Good room cleaning, location 10 minutes from Brandenburg Tor and from subway stations. A shopping mall is also very close.

Terrible. Was enjoying this quite basic hotel until I was ravished by bed bugs. Staff tried to tell me that it wasn’t bed bugs from the hotel or wasn’t their problem. Refused to do anything about it or help in any way, didn’t even want to give us new sheets. Very uncomfortable experience but Berlin is brilliant, thoroughly recommend the city.
