feels like they want to avoid cleaning the rooms. And if it is conducted it is between 4pm and 6pm which again is annoying when you make a city tour and want to change before dinner.

My absolute favorite hotel in Berlin. Great for young people. Mega location. Great staff. Beautiful rooms. Great restaurants and bar in the house, as well as Coffeebar… just to recommend! 5 ☆

3 Nights booked and 3 nights very enjoyed! Wonderful room, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. The location was very good and the staff were very helpful. Also extra requests were taken with a smile and super implemented. 5 stars!

Spacious and cosy rooms. Staff very helpful and at least when I have been, at reception there was a very friendly Spanish girl and willing to help you in all time. You have a kitchenette with everything you need to make a quick breakfast or dinner. It is appreciated after a day sightseeing in Berlin. Very well located, next to Alexanderplatz, where you have everything and you have bus, tram, metro and bus. In addition to being the starting point of many excursions in Berlin. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, only the toilet could be a renovation customs to make it conform to the standard of the remaining room.

Brilliant location, nice rooms, although we had some issues, such as no knife in the kitchen, a broken thermostat and late housekeeping.

Left sign out to get room cleaned but they didn't get round to doing it. Other than that, comfy bed and would reccomend.

Super nice rooms. The place seemed very elegant. I was only there a short time to visit my friend and they complained that you could see into the shower from the rest of the room.

Hotel is in a great location downtown. Clean and spacious. We stayed for 3 nights in April. Staff was quick at checking us in. Hotel was great! Kitchenette, good warm shower. Soft bed with pillow top. Definitely recommend staying and would book again.

Nice and clean with comfortable beds. On average staff were nice. We had one occasion where the receptionist was rude but can't blame the hotel. Also, they charged the €250 deposit on your card first then give refund if you haven't used anything… If international, this incurs a non refundable charge.

We stayed at Lux 11 for a couple nights and overall it was pretty nice! The rooms are very functional and roomy. It pretty clean and has a nice coffee shop attached to it. The only thing that bothered me was we came before our check-in time and they didn't let us check in, as opposed to all the other hotels that we've been to this is the only one that happened to us. But overall nice place in the center and close to everything.

Geräumige, offen geschnittene Appartements. Ausstattung, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Schlankes Konzept ohne eigenes z. B. Fitnessstudio, dafür mit Vergünstigungen bei umliegenden Anbietern. Nettes Cafe direkt nebenan.

Große, funktionale Zimmer mit Küche. Einrichtung wirkt etwas steril und kühl. Sauberkeit lässt stellenweise zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück dürftig.

Just lovin' it! Had a great girls-out extended weekend stay here. Very nice and comfy place. Great people around and very trendy. Coffee at Type Hype is phantastic and staff very friendly. Like the housekeeping concept and the overall interio. We will come again during summertime for our next stay for sure.

Absolutely lovely! Had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. The staff were wonderfully helpful. The rooms are really cool and have a great layout. Our room had a lovely balcony and a fantastic waterfall-style shower. The entire hotel is kinda cool. The location is great — very close to the metro and the free airport bus and lots of nearby restaurants and shops. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely stay at the Lux 11 again.

The hotel looks great! But after staying 2 nights there I saw quite a few things that were annoying, so I think for the price you pay, it's not great value. The building is cool, the room looks great and modern, the bed is comfortable and pillows are great. However, the shower had issues both with the water which fell just in half side of it, and the drain was clogged, which was really annoying as I had to keep turning the water off. Coupled with the fact there's no door, it gets a bit 'windy' and uncomfortable. I've mentioned to reception, but the lady said the building has a problem (don't think it was the case. ), and I saw more people with shower issues at the same time. The restaurant downstairs is great! Asian food, delicious! It's the same place for breakfast, but beware… You can't pay with a card and can't put the bill in your room tab. The hotel location is good, at walking distance from Alexanderplatz, so great for tourism and going out. All in all, nice and comfy, but lacking some basics.

The wave of the great place. You are very kind. The breakfast is good, they are a little hanging, but in good vibes. The spacious guest rooms. The bathroom, these sliding door, for couples with a lot of confidence. :)

The breakfast choice leaves something to be desired, but the location, design and vibe are great.
