The ' Villa ' (a brick building with a modern addition, located directly on the River Spree) belongs to the Abion Hotel, which is 50 metres away, but has its own check in and its own breakfast room, so that one can live very individually as in a boutique hotel. The location is fantastic: absolutely quiet with direct, beautiful spree view, on the one hand with parking possibility directly at the house, on the other hand but u — and S-Bahn only a few minutes walk away. But the best is the extremely cordial and personal service, which inspires us again every time. It's all right here.

Abion villa is a nice place to stay fez days. The living room warmly welcomes you the evening. Near the river for nice walks after a long day. Just a bit far from center…

Perfect Hotel, all staff and bar at the nearby Abion Villa, the Villa Suites with large Suites looking out over the Spree are all very well furnished and maintained. Love the style, the antics and the art books. Gentle friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Parking below the house.

Make sure not to end up in the old part of the hotel. Stains and smell.

Wonderful hotel beside the river. I haven't slept here, but went to the bar. It's not crowded, prices are slightly above average in the city and quality of the cakes isn't amazing. Last time I sit in a Strandkorb towards the Spree and the sun. Really good.

Since I have stayed several times at the ABION me is known to the service of the House.
This time nothing worked but and I was not satisfied with the performance!
Started by two desires I with specified at time of booking (formerly the room to be able to relate and to provide a bottle of champagne — didn't work both! ) up for breakfast the next morning, that could not be taken up in the Villa, that was the worst in weistem stay in the ABION.
If customers wish not can meet, why, could you put the customer at least in knowledge! then you would have at least the opportunity to plan his time otherwise. So, we have just 3 hours waiting for a GR Berlin and paid the glass at the bar itself champagne…

What an ideal spot for an experience in Berlin. Quiet and close to the Spree River yet with accessible transport or ambitious walking you can everything easily in city center. The accommodation at Albion Villa was superb and most of all the staff were available for every request.

Beautiful place and area, excellent service and quality! Will come back!
