I wanted to give 4.5 but couldn't so had to go 4 here. Those reasons being the entertainment was beyond shocking. I've seen more enthusiasm at a funeral, same every night and my kids were so bored. The other being the food hall, whilst the food was good quality it was such a small room that filled up so much, people were getting in everybody's way. These aside it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we loved it. Our room was immaculate and spacious, the service from the staff was always brilliant, the pool snacks were so tasty, the location is brilliant just off of the strip, and the branded drinks were amazing! The best thing by far is the allocated sunbeds, not having to get up at 6am just to get a bed was bliss. We hope to return one day and would return for this reason alone… Just hopefully there will be better entertainment in the evenings.
Just spent a week at sunrise oasis, it’s been amazing! My partner is on dialysis they took delivery of his medication, ensured it was in the room ready on arrival & asked if there was anything we needed during our stay.
Food was fine, I’ve seen people complaint about it being repetitive but any all inclusive hotel tend to have the same items on daily and mix it up with a few different options like stews, pie, pastas etc.
The water park was brilliant for the kids, they have enjoyed this alongside the main pool too. Fresh towels every day and allocated sunbeds is the best idea! I would return here again and recommend to anyone asking.

The staff is nice and friendly, really lovely people. Cleaning is generally good, but the balcony and kitchen table were not cleaned even once during the week (or at least it looked like it). The room had about four USB-A chargers and two sockets, but they were not European ones, they had three pins, so you’ll need an adapter (costs around €2–2.5 in local shops). Lidl is across the road. We also brought a power strip with three sockets, which made things much easier.
Cups and glasses in the restaurant and bars were often dirty. The biggest downside, besides the cold water in the pools, is the lack of easily accessible toilets. There aren’t any even in the lobby. Only two in the whole hotel, both located in the basement. I didn’t feel safe letting my child go there alone; anything could happen down there, and no one would notice until someone else came by. I find this unacceptable for a family hotel with many children under 10 years old.
Apart from that, we liked it here. Better than in Ayia Napa, though that’s a matter of personal preference. However, the music is very loud until around 10-11 PM, which makes it hard to get the kids to sleep since the noise is clearly heard in the rooms.
On the beach, one sunbed costs €2.5 and an umbrella another €2.5. The good thing is that at the hotel, each sunbed is reserved for you for the entire stay, so you don’t have to worry about losing your spot.
