Great service from booking to supplying the necessary documents for the Phuket Sandbox program. Included in the price was an airport transfer with a good local company (who will also arrange taxis by appointment). The room is excellent. Nice apartment style with good air conditioning, nice bedroom, bathroom is very nice good water pressure in the shower (not always the case in Thailand! ). Reception staff are very professional and accommodating. Usually more expensive that I’ve paid but there are lots of promotions to be had in Phuket at the moment. Everyone is very happy to see tourists come back after a very difficult time. There are cheaper options, of course, but if you fancy a bit of luxury, then I would recommend giving this place a look.

Very bad experience… due to covid 19. Our trip has been cancelled and we did privode credit card details for 20% booking and 80% suppose is charge upon check in. This hotel charge another 80% on my credit card and I am no check in. Email to them, no respond.

We had a great stay at BYD lofts, we had a beautiful spacious apartment. Everything is very clean and the staff is very nice an helpful and always smiling. They make you feel at home, when you arrive you get a welcome drink. The food is really good, we have eaten at the bistro almost every day! I will definitely come back! We enjoyed our stay very much!

We checked in on the 20th July and wish we had checked in sooner! Amazing service from checking in to the absolutely out of this world room that has the best comfortable bed in we want to take it home! to the best food we have tasted in Thailand so far! If you’re coming to Patong then this is your place to stay. Quiet and relaxing but not too far away from the beach and Bangla Road. If we return to Patong we will definitely be staying here. The staff are so polite and well mannered and can’t do enough for you. We are leaving tomorrow and be sad to see this place go. 10/10 for an amazing stay thank you BYD.

We have been here 3 weeks and not one problem. Amazing staff all through the hotel, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel. Is immaculate and everything is catered for. We will definitely be back.

I booked to stay here for five nights, on arrival I was shocked to see it was down a dark and dirty alley way where I was offered prostitutes and drugs every time I walk down the road. The room I was given smelt like wet dogs and was not clean at all. Within 24 hours of staying here I checked out early and when I fed back my experience the reception team acted like I was crazy with no apology what’s so ever.

Super nice hotel! It's so nice I had to drag myself out of the room to visit the place I flew 8, 000 miles to see. Amazingly clean, great AC, and the staff is so nice it seemed suspicious at first. (You get a lot of hard sells in Thailand so when people are this nice, it seems too good to be true. ) Did I mention it's clean? No bugs, not even ants, inside. Most people spoke very good English and if not, they at least understood it. Made it very easy to travel. Thanks for the stay!

We didn't stay in these apartments but they are fantastic. Just that the pool was in another block. Also their restaurant is really good but expensive.

The location of the hotel is just cool, from the sea 10 minutes walk, to the shopping center Jangsilot 15 minutes. The hotel itself is located just off the main streets and is always quiet.
A good hotel, modern rooms, built apparently not so long ago. Excellent kitchen, countertop made of artificial stone, stove, there is all the necessary dishes. Big fridge, microwave, coffee machine (coffee is brought every day). The air conditioning in every room. All windows are closed by shutters and tight curtains. Suddenly there was a great Internet, 3 megabits, movies swing ingered. But the 3D sound system is just terrifying. Well, you don't need it. The toilet room has everything you need, replenished every day, good towels (as new). Cleaning the room every day. There are several bottles of water (from the hotel), too, every day replenished. The rooms are made in an interesting light style, there are several exits to the balcony. The pool on the roof is not big, but there are always not many people there. There are sunbeds and showers. Towels are brought several times a day, closer to 13 o'clock give free cocktails.
Overall the hotel experience is only positive. Breakfast is good, though a little monotonous. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Once the roof broke the air conditioning and did not let sleep at night, called, asked to check, so the next day to us three or four came repairmen, filled all air conditioners, all checked. In the end, it was repaired.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here. The menu had a lot of variety, we went with seafood options. Both of our choices were very tasty! The pianist and happy birthday to my wife and it was all around a nice time.

3 stars are only for the location. Close to Patong beach and popular shopping street and mall like Jungceylon. However the service is not good. The hotel doesn't allow for an early check-in despite availability of rooms. On arrival the front desk staff insisted we pay upfront. Mind you this is 10am when we haven't been even given a room since we requested an early check-in while booking. But we had to make full payment despite telling them they have our card and part payment paid on booking. While staying, our apartment was not cleaned regularly it seemed like. Worst is, their breakfast is pathetic. It had same limited menu 5 days is a row! I mean be creative at least. Why give boring drab food options to your customers. Staff is good. There are some funny characters I thought who carried too much attitude especially the ones who dealt with me and demanded money even before we checked in. You can find much better options for your money in Phuket in the same area. This hotel is not worth the money you spend.

Penthouse is nice and spacious and not too expensive. However hotel located roughly 15-20 min walk to Patong beach area and that feels like forever when it is so hot and humid… or tuktuk over for 200b.

Beautiful apartment with patio on to pool, staff are very helpful, nothing seems too much trouble, great breakfast, comfy comfy bed, a real high end fashionable place to stay, I would come here again.

My experience at this was amazing everything was on point. The rooms are huge and the pools are quite nice. And there are 2 pools in different buildings. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Everything is a walking distance from this hotel. A lot of restaurant an take always around this hotel. It is also very close to the phukets BIG mall. About a 15min walk. An lastely the staff was friendly towards all the guest.

The address in Phuket? Let's see! For four nights at the beginning of June 2016 we booked an apartment (T404 international) in the BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel & Serviced apartments.
First advantage on arrival: We were able to place our car all the time directly in front of our apartment. The parking bays were reserved with a barrier for hotel guests and as soon as you saw our car, the grid was removed by a hurrying employee. 1a Service!
Second advantage on arrival: During the check-in formalities, which were completed in a few minutes, there were non-alcoholic cocktails as a welcome drink. Wow!
(I'm not going to count any plus points now, because there would be too many)
Our luggage was brought to our apartment by two very nice staff. The apartment itself simply blew us away: top modern furnished and kept in black/white/shades of Grey, generously cut and well divided.
In the living area as well as in the bedroom there was a 42 "/50" (? ) screen, in the living room even a DVD player and 5.1 Sound System. Two separate air conditioning systems allowed individual settings for living/cooking area and bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceran hob, microwave and Grill combi, as well as all kinds of cooking utensils.
The balcony was not too small to sit with 2-4 people there, however there were only two chairs and a table.

Good food and nice place, but slow in the service.

Hotel in phuke very good small but very well staffed, very poor breakfast service to curto is good.

10 — 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd. In a quiet corner with great service and excellent breakfast.

If you are looking for the perfect oasis to relax in Phuket, BYD Lofts is the way to go. The hotel is in the best location possible, off a quiet street for maximum tranquility and relaxation, and yet super close to the action and nightlife that Patong has to offer. The hotel and its interior design is sleek and modern, and of course super clean. From the generous and high quality toiletries, to the friendly staff, to the super comfy bed, everything about BYD lofts was amazing and made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay with them again for my next trip to Patong beach.

I stayed at BYD Lofts for a few days and I highly recommend anyone visiting Phuket to stay there if they are looking to be in a quiet area, but still super close to all the best things that the island has to offer. The hotel is amazingly decorated, is super clean, is attended by fantastic staff, has functional space with good amenities, and is yet a few mins away from Patong Beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon shopping centre and the famous Baanzar night market. The hotel is off a quiet street, so you get tranquility from the busy area of Phuket. The accomodation overall is up to the highest standards, and the details such as having separate toiletries for "him" and "her" is a nice touch. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Phuket.

The lofts were very cozy and comfortable. I love where it is located and its a nice walk to find massage areas and restaurants.

Great value for money at the right distance between beach and Patong nightlife. Very large and very well equipped apartments. Plenty of amenities to cook makes it great for long stays. Team is very friendly and speaks good English.

An excellent boutique hotel experience that we'd recommend, in Patong Beach!
We chose this hotel looking at Trip Advisor, it's in Patong Beach, and at the time we came in August 2017, the ranking is very well explained and justified!
A hotel stay is all about your experience as a guest. And an opinion is about what you value in life! I value politeness, cleanliness, comfort and feeling at home when you are far from home…
Our first contact experience at BYD was certainly five stars and very pleasant from the very beginning — we arrived straight from a 7h flight and airport, an hour on a taxi in heavy traffic, and at check in, BYD reception staff welcomed us with this slush-like mocktail drinks and refreshing cold towels… it was exactly what we needed and we felt home!
Then when we got to our room, wow, super modern and well decorated, and so spacious! A huge living room and two bedrooms and two restroom with all toiletries, dental kit, sewing kit and all you can think of!
Internet is Wi-Fi of really good standards, probably like many other hotels, but we had stayed before at 5* hotels where internet was very unreliable — here it is high speed and many hotspots covering entire building! Even at the wonderful pool on top floor!

We always like to come back. A little more expensive but worth it. Great modern spacious rooms with balcony.

This hotel is very chic and offer amazing breakfast. The staff are very nice and accommodating. If I go back I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartments and guest friendly!

Stayed here 2 nights and it has so far been the best place we have stayed at this trip. On arrival we were greeted with large smiles and complementary wet towel and refreshing drinks. After checking in, we were walked to our room by a member of their staff that walked us though our room. The staff member spent a good 5 minutes walking us though the room showing us how the coffee machine and shower worked as well as pointing out where the fridge is (stylishly concealed in the cabinetry). The room itself was very clean and roomy. Room had a rain shower and a large and comfortable bed. TL;DR: I would highly recommend this establishment. Everything from the presentation to the staff was top notch. Clean and comfortable rooms made our stay one of the best.

Great place to stay. Prefect room. Breakfast was very good. Bit of a walk to bangla rd but that can be a good thing. U can't go wrong with this place.

Great place to stay during your stay in Phuket. It's close to the shops and beaches. Personalized service, and makes you feel that you're not just another number, but a valued customer. Rooms are spacious, well cleaned and maintained. The price is worthwhile, definitely worth it if you're up for a treat or a pamper.

Great hotel. The only two bad things about it: 1) It is diffucult to book at last minute because lot of people wants to stay there 2) Sets a level of expectations for any hotel in Thailand, but do not have similar level of service in other destinations outside of Patong. Perhaps it is a time to start BYD franshise in major tourist points of Thailand.

Our holiday started the moment we were picked up at the airport, and whisked away in the Mercedes Limousine to our apartment. We were given refreshing cold water when we got in the car. On arrival, check in was quick and with no problems, wonderful and helpful staff took our luggage to our apartment that was spacious, clean, and had everything they said it would. Next morning we went for breakfast, it was plentiful and enough to choose from to satisfy any appetite. We dined in a few times at the restaurant, the food was good and reasonably priced with a great selection of wines. All in all, we spent 29 night at BYD and could not fault them in any way. We will miss Ons welcome as we come home to the apartment, she is so nice and pleasant :-) We will definitely see you next year, cant wait.

Have stayed at BYD lofts a number of times and the service, food and staff are always above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are extremely tidy, location is great and my wife and I always love staying here. Have stayed at many other hotels, but none can compare to the friendly atmosphere that BYD offers. BYD is exactly what a hotel is meant to be, not just rooms and a reception, but it's about creating a unique and memorable place, something to always remember.
