Ideally located on the U-Bahn Station Bellevue located and yet very quiet. Chic Design Rooms. Very good Breakfast. Could not use as much of the Offered, since we were on the road a lot. The beds were super. We slept very well.

Ottimo albergo a Berlino. Ho soggiornato qui per una convention aziendale e mi sono trovato. Camere pulite bagno grande colazione ottima specialmente con il pane bretzel, varietà di dolce e salato. Inoltre quello che io trovo fondamentale in un albergo di questa categoria è la possibilità di farsi le spremute d'arancia da soli. Ottimo veramente.

We were just thrilled! Whether the staff, the room or the breakfast, everything deserves 5 stars. If on the day of arrival already at 10 o'clock were in the hotel, all no problem, got our room immediately. If you don't find anything at the breakfast buffet, you can't help it. All very accommodating and attentive. Can I recommend one hundred percent. We'll be back for sure!

Have had a wonderful stay, but was a little hot in my opinion. The service was good, the bar was good, and a pretty short walk to anywhere you would need to go.

Great location, over the river. In one of very secure areas of Berlin as it's next to Interior ministry office. Only BAD THING: There's no air conditioner in rooms and it was super hot when I stayed there in July. I had a chat with hotel manager and she told that there's no air conditioning in old building. The new building with suites and villas does have air conditioning though. Wouldn't recommend at all during hot summer season. Otherwise a very nice option.

Great Riverside location. If travelling by train, take a cab though, as it is a 20 minute walk (7 erous for a cab). Lobby of the hotel is inviting. Infused water is available, as well as fruit and crossants. Hotel appears updated and modern, however the family rooms are located in the basement of the hotel and require updates; I would not recommend booking the 1 bedroom suites therefore. Buffet breakfast is amazing and offers everything you could crave in the mornings. Overall impression was hotel great, rooms lacking.

Located in a great location relative to the center and in a context of other very modern buildings. It overlooks the river bank and close to the castle/residence of the President of the Federal Republic. Easily accessible by the S-bahn as it is a few hundred metres from the Bellevue stop. The Hotel, very nice inside, has a very high value for money (personally paid for one night, two people, 60 euros). I was expecting a few extras being a 4-star hotel (fridge, courtesy slippers, bathroom set, manual air conditioning adjustment…) but were absent. Overall, however, it is a perfect property for the living room. I highly recommend!

The room overlooks the river, the view from the balcony is excellent. Big room, big bed, big TV.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here. The rooms are very cosy, clean and have a nice view over the Spree river. You can take a walk along the river, go for a walk or just have a beer, gazing at the stress-reliefing water. The breakfast is awesome and there is proper black coffee — excellent for waking you up after all the partying. :)

Excellent quiet right on the banks of the River Spree with beautiful terrace and views. Nevertheless, almost all sights are within walking distance. The Lanninger restaurant offers seasonal, fresh produce dishes at a reasonable price. Please do not save money in the room, definitely with a view of the river and breakfast including necessarily also necessarily with booking … It's really worth it!

Weekend Christmas Day 2018:
Modern, house furnished according to today's trend. Friendly welcome. Room layout and furnishings and lighting not ideal, for example, the bedside lamps illuminated the whole room. Annoying were the 10-15 minute wait before the early room, which may be too small for the number of beds.
For this we were rewarded with a delicious breakfast with a wide selection. The service here is likely to be more attentive to this category.

Very nice hotel. Had rooms with a river view. Totally beautiful. Breakfast was also great. Everything is available. Only the juice press by hand I found a bit sticky. Would be to consider buying an electronic one. Very dear greetings.

Chic Hotel with nice staff and great offer. Also very well suited for company celebrations. The place is wonderful and located directly on the River Spree. You have a great view from the room and can also go for a nice walk. Highly recommended. Always happy.

The location, the furnishings in a stylish industrial design. Built on an old dairy farm, a courteous service and a sufficient breakfast make this hotel the perfect starting point to explore the city. Far away from the hustle and bustle but only one S-Bahn station from the main train station.

We have a so-called duplex over two floors. The lower floor is underground, the upper ground level. But with a very large firmer, enough light falls into both rooms. The bathroom is "normal" large. The cleanliness is good to very good in the room, the hallway is not really nice and the ceiling are black spots (mold?! ). The connection to the public transport is relatively good by the S-Bahn station Bellevue. Generally I am satisfied.

Found the location to be very convenient with links to Tegel airport buy bus and an underground stop nearby. Room was very nicely decorated, spacious and comfy, especially the beds! Very good!

For me, this hotel was a new discovery this year. It is located in S-Bahn near the beautiful Spree, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast good, the nearby restaurants have made the stay perfect. I'll definitely come back.

Nice staff, nice rooms, a breakfast which you can expect in this classification. Only the fitness area is very sparsely furnished. Almost ridiculous. But also fresh fruit and water there.

I once had a menu there, the main dish of the menu was medium rare liver because everyone must live raw liver let's have it on the menu ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯. Unfortunately, it was a work event so I could not change it. The rest of the menu was quite pretentious and poorly cooked.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices in the bar. They made a mess of our reservation but solved in the end. Entrance and bar have recently been refurbished, the rooms however are still to be done at time of writing. Would recommend for travel, train station is very close as well as the oldest konditorei with great cakes!

Very nice, but pricey hotel not particularly close to anything. The rooms are spacious, clean and decent. However, I have NEVER had a greater and better breakfast choice among about 100 hotels I reviewed in life. Hence, worth visiting.

Hotel located on the edge of the lagoon in Berlin with possibility to pay for a guided tour on the boat.

Centrally located hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy.
In the hotel there is a sauna and a bar.
Highly recommend the breakfast… a rich selection of cheeses, sausages, fish, fruit, yogurt, cereals… etc.
Special… a honeycomb with fresh honey and a selection of 12 jams.

We booked a suite and it was a very good decision. We had a room on 2 floors: 2 single beds downstairs & a sofa bed upstairs. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We had an espresso machine in our room. Bathrooms are quite spacious, with the shower having very good water pressure. The hotel was very close to the river, and close to 2 metro stations (we used Bellevue mostly which is 1 stop from the main train station). Right next to the hotel, there is a bio supermarket which stocks everything and does snacks and sandwiches even for breakfast, and next door, a lovely pub that serves divine food. All in all I was very satisfied :-)

It's been two years. But was a very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good and the reasonably central location was also good. Near U — train station.

I often do in Berlin and always come back to the Abion. The location is fantastic, only one stop from the central station, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. Small suggestion: Also in the standard rooms to fill the minibar.

Did not visit this hotel as a guest, but as a trainer of a training event. In principle a hotel of the upper class, but also an old building and the presentation of the hotel itself is not modern but rather "classic".

Very good value for money hotel, not the best location if you're a tourist, but if you're in Berlin for work around that area, it's a very solid choice. Very friendly and helpful staff, simple but clean and good rooms, only negative there would be that in my opinion, the mattresses are a bit too soft.

The hotel is well located. Just a few minutes from the center. Well connected by public transport. Perianal very friendly. The staff was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Good hotel in a really nice area. Unfortunately the staff was a little bit weird. Part of them did not know English, so it was quite difficult to communicate. When I asked one lady (from the staff) about an iron, I got answer that it will be provided to my room, but after 40 minutes of waiting and 2 reminders I did not get anything. Food in a hotel restaurant was ok, but I do not recommend, as you have better places nearby.

It's clean and it's beautiful. Old milk Factory beautifully restored! The breakfast room (and also the pet already! ) is really top.

Location is wonderful. On the river spree. The rooms are very good size and clean. We had a twin bedroom and was very happy except they should have put another comfy chair in as well as my friend hogged both chairs and I had to sit on the bed. The staff were excellent I thought. Understood your special needs and provided accordingly. The breakfasts were over and above perfect. Catered for all dietry needs. Walking distance from the nearest S bahn Belle Vue. The walks and views along the river were mindfully calming and scenic. A lovely organic cafe 1 mins walk away. All together agreat place with great staff. Would stay there again.

Room large and clean. Some bathrooms come slowly but surely in the years. Breakfast always a dream, top! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Remain a repeat offender.

Very good hotel located along the spree. Quiet location The Waterside suites are huge and right by the river. Everything is there, 2 private WC, very large bathroom, coffee machine, DVD player etc…
We will therefore forgive the small quacking like the cards allowing the opening of the door that unload after one day, the code Wi-Fi that changes after one day, the flow of the syphon of the shower apparently clogged etc…
Despite this good value for money and friendly and competent staff!

Great hotel, lovely staff, comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the hairdryer is about as powerful as an asthmatic wasp.

Restaurant is really nice, actually perfect i'd say. The spree beneath and the food is so tasty. The service is also really friendly. Unfortunatly the positive surprises ended up as I went up to my room. The carpet in the corridor and in my room was dirty, the rooms werent neither modern nor hadnt they had nice decoration. As I wanted to have a bath at ~ 5pm water needed about 10 (! ) minutes to get really warm. In the night it was pretty warm and I tried to cool down the room but altough the air con ran the whole night it didnt get any colder.

The good traffic connection with public transport has me excited. That's not all what makes this Hotel for me. The welcome, the friendliness and the high competence of the staff are not points exclude a come Back. Room, Breakfast Room, Spa … and, above all, the indescribable peace and quiet on the river Spree made the stay even more beautiful. I'll be back

Very good hotel in a very convenient location to get to the city center because of the proximity to the metro and other public transport. Very nice staff, cleaning at 100%, breakfast more than plentiful and very varied. Excellent solution to prepare freshly squeezed juices. Super recommended.

Hi The only problem was the inefficient air condition. My room was never cool enough! The air flow was even slower after the midnight. The meeting room on a Saturday morning was again very warm! Some people left early! I think the hotel needs and deserves a better air condition. Other than that, the reception was excellent! Room was very clean. Restaurant was a little limited menu but cheap for the quality! Excellent drinks. Breakfast was very high quality, rich and fast service. Called the room service at night for some extra muesli or cereals and milk but there was no supply! Some yogurt? The answer was no again! I might be unusual to ask for cereals late at night but the quality of an international hotel is to supply the unusual demands!

Schwer zu finden, weil schlecht ausgeschildert. Rundum Baustelle. Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Der Platz in der Tiefgarage kostet pro Tag 15 Euro. Die Damen und Herren am Empfang wirken oft genervt und/oder überfordert. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung für die Kategorie und den Preis. Nur das noch niemandem die von Urin orange Klobrille aufgefallen ist, ist kein Qualitätszeichen vom Housekeeping. Nachtrag: Auf zwei Sterne reduziert, weil das"Doppelbett" bei genauerem hinschauen eklig ist. Ursprünglich zwei einzelne Boxspringbetten die zusammengestellt wurden und somit immer wieder auseinander rutschen. Die originalen Matratzen sind so "versifft" also eklig und fleckig, dass einfach andere drauf gepackt wurden anstatt sie komplett zu tauschen. Widerlich.

Breakfast was great, plentiful and delicious. The beds very comfortable and I found the rooms in order. TV improvement, to watch football on a small tube television, was not so sparkling. Staff friendly, hotel has a jetty right in front of the door and the S-Bahn station Bellevue is easy to reach.

Rented a maisonette for 5 nights. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Berlin. Perfect hotel location: quiet area in front of the Spree river, inner centre, close to S&U stops, Triergarten, restaurants and shops. The Hotel provides lots of comforts, the parking fee is a bit lower than the average. Staff was very kind, helpful and professional. The room, a bit different than the standard hotel room (I liked a lot) was very nice and relaxing, good soundproofing, all stuff was working fine. Very comfortable beds. If I have to find some improvement chance, I would only suggest to enlarge the international TV channel bouquet to non DE channels, especially for news. I would certainly reccomend this hotel for leisure stay in Berlin.

It has been a lovely stay at the hotel with my 3 boys. It was good service and nice breakfast. The hotel is centrally located with bus or S bahn to the city center and nice view to the river.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The sauna is really relaxing after a day in Berlin. Staff were nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

At a 4-star Hotel flat screens should be Standard, the Television reception was terrible. The location of the hotel is awesome, to Berlin to explore. The rental needs to be better organized and is in Stadtvergleich too expensive.

Great buffet breakfast, staff were really nice. Close to the trains and attractions. Food fits all appetites with different restaurants and cafes around the area.

A modern, well rounded hotel, superbly located hotel right on the river Spree, next to Germany’s Interior Ministry. The hotel looks better on the inside than on the outside. I was lucky to have sixth floor room in the quiet west wing, directly overlooking the river Spree and Old Moabit. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, I wasn’t as impressed with the waiters at breakfast. The hotel, which is about a mile from Berlin’s main railway station and parliament, provides hire bikes and bike parking stands right at the main entrance, plus many more covered bike parking stands between the two wings of the building, right by the kitchen door, which receptionist considered a safe place. The hotel staff provided me with instructions to connect to their free Wi-Fi, even before asking. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast. Reserving through HRS I paid €98 (all major cards accepted) for a one night weekend rate including breakfast.

Pleasant stay, we felt at ease. Super location on the river Spree. Class beds, excellent Breakfast. Also the Sauna we have used. A downside, however, for the outdated Röhrenfernsehgeräte (which I already have when you visit 4 years ago criticized) and the bad reception.

Very nice and modern hotel! Quiet and with beautifull view to river Spree — staff very proffesionel and helpfull. Not central to any attraction, but enjoy the walk along Spree to the center of the city or spend the 8 euro on taxi — perfect for a romantic weekend. :-).

We had a family room, which, by its split over 2 floors is awesome. The location of the hotel on the meander is good, and quiet. The rooms are still quite habitable, but soon to be renovated. The prices for Breakfast are for a family is completely covered. We have check out from the hotel room forget something, and then in the Hotel called. On the callback, wait, we still reliability is written here rather small. Conclusion: everything OK. Not more but also not less.

In brief: good price, nice rooms, classy Bar with good food (even if the och something was in love with), a smokers Lounge and Breakfast in the dairy farm. Staff is also nice.

Unfortunately, a bad day in the service hit. The staff was inattentive and absolutely not on zack. Forget food, the round in the outdoor area was held only every 20 minutes. She's better.
