A little bit old but great hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Normal rooms are not so spacious, but clean.

It's a nice hotel. Dont think of America standards for this place. I wish the blanket were longer. More English TV. The restroom is very modern.

I had a very small room. Hellhearted. At a 4 star hotel I expected more. This category of rooms is also nowhere to be seen on the site.

Perfect place between City and Schonefeld near the Zoo.

As always for many years, I was very satisfied with the hotel as a "total package". I would particularly like to highlight the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The well thought-out bathrooms with interesting, user-friendly technology and enough storage areas always require me to be recognized. The price/performance ratio is good. A house that I like to visit again and again during my visits to Berlin.

Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Rooms were neat and tidy. Conveniently located. No toothpaste in the bathroom. At full occupancy, it seemed were hard to adjust the heat of the shower. Hard to find a good balance between scalding and ice-cold. Still a very pleasant stay, thank you.

Great time at this hotel. Clean rooms and great breakfast and lunch. Stayed here for a conference and really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was visited by us (2 people) in February 2018. The room was very modern, the furnishings were great in shot. The bathroom was also modern and felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very rich and no wishes were left open. No fault. Happy to be back!

I've been there for a lecture. The car park alone is a cheek. €2 the hour. And the Einfahrtsuhr goes 10 minutes. Say you arrive at 10:45 am and on the parking ticket is then 10:35 clock. That means for 55 minutes you pay then €4 although you only have to pay €2. Furthermore, the parking garage above shows free of charge. But the hotel parking is all occupied.
During the event there were lukewarm cold drinks. In my opinion, the Beamer in the room was too weak. And the seating was not staggered, but in series which also made it difficult to look ahead.
Professional is different.

I do not recommend to take that standard room as it is very small. Due to a faulty mattress we would upgraded in the Excekutive room. This is clearly recommended. The rooms are very well equipped and the breakfast is sumptuous (attention from 09:00 am no longer all refilled). The staff is friendly. Berlin can be explored by public transport via a bus stop just around the corner.

I recommend the bar… The cocktails were perfect.

Have been very happy with the hotel in Berlin. Very clean… Great view from the 10th floor towards Alexanderplatz. Good and rich breakfast.

We stayed in January 2018. The hotel itself is very smart and is very well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were lucky enough to get breakfast included with our room which was great (it's a standard buffet breakfast but has most things including pastries, cereal, cooked breakfast items, pancakes, yogurt, cold meat, bread and fruit). The rooms are also very modern and the bathrooms are very clean and modern also. The price was also very reasonable for a 4* hotel and was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the Berlin Zoo with great transport links to getting around Berlin. Now time for some negative bits. The rooms whilst are very modern are quite small. This wasn't too much of a problem for us as we were on a sightseeing trip so we were out for a lot of the time but the standard double was quite small. Also the beds seem to be two single mattresses pushed together which was a bit annoying and had two separate duvets. They do include a nice big TV in the room which is great but only if you speak German as there are no English channels. Our room also smelt a little bit funny at times to which we couldn't workout what it was, could've just of been our room though. Finally, annoyingly whilst on our stay there seemed to be some refurbished/construction work going on and as such we were woke up on a few occasions in the morning which wasn't great. Overall I'd give this hotel 3.5/5.

It's a great breakfast! There were flaws in the room: the windows were through and the shower was clogged with runoff and the water went into the room. There was a smell of sewage (poorly cleaned system). The location is great. Around the corner is a normal and very cheap supermarket, there is also a 100 bus stop.

It was a very nice week. The hotel room is very pleasantly furnished and cosy. Food was great and Nice also has been that for my girlfriend the Allergiekerin is extra cooked. The staff was super friendly. Any time again! Also the central location perfect.

3 star because of Hospitality. Hotel rooms are superior. I arrived to Hotel at 9 and they didnot let me in to the room untill 14:00. They just asked me to wait untill the room is ready. The only minus I could notice. Everything else is a good 4 star.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely big room. Well appointed hotel about 15 minutes walk from the nearest U bahn, bus stops nearby. There are a good variety of restaurants within walking distance.

Good: nice staff, clean and elegant environment, central location. Bad: only two tiny elevators that take forever to get a ride with, also someone in the kitchen dropped a piece of porcelain in my food, I crunched it right through.

Very large and well furnished rooms. Very large bathroom with very big shower. Huge breakfast.

The first room has an electrical problem, the bedside table lamp is connected incorrectly and no one can help! Service, turn the bee out or let the light on, that was the statement. What a pity. Also very small rooms and unaccustomed furniture. Leaves nothing to be desired.

We had 6 day training at this venue and found the service quite average. Rooms and conference/training halls are really nice, however there was a lot of repetition of food. Breakfast was good but plenty of choice. Over all service was not very passionate or caring; Staff seemed tired and at times not attentive or just not interested. We had a group of 32 people staying and between 5-10 people were not able to check-in till four o'clock as rooms were not ready from the previous event.

It is a nice place to stay. Though the receptionists at the front desk should learn the communication skills.

The hotel was alright. Staff was friendly, nice clean rooms and no noise. It was a bit hot in the room however and there was no airconditioning.

On my 3rd out of 4th night. Great experience so far, and very good value. They brought in a nice baby bed for our kid. Room was spacious, clean and new. Housekeeping is great. Except not refilling water bottle. Hotel breakfast is not included which is fine. It was quite cheap and offered alot of choices of high quality food. Parking garage is right next to the hotel. A bit tight space, but ok. And also possible to charge my electric car for a small fee (per kWh) Will recommend it to others and come again.

Very comfortable bed, the shower had a tub. Small TV, A/C, almost in front of bus stop. The airport service they offer is not from them and is more expensive than a taxi.

A very bad quality hotel, the service was acceptable but the manager called Imaizen was very agressive and abusive. I was sleeping in my room at 3 AM and he entered without knocking the door and turned on the lights. Be careful! Its not a secure hotel for you and your family.

It was a very positive stay. The personal was very friendly. The guided me to the Meeting room where some did not. The view from the 11th floor was astonishing.

Very nice and clean hotel with good rooms. The breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Very close to centrum and very easy to go by public transport. But the dinner which was included our deal was very terrible — we could not eat it — and that was our valentines evening dinner. : — ( Anyway I have allready recommended the hotel to friends.

On the whole, a clean and good hotel. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi (which also is fast) are included. But above all, the kitchen is recommended. Buffet, cards dishes as well as breakfast is very tasty. The House is worth in any case a recommendation. 1 star deduction, since no wellness area available.

A basically really good hotel, clean and friendly staff.
Rooms, I recommend the really good and sufficiently large rooms, the others are really small.
(Only) There are three stars due to a complete failure of any wellness o. Ä. So even a small sauna.
Breakfast is ok, but I'm in * homes also have much better/more extensive eaten; and 15 euro is far too expensive.
Oh yes: have the small plastic jars with fresh cheese, honey or Nutella plagiarism today to seek no longer an ordinary buffet!
Finally, I wonder who you must bribe to get SOAP on the sink: two days ago, I gave notice mdBu refill; yesterday, I renewed my request; I'll leave tomorrow without having had SOAP on the sink,

Very nice staff… Breakfast buffet is very delicious, Lots of Fresh fruit Rooms are Clean, air-Conditioned Top location very Good transport links Taxi stand and several Restaurants in the vicinity… happy again A star I draw from for the bad picture from the TV and the hair dryer and the room is a bit tight… quite so tragic, it is not if you have the whole day on the road for Sight Seeing as we When I got back to Berlin'll be happy in the Golden Tulip Hamburg Price performance is really great…

It was our second visit to the Golden Tulip Berlin — good Central location. The rooms were super. We this time had without Breakfast booked. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied and will be back.

The food was excellent but I found that the mini-fridge was not working and told the front desk which assured me that it would be fixed the next day. That did NOT happen and when I brought this up to the front desk, was told that I could move my room, which was not convenient at that time due to a conference taking place that day. Some food that I purchased to put in the fridge had to be thrown away. The manager did not follow up on this and it unfortunately became an annoyance that I will remember. I think that for your customers to remember the hotel as an excellent experience, these matters need to be addressed in a timely and professional manner, not ignored or with solutions inconvenient to the patrons. There are less expensive competing hotels nearby that I would consider next time.

Bad experience. In the treatment there was a manager who stubbornly treated me with weariness and indiferncia from minute 1 (what I noticed already at the check-in). The rest of the staff is well behaved and cordial, as is to be expected. Were unable to proporcinarme Wi-Fi in the room during the two days that lasted my stay.

The hotel is like. We got an Executive room at a discount. Great and comfortable. The only previous reviewers, apparently, smoked in the room. So good that it was not cold and it was possible to open the Windows and ventilate. Breakfast is great, coffee is not only delicious. A contingent of the hotel, mostly business people. Parking paid 14 euros per day. Pricey, but convenient! To Alexander Platz on foot 30 minutes of pleasant walk through the Park. In General, an a-minus.

Service is good. Very friendly. Breakfast is for Berlin standards very well. Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable, but single rooms are the size of a phone booth. Whom it does not interfere with the it is super. What does not work are the TV. Analog Image! There is no Minibar. Underground Parking is ok. Bartender is very good.

We liked the hotel very much. It is modest, well-run, in good order, with helpful staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The coffee could be better. I would recommend the Hotel Hamburg to anyone, and will return when I go to Berlin again.

If you do not mind to walk a few minutes it is well located. Not near to a Metro station. Very nice people at the reception and very helpfull. Great place to park your car too. Price for breakfast a bit high, but over all a nice place to stay.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The hotel is situated on a calm street. The breakfast buffet was a lot to choose from. We had a good 4 nights stay in this hotel.

Had a lovely stay at the Golden Tulip Berlin Hotel. The room was very nice, great beds, slept like a baby. The included breakfast was good and a free (but fairly slow) Wi-Fi was provided. Very useful, when planning excursions, dinner etc. They were very helpful at the reception desk and helped us switch rooms, as the Wi-Fi couldnt be reached in our first room. It is located close to public transportation which makes it easy to get around Berlin.

Nice place and very central. Great breakfast buffet in the restaurant. We had a nice apartment in a building next to the hotel. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the key one day and needed help from a locksmith to open the door — the hotel receptionist blamed us even though same thing had happened 2 weeks prior to this to another visitor. We therefore suggested that the hotel should inform better and refused to pay for the call out. But apart from this incident, everything was very good.
