The hotel is a little hidden and that is exactly what turns out to be a great advantage: in the night complete rest, although the location is relatively Central. The rooms are super equipped and exude a beautiful old building atmosphere with parquet floors and high ceilings and Windows. The building has a very sophisticated, almost out of time and is a pleasant counterpoint to all the hipster hotel, where at night the party is. If you prefer looking for calm and restful sleep, is right here. The Breakfast buffet on the top floor with a terrace rounds off the stay. Very not recommended, even if the surrounding area is the finest!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and loved it. The owner was very friendly and helpful. They take good care of the details. The only bad thing I found is that the internet wasn't that fast. But for the other reason, I'd go again.

Rooms are very nice and have charm, breakfast on the roof terrace is a perfect to start into your day.

Unfortunately, there was no mention at the time of booking that a large construction site with corresponding noise takes place in front of the house from 6 o 'clock in the morning!
In the hotel itself, many things seem improvised, which cannot be done away by the friendly staff.

+Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet +das Frühstück ist groß und sehr lecker (Man kann das Frühstück auf einer Dachterrasse in den Innenhof oder auch innen verzehren) +das Haus ist eine sehr schöne Stadtvilla +es liegt in der Nähe von einer U-Bahn Haltestelle (5min Gehweg) — abends/nachts ist in der Straße ein Autostrich — Baustellen (mit erstaunlich wenig lärm)

The apartment we rented was unavailable for one night so we were sent here. Wow what a hotel. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was fabulous (bacon & eggs, fresh squeeze oj etc) and such helpful staff.

Quiet place, clean rooms, infrastructure though a bit old.

I cannot judge the hotel from the inside, as I had already decided in front of the hotel not to stay in there. The hotel is in a backyard (Private street), this is very dimly lit atmosphere and does not seem trustworthy at night arrival. This is not the same as the hotel is directly on the street line. There are no parking spaces in front of the house but only in a poorly lit parking garage. The overall situation on site is not suitable for a trip with a toddler.
As I said, I do not judge the quality of the hotel from the inside, that can be super, but I do not know.

Nice and spacious rooms… Friendly staff… Quietly located in a historic courtyard… Breakfast OK, everything there.

The hotel is reasonably priced. It has friendly staff and a good selection at breakfast. The rooms are clean, but suffer from artificial (energy-saving lamps too much in the blue spectrum) lighting.

Was nice twice there I will come back.

Very frivolous hotel. Had booked a room there via HRS at an admittedly fantastically low price. A day later, the booking was cancelled due to error. Unfortunately, we have to accept that. But if you then have any paragraphs cut around your ears in the cancellation and are indirectly threatened with legal action, I think that is outrageous. After all, I didn't cause the error. In addition, I had contacted the hotel via the homepage. But there seems to be no interest in answering me.

Very done and can only recommend this charming small hotel.
As already have written another review: beautiful Villa — very helpful staff and a great breakfast!
Find a hotel outside the standard norm with lots of charm and the most capable.
Gladly we come back for our next stay in Berlin.
