Flexible check-in times, clean bedsheets and bathroom. Unprofessional reception staff, rooms with 8 beds (4 bunk beds) are too much especially with only one bathroom.

Vospolzovavalis the services of this hostel during your trip to Berlin with Gruppashami. From the pros near the metro and the store, less repair and plumbing. Of the minuses bad organization. After we were given the bed rooms and keys to the safes. We became a populated and found out that no key opens any safe. My friend went to the reception. There he was given two other keys to try these. One key came up. That is, we have five of us could only get one safe. Next I decided to take a shower. I was looking for a towel. Went to the reception there I was offered a towel for 5 euro deposit of 3 euros for rent. Well, I took a little towel with me. Then we went to bed. The yachts woke up from some scream. Some bearded kid shouted. It turns out that this kid already lives in this room, and my friend sleeps on his bed. My friend explained him that the front desk gave him this bed room. The kid grumbled and went to sleep on another vacant bed.

It is a very good hostel, daily cleaned, excellent beds and very friendly personal, the only problem for me was that you can not use the kitchen.

The main and only negative for me — a lot of broken lockers — tried a few (were not busy) — in the end could not close any — either the standard lock does not fit, or there is no lock. For me, this is a very important criterion for evaluation. After all, the things of each of us must be protected! Otherwise — the hostel is good — lived in it 3 nights — comfortable, comfortable, friendly!

Decent place to rest your head. Not a very good hostel. No atmosphere. Wouldn't stay here if you're traveling alone, there are much better hostels in Berlin. One positive is that the staff were all very nice.

Let's start with the positive things: The lady, who greeted us at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was big (and wheelchair friendly, if need be). The building looks very nice from the outside, the interior in the lobby and reception is also fine. The location is good, while not outstanding. Right next to Gesundbrunnen station, you'll reach Berlin Mitte within a couple of minutes. The mall in the station offers a variety of shops and restaurants. What the area is lacking, is the vibrant feel of a typical Berlin "Kiez". The interior of our room for four people was stripped down to a minimum. Four small lockers, a board and four beds, that was it. The clean, white light was as charming as a dentist's room. You have no bed lights, so if you prefer a cozier atmosphere, I recommend you bring lights of your own. Towels are two Euros each. Wi-fi in the rooms is OK. There is a lobby, where you can pull drinks from a couple of machines. We didn't order breakfast, so I cannot say anything about that. Overall, if you don't plan to spend much time in your room, this place is OK for its price. But even for a hostel, this is low standard. If you want international, lively Berlin vibe, you may want to look out for something else.

Had a good stay in HostelO. The welcoming reception, the clean and nice rooms, toilet and shower all made it a good experience. It was near to the train station around 5mins walk away amd through the shopping mall. Trains RE3 & 5 comes direct from Berlin Hbf if you are starting from there. Only thing is they have a bar downstairs and it went on even at midnight. The great thing was all my bunkmates were very tired and managed to sleep soundly.

Really good hostel. Staff service was alright. Room for six persons was clean, nice a relatively big. Train station and shopping mall nearby is good advantage. Costs are quite normal for Berlin.

Great location, right on the well-being, with very good public transport links! The room in the cheapest version (shared room) is good for the low price, only towels have been missing (but were bookable at an additional cost). The reception was very friendly and could also help with questions beyond the hotel. If you are looking for a cheap accommodation you will find here!

Not expensive, clean and cosy hostel. Polite personnel, good breakfast, convenient location. Everything you need for short stay.

It has an entrance. The personell is human. The doors can be both opened or closed. The Windows let light in or out, depending on the time of day. The floor is on the bottom and easy to be reached by foot. The roof is on the top, not so easily to be reached.

Awesome hostel, with east side gallery nearby. Hostel is well equipped, nice beds. Also closer to gesundbrunnen metro and train station.

Amazing hostel, take care of the details, the only thing to criticize is the breakfast for the price you pay is very poor in quantity and quality of products, always bearing in mind that I compare with other cheaper hostel and worse facilities.

Good place. It is important to carry a padlock and towel. If you don't have a padlock you can buy one there for 4 euros.

Quite acceptable facilities but the attention is rather deficient. The people at reception do not speak much English and seem to be disgusted because you don't speak to them in German.

I was very pleased, and I was surprised at the price. My friend and I got the number 102/12 6, the Local. We've paid 15 euros per person. The room was very clean. They found a hostel very quickly, close to 5-6 km, with very beautiful and memorable places in Berlin. The hostel is 6 km away. From Reichstag. And we also got an extra and unexpected bonus, that we had no one to Nepodselili, we were in the six-local room. Well, that's it.

Everything is really modern and spacious. Very clean and friendly staff. There's no self catering facilities however.

It's clean enough. But you have to come with your castle on Loker and a towel. There's a mall nearby. And also Donkin donuts.

Had a good time at HostelO. They have a very nice setup, I would recommend it for sure. Very close to the U&S Bahn stops, so that will most likely be the best travel option.

Rooms are great, good beds and few people. The downside is that it has no elevator or kitchen but otherwise they let you eat anything in the cafeteria. Good location next to the station and shopping mall.

The staff can work on being friendlier! Rooms are pretty decent and the location is good too — but food and breakfast is pretty expensive. The Wifi is painstakingly poor and so is the housekeeper's maintenance of the place.

Nice, clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Noise from passing traffic overnight quite bothersome though.

The location is super and the rooms are also fairly new. The room could have been a bit be cleaner, especially the floor, also the toilet seat was equal to us, would perhaps exchange time to time. The buffet Breakfast for 6 Euro was extremely skinny, it is possible to save definitely. What bothered us the most was the unfriendliness of the staff. We will not come back, even if it's not totally awful, but there are simply better ways to stay in the capital.

New hostel, around 2 to 3 blocks away from gesundbrunnen metro station. The hostel is clean but the personal is not so friendly. They don't have a great control of the rooms mixing all genders when you book a room only for girls or boys… The breakfast for 6€ was just OK (no juice and almost not variety).

I didn't have blankets but eventually I got it. The guests I roomed with were a little sketchy. They have expensive drinks and restaurants. Other than those complaints its nice, clean and not too far away from everything.

Lovely experiencie, its well located, its clean. All the hostess were so nice, they helped us with locations and adress. I totally recomended!
