We were there with a small wedding party. All wishes and special requests were fulfilled immediately. It was a great stay and we, the newlyweds, already know in which hotel we want to spend our 1st wedding day… thank you for this perfect stay!

Nice hotel close to Berlin City Centre big room with most of the facilities the reception personnel are very polite.

Beautifully decorated rooms, clean and well-appointed. Our room actually had a kitchen, washer/dryer and a full-sized bathtub! Close to transit and many, many museums. Front desk staff VERY accomodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel NOT managed by the hotel had a very limited menu, very pricey smorg-style breakfast. But the wait staff were EXTREMELY RUDE and unaccomodating. It is unfortunate as the hotel and it's staff were absolutely too-notch! There is a nice-sizes grocery store about a block away that has a bakery, deli, fresh meats, frozen foods, beer and wine and SO much more — shop there instead of eating in the restaurant. The VERY helpful front desk people will give you easy directions to the grocery.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size with a small kitchen containing a microwave and two hobs for cooking. Free use of washing facilities including detergent, as well as free use of the gym. We didn't have food at the hotel restaurant but the menu looked nice. Great location, attractions not too far and metro station close by also. Highly recommend.

Great value hotel! Super clean and tidy rooms. The service and staff were very professional and the kaffe downstairs was very good too. The location is central and walking distance to many of the major landmarks / spots in Berlin. I would stay again.

Super comfortable rooms with great decor and amenities. Love the rain shower! The location is perfect, close to Alexanderplatz, shopping and sights. The 6th floor room I stayed in even had a cute rooftop terrace.

A very nice hotel. Easy check in and out with a very helpful and friendly staff. The room was large with ha sitting area, good sized desk and a great bathroom. The wireless worked very well on the property. The lounge was nice and the breakfast was very well stocked and presented. A great stay at a great Berlin location.

We stayed here for a couple nights at the beginning of May 2018. Our room was clean, spacious, modern and quiet. We even had a street-view room and barely heard a peep all night. We rented a car and parked in the secure garage, but mostly walked from the hotel to different restaurants etc. I will definitely be staying here when we return to Berlin.

A wonderful hotel. Our room had a mini kitchen facility. Bathroom shower was one of the best. Beds were very comfy. A great coffee shop below to have coffee and cake. And glass floor in reception where you can see old ruins. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, the Breakfast is the employees who know Russian. The rooms are clean, have a kitchen.

Absolute Top! Starting when you enter the Lobby, and kindly greeting, to the super modern and well-equipped rooms! From now on, every time you visit the Capri by Fraser! Really recommend! Very friendly staff, that all the concern for taking care of.

Immediately on arrival I was blown away by the amazing lobby using vibrant colors throughout, and an amazing glass floor has been incorporated to show off an ancient site found during construction appears to be a wishing well as well as some tools and pottery fragments which are fabulous to see were not destroyed and covered over. I really enjoyed every second of my stay in Capri Hotel in Berlin and simply words cannot describe the amazing rooms and facility's provided and very helpful staff. It is located a short distance from the center of the town so if you are going to Berlin you would be crazy to pass by. 5Star.
