Rooms very small much too warm as you couldn't turn off heating.

Central hotel, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean, cozy room (the only shortcoming too warm, and when you open windows, you hear all of Berlin, which is no longer a problem after a very eventful day). Breakfast sufficient (please label the drinks). The location you can reach many things on foot, and if not, there is metro nearby. Think, on the next visit to Berlin, we will book here again.

The room is absolutely tiny. The location is convenient.

Comfortable, not quite expensive, for its location, plus a delicious breakfast included in the price. And a separate respect, for the Russian-speaking reception!

The breakfast is not that good. But the rooms are good.

At the first glance, it's just a common 3 star hotel. Common rooms, common furniture, neutral colors. Good location on the quiet, green street, but only 3 min walk from U-Bahn station. Many shops, national restaurants and caffees around. Not far from the city center and main points of attractivnes. BUT, if you will be lucky enough, for the normal price you will get the room at the 6 floor (5 floors by the elevator, and 1 is by foot). Room is just normal, as I mentioned before, nothing special. BUT, it has entrance to the roof! With about 15 sq. Meters opened-air terrace. For less than 40 euro daily. That was a very pleasant surprize, especially for the summer stay. Due to the Delta hotel, it was one of the most remarkable visits to Berlin.

Breakfast ok, Room easy. Our smelled a bit musty. Due to the Location and The Price, however, we would book there again.

Small But fine. Were in the Part of the renovation. Although the Room is not much larger than 2 Double beds:-) But neat and good. Breakfast was better than thought, and the Price of it was fine. Right Central it is also located.

The worse Wi-Fi internet, please don’t book room number 201,

We were only one Night, but for the Price really top … The Rooms have everything you need, even if they are small, I was surprised at the pleasantly large Bathroom where you can turn without falling into the Shower via TOILET …
Again and again gladly, will definitely recommend it further.

Nice, modern, clean room & bathroom. Problem: The cleaning lady wanted to throw me out of the room 1 hour before checkout time. Despite "not disturbing shield" at the door she just came into the room and behaved pretty naughty. Insolence.

Staff was friendly and eager. Room was not made daily. Hotel safe costs money. I hadn't seen this for a long time… Fridge is in the room, the drinks are available at the 24h reception. Breakfast was OK. Would have expected more at a 3 * hotel. On the street you were asked at any day and night whether you want sex, who has a problem with it should look better where else a room. The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac which makes it possible to sleep with an open window despite its central location.

Good breakfast, private underground parking, warm, silent, excellent location. Bad Wi-Fi.

The rooms are definitely very nice, breakfast in the norm. The rating was due to the fact that I had booked a room with a double bed and instead I was given a rather uncomfortable bed with two separate single mattresses.

A 3-star hotel that should have been a 2-star (max! ). Except the truly kind and nice staff at the reception, the rooms are small, old and if you have noise neighbors you're in really trouble… At least the proximity to the U-bahn train is helpful.

Hotel well located, with a metro stop at the side, comfortable, clean, and good breakfast.

In the first room was a horrible biting smell and the window was broken. It could not be closed and that in winter. At the reception there was an unsuspecting young boy who was not interested in a solution.
In the evening when another staff was sitting at the front desk, I asked for another room. I got one on the ground floor. Through the walls you could hear everything. I knew exactly what my neighbor at 23:30 was watching on TV.
At seven in the morning the noise was so big from the breakfast area that you couldn't sleep anymore. On the second day I was woken up by the compressor of a hub climber in the yard at 06:30.
The Crown cap of the predecessor was 3 days under the table. The cleaning lady did not stir him. The cobwebs were also not removed from the ceiling. My towel, which was dirty on the floor, was put together and placed on the sink. In the bathroom, a rusty iron profile has been shoring to prolong the shower enclosure.
They don't deserve a single star.

Price performance Unbeatable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good bathroom with walk-in shower. Small breakfast with what you need. I think for the prices more than OK!

The room was very clean. We couldn't sleep a minute at night because you heard every word from the street. Breakfast very economical. Rooms were clean.

The staff is very friendly.
The rooms are better than you think when you enter the hotel. These are very small but in the bathroom it is very cramped too.
There is an underground car park, but it is very close. It is best to book beforehand and ask if the car fit. With a 3 Series touring it went.
The beds (2 single beds) are hard but you can sleep well at least for 2 nights.
Breakfast is enough good for the called Price.
I will spend the next stay in another hotel. This is also due to the location and has not only to do with the hotel.

Room renovated but everything very cramped. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast simple, could be better — but adequate. Good access to public transport.

The location is very good, in little you can walk to the most important turísticament talking. The only bad thing about the buffet shortage.

As a couple staying over in Berlin for 1 night this did us well. Rooms are clean and tidy but a bit on the small size. Two nights would probably be the most we would stay. Shower good. Wi-Fi good. Breakfast good. The location is in the quieter quarter of the city away from the sightseeing and landmarks so if this is what you want you will likely want to look elsewhere.

The reception at check in was friendly and accommodating.
The room with a wet bathroom was clean.
The location of the hotel is quite central.
Public transport is easily accessible.
Parking spaces are located outside the hotel on the street but also in the hotel in an underground garage. However, the driveway to the garage is quite narrow and still curvy and steep.
Both parking facilities, however, for a fee.

Cool location, decent breakfast, the elevator was messed up however.

My room was to small, bed and shower is alright, stuff is not friendly but not rude also, Breakfast is alright, Wi-Fi only with a code from the reception.

Nice comfy if 1970's style room. Bathroom tiny but shower water pressure and hot water supply excellent. Was 2 x single beds mattresses and duvets. No aircon as not required of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast sufficient altho scrambled eggs watery and cold.

Otherwise ok but the room was a bit damp and the Wi-Fi was down the last night and morning.

The staff was indisposed and rude to me for the whole time of my stay there. The property is ugly, dirty and located in the worst neighborhood of the city. The Wi-Fi on the contrary, was running and fast. Breakfast was not bad, but better.

Depends what you are looking for, in my use for an extended weekend in Berlin it was great. Public transportation in two steps, very comfortable.
Clean, room for two people spacious, with adjoining terrace. I was on the top floor.

School trip with about 60 people, everythings ok. Recommended.

The staff I was also accused of causing damage (obviously not made by me) despite the obvious evidence in my defense. The rooms are small, they do not respond to the photos proposed by the site, same thing for or bathrooms. The cleaning took place only once in the whole week. Furniture and fixtures to say the least antiquated. The only positive note is the position that counts very little compared to the above mentioned things. Definitely not recommend it I will be back. Bad.

Friendly and helpful, the rooms are not great but for the price offered they are more than pleasing.
They give you the room but they don't change towels.

The staff is very rude. He don't hear me out. I saw only his angry look. I have not seen a friendly look. No kindness. No gentleness. No smile. Thanks to this trip was worst. Return feeling a bad condition. I do not strongly recommend this place. Never will not come here.

Very old furniture! Cleanliness in the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired! Hairs on floor upon arrival! Outside the window of my room, the smoker is balcony, from there a free look at the bathroom door! The bathroom is to the dress too small. It is affiliated with the curtain completely dark in the room, the light is very dim. To find something in the closet, I had to use my flashlight into the cell phone because the room lamp seems not to and it is very dark brown wood!
The light on the bed had a defective cable, it was patched together behind the bed with duct tape. Draws man accidentally it, or to handle behind the bed is to risk a shock / short circuit!
The "free" Wi-Fi is only one: free! If it works once, it's very very very very slow! Anything to DSL 1000 / 2000 Netflix / Amazon / youtube won't work at all. No chance! Special log in page for da Wi-Fi, is not recognized by any device. In this case, it is unusable!
The TV no larger than a PC is a joke, monitor (approximately 21 inches). He is screwed on the shelf and cannot be moved. Of the bed from about 2, 5 metres away, you can see barely.
The elevator was clearly audible in my room. The House is comfortable can see!
I would not recommend to stay there!

Good hotel, especially for the price is unbeatable. My room was very clean, very quiet. The staff was nice and fast, the buffet breakfast was varied, because something should be for everyone.
But: you should learn about the district and decide if you want to.

Convenient for the media … But the mattresses.

Very in the years come hotel. At the head end of the bed was the window that leads to the outside smoking balcony, in addition to talking there smoking and the smoke which in the room moved. The minibar has not cooled but rather heated, thus it smelled mouldy. The bathroom was pretty dirty, hair by previous guests were everywhere, several flow were broken and there is no storage for towels. The bedspread on the bed was also heavily polluted. Never again I'll check in here!

Easy to find and very nice central location in side street. Therefore, it is quiet, but easy to reach everything. Unfortunately little parking and the parking lot was full and very overpriced. Could then stand in a parking lot of the hotel, which was also very expensive, and turned out as a small backyard. Very rude that the parking is so expensive. But it remains left to use nothing more formidable than this. The room was beautiful, but dark décor. Everything very clean. The pillows were too thin for my taste and the double bed consisted of twin beds pushed together. Would have liked a great mattress for two people. Unfortunately the Central underfloor heating was too high, so that we all the time on the window had to make. At night it was quiet. The breakfast was very tasty, fresh and versatile and it is always a service force on the spot. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is a bit too small, so at peak times, Snake is given. The staff is friendly. Nothing is priced to the realities and able to suspend.
