Sono nella stanza 604, fa freddissimo il riscaldamento non funziona. La concierge mi dice che non si puo’ fare nulla. Ci sono meno di 17.0 gradi e stanno scendendo ulteriormente. Non mi hanno portato una stufa e neppure una borse dell’acqua calda.
Domani desidero parlare col direttore perche’ non intendo passare il mio soggiorno in questo modo.
Desidero il rimborso per il danno arrecatomi! I'm in room 604. It's so cold, the heating's not working. The concierge tells me that nothing can be done. It's less than 17.0 degrees and it's falling further. They didn't bring me a stove or even a hot water bag.
Tomorrow I want to talk to the director because I don't want to spend my stay in this way.
I want a refund for the damage caused to me.

The two ladies are really very nice not only among themselves but also to the customers. Very attentive, friendly and detailed, my questions were answered. The advice was very pleasant and my wishes were asked more often and connected with what I need for my hair.
I'm going to go over there more often.

The staff were very attentive and welcomed me friendly and accommodating.
The advice was understandable and very competent. I am satisfied and with a very good feeling with the products gone home. I can only recommend the professional advice and the result.

Great place to stay. Staff lovely and helpful. Very central to everything. Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in room. This is my only critisism would definately stay here again. Thank you Cosmo.

Modern design hotel, nice staff, spacious rooms with a super spa bath. The beds are a dream. The breakfast wonderful, great are the homemade juices. All in all, only to recommend!

Absolutely unreliable! I made an appointment and apparently it was too complicated for the lady at Cosmo to transfer them into his own calendar. So I drove there completely for nothing.
Finally, I can follow the previous review. No one really cares if a customer enters the store. You have to walk backwards and "disturb" the ladies while chatting.

A great hotel! Very clean, spacious rooms, everything exactly as advertised and even better. They also offer free sauna in very nice premises inside the hotel! Great hospitality and the deluxe room is a dream! We had a great experience there and we loved it! The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that they do not offer free internet inside the rooms; This service should be included in the price.

Beautiful, modern clean hotel in a great location. Slept really well in the comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Pure white, large fluffy towels gave the feeling of luxury. Bathroom toiletries smelled beautiful. Mini bar expensive but didn't use it. No tea / coffee making facilities but that didn't spoil anything. Straight outside of Spittlmarkt underground giving great access to all the city and it's history. Big fat recommend.

Location was great — right outside Spittlemarkt station. Rooms were spotless, lovely big comfy bed! Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of different foods and a variety of cooked eggs if requested! The staff were polite and helpful especially the lady on reception who gave us a map of Berlin on arrival and showed us some great places to visit, all within walking distance. All in all a highly recommended hotel, we could find no fault whatsoever.

Loved the hotel except for one thing which, unfortunately, was a big enough issue to preclude us from staying there again. The hotel is beautiful; the deluxe rooms were terrific — very well-appointed and comfortable, with great bathrooms. The location is convenient and across the street from the subway line. Our main problem is that the air conditioning is turned off during the night. We woke up uncomfortably warm in the middle of each of the five nights we stayed there. Opening the windows would cool off the room, but the cacaphony of the 10-lane highway outside (which wasn't heard when the windows were closed) was even worse than the hot room. They tried to increase air circulation to compensate, but it didn't help. So we loved the hotel, but wouldn't stay there again because of the temperature problem. But for others — if that's not an issue — I would definitely recommend the hotel.

It was our first visit to Berlin and we totally fell in love with the City and will most certainly be back. We loved our stay at the stylish COSMO hotel. The location was ideal as we'd heard great things about Mitte. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, comfy and impeccably clean, and the breakfasts were among the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The rates were reasonable and very good value. I would highly recommend.

Great staff who graciously accommodated the needs of our small son. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms are nicely done and the location convenient.

After four nights, I can say that the Cosmo Hotel is very comfortable, functional and close to everything, walk to all points of interest of the city. Staff very efficient and generally friendly. The breakfast is very good, is not too varied but of very good quality, with good selection of breads, etc will Also prepare eggs to your liking at no extra cost, in addition to the weekends you can have breakfast until 14 pm. To be improved: the breakfast coffee is from a machine from those that do everything and all that is evil, and the shutters of the room, it didn't darken to almost nothing, and at 5 in the morning already sported the sun and woke me up each time. In general I recommend it and would return.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your very chic hotel. The large room was much appreciated by my husband who is blind and needs a space where he does not have to concentrate all the time on not bumping into the furniture or doors that stick out. Whilst I, as an asthmatic, was able to breathe freely because of your wooden floors and unfussy textiles, (an increasingly rare event for me in most hotels! ) The staff were charming and most helpful. Thomas even tried quite rightly to teach me some basic German as we arrived! We also liked the short menu of reliable classics in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant. The location of your hotel is very central and convenient, especially once one realises how easy and fun it is to use the metro. We would definitely like to stay with you again. Have to say this hotel was great. First of all, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and the room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff were also really great and so helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommended this place.

The hotel is like. Lovely rooms, nice staff. The rooms are pleasant, interesting lighting, chic beds, do not want to get. The location is convenient, everything is close, near metro. Museum island is practically around the corner :). Across the road along the canal is a great cafe for Breakfast, If you walk along the street in the direction of the Potsdam square, there will be a few decent restaurants. Cons could not be found.

Lovely hotel with modern understated design and we were given a great room upgrade. Location's handy for lots of the sights. The hotel's not in a particularly lively place but that suited me as I was running in the half marathon nearby. I'd list two minuses: no free Wi-Fi, which is pretty rare in a decent hotel in western Europe nowadays, and the food in the restaurant wasn't up to much. Still, thoroughly enjoyable stay.
