What a fantastic hotel! The rooms are amazing and very spacious. The staff were so friendly and kind.

Stayed here May 2022 with family. Wonderful hotel. Absolutely amazing friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us to make our holiday one of the best.

We needed to change hotels as the hotel we were due to go to wasn't ready.

We were sent to the hotel as the original hotel we booked was closed due to renovation and what a great find.

The hotel is excellent, offering the best price-to-quality ratio we’ve experienced so far.

Originally came here 2 years ago and had a great time. Thankfully we did again.

Everything was always clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, location is great too. Food at the restaurants and at breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is impeccably maintained. I stayed for 14 days and enjoyed every single one of them. The food was diverse and delicious throughout my trip.

We’ve recently returned from an absolutely fantastic 2 week holiday in Protaras, Cyprus (Sept 2025) where we stayed on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the Kapetanios Bay Hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location for nightlife restaurants etc supermarket across from the hotel. Nice modern bedroom with a coffee table and chairs, large comfortable bed.

I want to thank all the employees of this hotel. You made our vacation unforgettable and very comfortable. All the staff are attentive and very kind.
The food is delicious, everything is very neat.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and surrounding was quiet.

We recently stayed at the Maris Grand Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience.

I was very lucky meeting with those amazing staff, am so happy with the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel and the reception ladies, and George the Resturant manager such an amazing and helpful

Just had 2 weeks in the blue ivy. What a beautiful hotel. All staff are brilliant food was amazing. Rooms was lush cleaned every day. Its a 10/10 from me. Booked up again for next year.

We stayed for 2 days when we had problems with our original hotel.
Hotel: it’s a very big location and feels very lively. There were activities every night such as music quiz and live performances.

Really Loved this hotel its in a fantastic location very near to the protaras strip and fig tree bay. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and we were very impressed with the facilities on offer.

Well, we'll start from the beginning.
(Have a cuppa and sit down, may take a while).
On arrival the night receptionist was not very welcoming, boardering rude.

We stayed at the hotel from October 16th to October 24th, 2025. We arrived at the hotel at lunchtime and had lunch with the whole family.

OK where to start. This hotel has positives and negatives. Firstly reception. Eleni and Georgina are top class and a huge plus point for this hotel.

The King Jason Protaras is simply amazing. We stayed here from the 26.10.2025 — 2.11.2025 for our honeymoon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, it was a mother and daughter holiday before my little grandson was born, very special, from the moment we arrived the staff were warm, welcoming,

Arrived at hotel before midnight and were greeted by older gentelman at reception — Theodore as far as I remember. Very nice and welcoming, provided us with essential information.

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal.

Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end.

Amazing holidays… Modern and comfortable Hotel. Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing view. The food and drinks were excellent.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff will do their very best for you. Rooms & communal areas are spotless. Beautiful pool with beds & umbrellas.

Good value for money hotel. A bit old but in good condition. Good breakfast but not something special. There is noise quite often in the rooms from the closing doors of the other rooms.

Just returned from an excellent week at flora appartments room's are quite big excellent location all the staff are very curtious and helpful especially Michael and George would definitely return

We stayed at Flora Apartments for one week in late July–early August. The location is right on the main road, so it can be a bit noisy at night, but still fine. Breakfast was good.

I wanted to give 4.5 but couldn't so had to go 4 here. Those reasons being the entertainment was beyond shocking. I've seen more enthusiasm at a funeral, same every night and my kids were so bored.

Just spent a week at sunrise oasis, it’s been amazing!
