Quite bad experience of seeing the prostitutes and their pimps in front of the hotel and seemingly by the hour also in it was really creepy. Knowing that such could have been even in our rooms breakfast was enough, but there were some things already all.

Well, very good. The price and location will save the hotel. You almost got anywhere. And the big Plus is the full staff of the hotel speaks Russian. Prompt where what is there, how and where to go and where to buy a ticket. But then the problem begins. There is almost nothing in the room. The air conditioner is not there, the Lena open and close with difficulty. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the bath. The towel and the last linen were changed only after 7 days of my stay. Wi-Fi works fine, but here to connect to it, it is just a whole quest. So be patient.

No power outlets in the room … Door looked like several times had been broken open … Water in the shower did not run properly and bed uncomfortable … In themselves, at least the people were nice, but probably my worst hotel experience yet: (

Bad hotel, no stars, but in a good access zone to get to know the city.

Rooms right on a 4 lane street, very noisy, smell of exhaust fumes, but without open windows you can get around with heat. The room door doesn't make a sure impression. The elevator has not been serviced for a long time and would actually have to be decommissioned. The staff, however, make an effort.

Equipment consumed. To the street too noisy. Breakfast too spartan. Eggs too old. Total. Are 64 euros too expensive.

I had read many bad reviews… So I left with my class very biased, but I found it very well, the receptionist speaks Italian, breakfast was good, they made the beds every day, we for safety we were brought our sheets.

You hear all noise around. And during weekend here is a lot of noise around.

As bad as some say it is not here… rooms are clean and the breakfast is standard… there is no highclasshotel but completely adequate… for the price in this location the… and the staff is very friendly.

Staff at the reception was very nice. But that's it, too. Clean rooms, furniture. Located right on the main street, which you can hear in the room.
Of the 3 stars at the front door are borrowed 2…

The cleaning leaves to be desired, lipstick on the glasses, hair in the milk, hair on the sheets. The management does not seem very smart: accepting school groups and other tourists, on the same level, does not seem a great choice. In one room some people were visually altered and screaming in the middle of the night. Out prostitutes. Not recommended.

Hotel all in all it's almost clean, too bad you miss a basic thing… The water.

Reasonable compromise between position and convenience. A normal comfortable room just 20 minutes walk from the gate. On the street near the hotel there are many places to eat with any budget.

Unfortunately I have to give a star to give a rating but that's too much. The hotel is just awful. It's filthy, the bathroom stinks of drain. The bed is provided with hair. The staff and especially the boss unfriendly and unable to receive their gesture nicely and say goodbye. Never again!

The hotel does not look wonderful, but it integrates with the mood of the spot. I don't rate it as good, but not cheap. It was a normal overnight stay, in a quiet place and close to everything in Berlin!

The Alper Hotel am Potsdamer Platz is definitely suitable for a class trip and also sufficient… for much more but not. The toilets in the rooms were very dirty and partly also decorated with the legacies of previous guests. Breakfast was fine but not impressive either.

In this hotel there are gentlemen who live here and there is smell of marijuana in the hallways, not to mention that the staff does not take care of anything and the bathroom in the room is all broken.

A few stops from Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate. Clean and warm with private bathroom.

The hotel is very spartan and has already the best years behind it.
+ The staff is very friendly and the rooms are kept very simple but clean.
+ The location is hard to beat (bus stop outside the door).
+ A FREE bottle Proseco for New Year's Eve was also included in the room + breakfast is ok for 7 euros, the coffee tastes good.
— The entrance to the parking lot on the first floor is very narrow and is a real challenge with the sharp curve, if you do not ride a Trotti (the traces on the wall stand for enemy contact). With an Audi A6 avant just to create with a single.
-Hotel is located via disco as well as Table dance Bar at the We music accompaniment in the sleep (10pm to 7am) — from 7 o'clock gentle Weckeruf by disposal of the alcoholic drinks consumed in the disco in the backyard-the noise level is due to the location of the hotel (disco, bars, coffees etc. ) adequately high but OK if you don't have any big demands or don't plan a longer stay, the hotel offers a great opportunity to visit Berlin's sights in a short distance (Brandenburg Gate approx. 1, 4 km etc. )

Upon arrival I was accused of giving a false name on the reservation. His Ruling for illiteracy. Then we entered a room at 3 below zero with the window open and the heating off. Not to mention the panties hanging from the radiator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Middle class rooms. But good too. Not as expensive as in others.

Low cost hotel. Bad cleaning and rude principal.

Is not a five-star temple now, but for the location and the price, the five Google stars are more than deserved.
On Expectation Management: You get a clean room where you can sleep super at a top price. Nothing more, but nothing less.
The staff is friendly and that's why there are five stars here.

Zimmer was relatively clean. The equipment is older and has clear signs of use. Breakfast covers the most necessary things (cheese, sausage, cereal, coffee, milk, yogurt, etc. ). What is very disturbing, however, is that very loud music can be heard at night, as a strip club and night bar are right underneath.
If you can live with it, the hotel is a relatively good, affordable choice for you.

The rooms are clean. Unfortunately, the TV is a bit too small. Breakfast is Ok. Ideal for fitters and travellers with small demands.

The majority of the pictures here have NOTHING to do with the actual condition of the rooms! Ancient carpet, fire holes in the sity curtains, the plaster crumbles from the ceiling … The images here are seemingly manipulated.

My money disappeared in the room. The money was in the closed bag with clothes (review in Russian below). At my request to see the cameras that are installed in the corridor the administrator refused. But she wrote a letter: you should have contacted the police.

to our arrival the gates of the parking were closed, and the administrator did’t know how to open them (really? But it's her work! ). She advised that somewhere in the neighboring streets we can probably park: "but be careful, you can be fined, " — she warned. Despite the fact that the parking in the hotel was paid for all the days, but we were are forced to drive around the neighboring streets of an unknown to us city in order to park and again pay for parking!
For the first time in a russian hotel and such an unpleasant situation.

Not recommended!
Towels that lay on the floor, which are otherwise exchanged, are simply hung back. Garbage cans were not taught either. My toothbrush that hung for charging at the outlet was simply pulled out. Also, there are other shortcomings such as defective bed coating or dirty shower curtains etc… I'm glad it was only two nights!

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are basic but clean, but it's all down hill from there. The doors and walls are thin and poorly insulated, with noticeable gaps under the door meaning that you can hear everything that happens in the corridor (which has a tiled floor) as well as nearby rooms. I don't think, in the six nights I was there, I managed one full night's sleep without being woken at 7am by people shouting in the corridor, music playing in a nearby room in the early hours, and on the last night a group of teenagers having a party along the hall, complete with banging on all the doors as they went. Don't expect any luxury here; the only toiletries available are sachets of shampoo so make sure you bring your own body wash. There isn't even a "Do Not Disturb" hanger, so if you do happen to be in the room during the day, expect the cleaner to walk in on you (any time between about 10am and 3pm we had visits). The shower also didn't drain properly, so after 5 minutes you have to stop and wait for the water level to subside, otherwise it would flood the bathroom. My main use of a hotel is somewhere to sleep and that's probably what this place fails at worst; providing somewhere you can actually get more than a couple of hours uninterrupted sleep. Never again.

Very hot and muggy no air conditioning. Only way to cool down is to open window. Unfortunately street below is very loud. Not easy to get any sleep.

Room was clean and bright, though it is an older hotel it is well maintained and conveniently located at the M85 bus stop just 12 minutes from Berlin Main station.

Spacious room, good Wi-Fi, helpful staff although toilets are wierd.

Clean rooms with good service. Very basic accommodation but perfect for a short stay.

The street is too noisy, guests are partly professional ladies who work here on the street right outside the door. Too expensive!

Bad! Puff and casino next to it! Mold in the shower! Holes in the ground! Disgusting room! Toilet door does not close and already breaks apart! Price much too expensive for such a gamble.

The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. For a budget stay in Berlin it is.

Met here the New 2017! A very beautiful place!

Back in 1990s the biggest construction place in Europe and kind of symbol of Berlin reunification. Fancy scyscrapers full of shops, restaurants and cafes. And remains of the Berlin Wall which will commemorate what the people shall never let happen again.

A nice surprise when I found the observation desk in one of the tower in this area. Very commercial, but to be honest I feel a New York vibe when taking a stroll in this area. Feel good. Feel the energy.

It is a great square with beautiful modern architecture. There are also some pieces of the wall for display and it shows how the wall effected the city. Though I would skip it if you don't have a lot of time.

Beautiful area, lots of shops and entertainment, so I recommend to visit the Berlin wall.

They say "Berlin is the greatest cultural extravaganza one could imagine", and Potsdamer Platz is its centre. Walk to the right and it's Charlie Check Point, filled with World War II history. Walk to the left and it's Sony Center, symbol of Berlin's Modern culture and architecture. Walk down and you witness one of the greatest transportation system in the world. Stay where you are and you see pieces of Berlin Wall. Take a break and enjoy Mall of Berlin, restaurants, cafe, etc. You won't get enough of this place!

A must to visit! Very interesting architecture, many different and in one place. An incredible mix of eras and styles. Feel a bit in the future and begin to understand what cosmopolitanism ;-)

The absolute center of Berlin. Touristic, upscale, full of amazing buildings and embassies, but no character or any place to have fun. Still, a good place to do shopping and walk around. Also, feels very safe at all times.

Acceptable place for a school trip (reason of my visit).
Would need some improvements in order to be considered for other needs (not always the rooms were clean, the shower did leak etc. )

There's also just because the breakfast ok. And the staff were nice, the "hotel" is rather a cheap flophouse, urgent reason to be reformed!

Low quality but cheap hotels, double rooms converted into quadruples therefore very small, room very clean, with constant hair present on the blankets, towels changed every 2 days, Wi-Fi only in lobby and not in the rooms, bathrooms unclean and modest breakfast. Staff friendly enough. Phon not present in the rooms.

This "Hotel" is impossible! The pictures on the Hotel website have absolutely nothing to do with the actual state of the rooms to do! Ancient carpet, Brandlöcher in the filthy curtains, the plaster crumbles from the ceiling…

For the first Time and never again. Carpets are versifft, the facility is in the eighties, remained standing. The volume of the Disco on the ground floor invites you not to restful sleep.

A really cool part of the shed, and a few meters further, at the eagle I and II, and in front of the Woolwoth, the Hungarian Girls are really great… BOSMAK…
