Unfortunately, not as the pictures suggest. With me it was only said after arrival that I had to come forward and ask why. No one has the door that does not give hot water for my room — no feedback on exactly when the problem will be fixed. In the courtyard, construction work is disruptive in the morning, screaming Asians in the evening in the restaurant or until 2-3am trampling neighbors on the floor above. The equipment is sparse, the shelf under the TV hangs on half past eight, my smartphone is crashing down there. Work surface for notebook not really either. Unfortunately, the images were the hope, after all, the reality does not correspond to this assumption. Am greatly disappointed.

Welcome very warm and simple. Wi-Fi nope. I also heard my room neighbors during the nightly activities. Very ring-hated.

Negatives: — The only people we spoke from the city stop berlin were the people who gave us the Keys and that was at a döner kebab place 2 Doors next. — the rooms are too noisy if there is someone walking to their room you hear it loud and clear, if anybody talks in the room next to yours you can follow conversation without missing a word. Thisn't Much of a problem at Day time but it is when you try to sleep what obviously is not going tot happen. (I live next to a buzzy highway and never have any sleeping problems what so ever) — the kitchen is a not clean at all. Food rests and stuff. (Me and my mother desided to Just try to sleep here and Stay away from our appartment as Much as possible. ) — the toilet and shower are really small the shower is as high as my shoulder (I am 1, 94 meter that's Just a bit over 6 feet). — I slept in another hostel in Berlin that was just a bit more expensive but Just good only down side was that it doesn't have a toilet and shower in Every single room wich this hostel has. Positives: — you have a place where you can safely store your rented bikes. — it had a sower and and toilet in Every single room. — there is a Little shop (rewe city) 20 meters South. — the room looks okay. — the beds are suitable for people under 2 meter (Just over 6 feet) Conclusion: If your asking me for €30 per person a night it is ways too expensive. (I barly slept and I didn't slept on the traffic side of the building)

It's a good place in the centre of the city to stay for a few days. You can make tea or coffee there and that's all:) )

Wir haben das Zimmer für einen sehr günstigen Preis gebuckt. Das Zimmer war klein, sehr schön und sauber. Es gab allerdings kein warmes wasser in der dusche und die Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Naja die Zimmer sind Recht klein und die Dusche sieht nicht gerade sehr schön aus wenn sie da in der Ecke steht und der Raum in dem Dusche ist also das Bad ist so klein das man die Tür nicht komplett auf machen kabb.

The rooms are very clean and large enough. Coffee and tea are available for Lau. Breakfast can be found in the bakery directly below the hotel. The TV is measured in the room huge.

The price is very interesting, very well located with the metro line and two bus lines in front. The room small but cosy, with individual bathroom. Clean, but has a common kitchen, and not all guests are equally as clean. Young atmosphere. The check in is before 18 hours.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, the staff is kind sociable. Good location.

For this price u cannot expect sth more than this place in Berlin. It's quite cozy, common kitchen is nice, the only disadvantage was size of the room.

The good thing about this hostel: The situation is very close by bus from downtown, and with a Metro stop at Mebos of 50 m. You pyede to walk to Postdamer Platz. The price is also interesting. The room was small, but comfortable, clean, and with private bathroom. Interesting that it has kitchen of shared use, because for breakfast or some dinner you manages very well, if the other users respect and scrub. All very clear by mail, although the schedules for check-in are a bit tight (from 13:00 to 18:00). You can get there later, but warning and paying a supplement.
I recommend it for short stays.

All is well, but in the morning there is no one.

If you had half a star I'd put it. I would not recommend it at all.

I've been waiting for months to respond to my lawyer. They're scammers. My partner and I booked three nights at this place but we couldn't get in. After an already unpleasant delay of the plane we arrived at Gastehaus City at 6pm. 30 but there was no one to open. Having the cellphone drained we leaned to the local next to recharge and call those who would have to open the door. After countless attempts he finally answered a woman who with extreme rudeness told us that the front desk closed at 6pm, closing the phone call abruptly after a go-home. I that on the booking site from which we had made the reservation was indicated that accesses after 6pm could provide an extra charge and that no access was accepted beyond 23. We arrived at 6pm. 30. We said that we would pay what was needed but despite being obliged, as by booking conditions to open us not only have we left outside but refused to open the next day and also the third. Without any right you are appropriate of our money indicating on the booking site a "no show". Having made the advance payment we lost three nights as well as paying a hotel at the last minute to not stay in the cold of December in Berlin. Ruined holiday. Our attorney is waiting for a reply to a letter sent in January. Certain scams should not be allowed. Booking didn't help us in any way.

The essentials to stay a few days in Berlin. Very convenient location. Very very small bathroom also you pay a deposit of 10 euros in case you arrive in the property after 6pm I don't find it reasonable!

Very nice guesthouse well located in central Berlin. Well located just a few meters away from the underground station, with nearby cafés, bakeries and a couple of restaurants. Even though my room didn't quite match the photos on the site, it was pleasant enough and functional. Bed was comfortable. My room was facing the inner courtyard so it was very quiet. Nice communal kitchen with free coffee and tea. Internet access was very good and it's complimentary. The TV in my room didn't work — it's an IPTV based system and apparently the bandwidth available to the TV was not sufficient, so it displayed the message "Kein Data". No big deal since I spent most of the time outside and I could always watch the news online on my iPad, as the in-room internet access was very good.

Nice room and location, near a U-station. Check-in only until 18, after you have to pay a €10 late fee. Kitchen was okay, although the fridge could have used a good cleaning. Would recommend it.

It's reasonably cheap and reasonably clean. I would not choose it per se, but finding myself there, it wasn't the worst experience of my life.

Great location a few feet from U1 line and 4 minutes walk to U2 line.

The guest house is very well located. Near bus tops, metrô and train. The place is simple, but people are nice and the rooms Very Nice.

There is no reception or service from 18:00 pm until the next morning.
They do not pick up phone calls in the hours that the reception is not busy.
Bad customer service. Very poor quality price. Poorly located.

Be careful with this place. Rooms are not as great as they are advertising. There are no parking, kitchen is shared, many young people around. It is dangerous around; you can see many of suspicious people, selling dangerous stuff or body. If you decide not to stay, be careful because they will inform you about cancelation charge after one year and you have to deal with Profaktura great service. I would never recomend this place to my friends.

Excellent staff, good location and clean!

This hotel was exactly what I needed. Gay friendly. Some great other guests (of all walks of life) which you can meet in the communal kitchen/lounge area. Fantastic staff and a very hospitable host. Just the sort of place you want to be when you want cheap and friendly but more private that a hostel. P. S. You will need to check into this place before the staff knock off for the day at 6pm. Fair enough, unless you let these friendly people know otherwise.

Even though it's written you can arrive after 6 you will not get a room if you arrive like a 10, and will be charged anyway, and never refunded. Be extremely carefull with this hostel.

Small, very central Guest House with very friendly staff. Uncomplicated handling with reservation, payment and checkout. Late check-in is possible. I like €78 for two nights. You can use the kitchen. Coffee and tea are free. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was occasionally somewhat noisy. At night is but rest.
